To all people who stay in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, please take note.
This company with the Boss Name Jansen is very rude towards customer.
We sent photo for them to frame up, and they said they going to call us to collect when it is ready, However we waited and were busy on our own thing and we forgoten about the frame. During that time no one call us to collect the frame but luckily after about a month we realized that we have not collect the frame yet. We called them and they said they could find it. Some say missing, some said they might have send back to HQ. They said will call back but no one call. We have to follow up everytime.
So today we called again, the Boss Jansen picked up the call. Talk like a Mafia fella, a bit rude with raised tone, saying that give me 1 week time i will call you back.
Anyway one of you know this place, please dont use them. They are ### people. Talk like mafia guy.

I think the HQ in Taman Tun area.

This is ### complain! They have good service. Do you think about the other customers? The boss there is good, although he is bad temple. They did something bad to you and you complain about them on Internet? Lol. Do you think their feelings when they see this? What if other people complain about your company on internet? what's your feelings after you see? Never mind. I'm just giving some suggestions.
