Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT]landline with internet (not fibr) - no internet now for 1 week

Customer service told us to wait for 3 to 5 days for them to fix and now it is over a week and they have not fixed the problem. PLDT contractors do not care about customers.---PLDT has the poorest customer service and technical support people. If I can give you a rating between 0 to 5, you'd probably get negative mark instead of zero, because that is how worst your service is!!!
