details of incident: interrupted landline connections since 2018 with consistent hotline reports every month up to the present.
i personally visited pldt maysan branch to formally report our concern, the csr told me that she will forward our concern to your technical department for immediate resolution but no immediate action was done. i regularly call your hotline for repair visit but you dispatched technicians from your third party group (contractors) which leads to totally turn our 7 land lines nos. lost dial tone. i kept on reporting this issue to your hotline and they just keep on giving different job order nos and promising for a rebate.

- we request for full bill adjust from march 2019 up to present since we are paying our bills every month yet we cannot use the service.
