I placed an order three weeks ago and paid by credit card. I have not received my merchandise, the tracking website they offer does not exist and their tel nº is on answer phone. It would seem that they are scammers of the worst kind.

    pharm support group have obtained money and sent the wrong goods, , , , cannot get a response from them i have paid approx £140 absolutely disgusted... problem, they have my bank details... and it has a lock which indicates it's a secure site... if i dont get my money back then i will never shop on line again., ...

    I placed a order on May 19 09 for the amount of $92.55 CDN.They charged $124.34 on my credit card and it's been 6 weeks.
    Nothing yet, I can't reach them by phone and did not receive a reply of my E-Mail.

    P.S. They have another site with the same phone number: ANY MEDS.NET

    I hope that they are found and delt with, made an EXAMPLE OF.
    This takes alot of trust out of ordering on-line,
    and all other companies should get together to do so. With handling this and any other companies or so called companies that conduct themselves this way.
    IT SHOULD BE GOVERNED !
    There's enough stress in the world today.

    Credit card charged Sept. 26, 2008. Pharmaceuticals never received. What a rip off. Damn.

    I've ordered a number of items with no problems. It does take awhile though..be patient. Pretty petty to complain about generics at these prices if you ask me.

    Received after 3 weeks, generic not genuine even though I was buying genuine product. Came from India - unsatisfying condition. No instructions, no ingredients, no seal.

    I received the product after 3 weeks waiting, generic, I thought I was buying genuine product as it was advertised as genuine. I dont know yet if it is the same thing. They even put 2 pills of Viagra, but you can not tell if it is or it isn't.
    The tracking page did not work.

    i hope i haven't been scammed! i ordered from them and was given a tracking number that worked right away. it said my order was processed and shipped. now 2 weeks later i check the tracking and it says page can't be displayed. i have a bad feeling that they took my money and ran. we will see! ill come back and give an update once i find something out.

    i hope i haven't been scammed! i too tried to track my package and it said page can't be displayed. i tracked it right after i was given the number and it said it was processing. now 2 weeks later the tracking number won't work. i am very nervous about this and hope that this works because i am almost out of my medicine. ill follow up and let yall know if i ever get my package

    Be patient. I felt the same way. Did take awhile. Saw drug, generic cialis, in about 3-4 weeks from Sri Lanka. Have regular and generic. Seems to be about the same.

    On July 21, 2008, my Visa card was charged $96.27 and you emailed me the same day with my order ID.
    The order ID: S24-875148. I have not received the medication ordered. I have tried unsuccessfully to call the two phone numbers listed, no one answers. Could you kindly reply to this email and give me an update on my order. I have read the other complaints and sincerely hope that mine won't be listed in that column.

    I recently had a positive experience with this company. I was admittedly very skeptical at first, with the nonresponsive e-mail address and phone number, but they delivered quality med's (generic, but real) on time and when they said they would.

    I previously posted my positive response and I see that it has now been removed. Apparently this site is not interested in the "whole" truth. I am sure that some have had negative experiences, but I can attest to the fact that they are not 100% fraudulent at this site would have one believe.

    i received my orderIDX16-386452.i was very badly disappointed to receive a so expansive product in a so bad condition, and in a so bad appearence;this order is coming from sri lanka, (viva corp) i cannot even taste the productall pills are crashed, my first order came from india and i was satisfied,
    this time i'm fully upset, i'm gone to proceed for a complain at the europeean board to stop a suchnegative attitude for cash payment customers

    I was very skeptical of this site after I made my purchase. The phone # was invalid and the link to check my order did not work. I even alerted my charge card company of possible fraud. I received an Express Mail tracking number on the 3rd day after placing my order. Order shipped from India, went thru Customs in US, and was delivered today, 10 days after order entry. Product received was generic, but seems genuine and as advertised. Items were professionally packaged, individually foil sealed, and had manufacturers identification codes stamped in each foil pack.

    I have notified my charge card company that services were performed as advertised and I am a satisfied Customer. I am very pleasantly surprised.

    Sorry I didn't read this page of complaints before putting in the order to Pharma-Support Group. I was also deceived. In their order-confirmation letter Alexander threatens the purchaser of legal action should there be credit card fraud involved. In this case, the fraude is commited by the Pharma Support Group or Canada Med support ([email protected])

    This is the best scam going. I knew within seconds of receiving the so called confirmation letter that I had been had. Their email addresses for follow-up are bogus. Their phone numbers are machines that just tell you that the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. It's been 6 weeks and my pharmacy order has not yet arrived. I contacted Mastercard to reverse the charges (which they have) and cancelled the credit card completely just in case these crooks try to charge something else to me. The whole thing reminds me of some words of wisdom I once heard... If it looks to good to be true it probably isn't kosher.

    I orderet for 250 USD and i havent recieved my stuff. It's about 1 month ago i orderet to Denmark, still waiting hopefully!

    TOTAL SCAM - EVERY VICTIM PLEASE send an EMAIL TO THE FBI! they robbed me 351 USD - and TODAY they charged me 1500 USD for fortex.com - never used my credit card online only this one time for the med. order which NEVER ARRIVED !!!

    I was looking the website up today and when I googled it this complaint site came up.

    I am surprised to see these complaints as I have done buesiness with them for 2+ years for several different products and have had no issues whatsoever.

    It does take a bit longer than they have said to have products delivered, but I have always received them shortly after the time promised, their trackers have been accurate, and I have thought the delays have been caused at customs or with the ground carriers.

    I would be surprised if their were any REAL problems. I did have one parcel lost or stopped at customs and it was promptly replaced.

    I wouldn't ever suggest what someone else do, but my experiences with them have been just fine.

    I have ordered a few items through this website about three weeks ago and paid by my debit card. Product has not arrived yet even though I was informed a week ago via e-mail that I will receive the merchandise following 3-5 business days. I received tracking number by e-mail; however, when I tried to track my order, given tracking number was not recognized. In addition, I have tried to reach them by phone, but it seems that their phone number does not exist. I can not believe that such ### are allowed to fool people! I am positive they are shameless scammers! I have lost $300>. People, be careful.

    I sent USD 49,17 on Jan 16th to Pharm Support Group. - tried in vain to reach company by phone over one week - nobody picks up the phones at numbers indicated in Order-confirmation mail.

    Am seriously afraid of consecutive fraud on my credit card number..

    A Pharm-Support Group ho ordinato merce pagata con Mastercard il 27.10.2007 alle ore 16.24 per €308,44 ($ 443,89). Non ho mai ricevuto la merce; ho inviato a [email protected] numerose e-mail senza avere alcuna risposta. Sono truffatori; bisogna intervenire legalmente. Grazie. Paolo Migliorelli ITALIA

    Totally agree. My recent experience was the same-took my money and never sent the product. Now they won't respond to my e-mails. Total BS, a company that's out of control and needs legal intervention.
