Phemelo Motlhabipoor service, payment delay

I will like to lodge a complaint about the poor services that I have received from Multichoice. I need to know what is the issue with POP that I have emailed to you, and why is it taking so long for money to clear. I have used pay and clear service so that the funds can clear immediately into your bank account however this is not the case. In addition you were very rude to me and I don't appreciate the way you are handling the matter, you make it my problem but it's your internal issues and I don't understand why I need to be inconvenienced with your incompetence. Your service is pathetic and quite shocking.
