Author apologizes to Phoenix Career Solutions, Kottayam, Kerala, India.
The dispute that was described previously was out of a misunderstanding between me and Phoenix Career Solutions. The report was the result of a sudden frustration faced by us and later it was realized that there was no such a scam. I realize that Phoenix Career Solutions in Kottayam is genuine in its work and it is a Govt of India approved recruitment
agency.

The tuition fee paid by us has been completely refunded and all issues are settled finally.
I apologize for any difficulty faced by Phoenix or its Management because of such a complaint.

Anyway it was not a good move to publish baseless allegations against a well running professional organization who is well known for its commitment towards the client over the web. You should understand that such actions will immediately disturb the reputation especially since the nature of business is built on trust and is very sensitive. The attitude for apologizing even in the later stage is appreciated.
