Highly unprofessional
I ordered a diploma from this website and accidentally made a mistake when entered my address! Contacted PhonyDiploma support and asked them to correct the address and provided the right one and they said ok. Later I went to check the address and found out that they did nothing. Contacted them again and they asked me not to worry and promised to fix the mistake. But they did nothing and shipped my diploma who knows where! They said that no corrections can be made after confirming! As a result I received nothing and lost my money. Great!
Scam, the owner didn't return money back
I ordered fake diploma from the website www.phonydiploma.com. After several hours I decided to cancel my order and contacted the rep. I asked to refund money, but the rep started to behave like jerk. He started to tell that they never refund, but he could do it if I would pay him again. WTF? I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. Please post your comments about this company.
ive ordered from them and they were actually very professional and tried everything they could to satisfy me.
theyve ordered on time and they paid twice for shipping when ive sent it back because i didnt like it.
if their quality was better i would defo return as a customer.
