To Whom It May Concern.
I'm writing this letter in hopes of getting financial assistance for dental implants. My teeth have been an issue from the beginning of my life. My mother was given tetracycline when I was in her womb in 1960. She had a severe kidney infection, and she believed in her doctor, Anne Nichols, of Greencastle, Indiana. Mom took the dosages thinking she was doing no harm to me. Immediately after I was born in 1961, I developed a kidney infection and Dr. Nichols prescribed tetracycline to me as well. Once my teeth started coming in it was apparent that they were a greyish black discoloration and the enamel was thin. My parents were very poor being on a pastor salary with seven children it made it difficult to provide extra dental care. I remember being small and being carried into the Indianapolis Dental College by my father. He had to meet with several people who helped setup a plan to help treat my condition on a budget that they barely could afford. Weekly trips were made to the dental college, I was quite familiar with the routine and the people knew me quite well. I had spacers, bridges and even crowns before entering school age. I can remember laying on the floor at night crying over a weekend because I had a tooth that had gotten a cavity and immediately went into an abscess that quickly.
My teeth have always been a problem and continue to be. My parents spent thousands of dollars to fix my teeth, which did give me pretty teeth until I reach 9th grade. My teeth once again started to cause issues with abscesses and cavities one right after another. My mom would cringe thinking of the cost at Dr. Turner's office in Plainfield to repair the tooth with a root canal and crown. I would babysit and whatever I could to help, but it did take lots of money to fix my teeth. Once I turned 18 and got my own dental insurance, I realized the expense my parents had wrapped up in my teeth. I remember my mom saying, you take care of those teeth we have a lot of money vested. I had root canals and crowns on all but 4 teeth in my entire mouth. My front teeth have cavities and caps but for how long no one knows.
Currently at 60 I have exhausted all means of money to fix my teeth, I have pulled funds from all possible means, 401k, savings, and bonuses. I am a businesswoman and I feel that I deserve to have beautiful teeth. I recently had to have two teeth in the front on the right side pulled, because the crowns had nothing to hold them in place. I must go around without these two teeth. I feel with what I have gone through the least I can do is have teeth that stay in my mouth and I can proudly smile back at people. Unlike my mom who went through much of her life placing her hand over her mouth each time she laughed and smiled due to discolored and broken teeth. I refuse to do this. No woman should have to hide her beautiful because of her teeth or be ashamed of what someone else has caused. Implants would allow me to smile naturally and glow with beauty and grace.
I am not trying to get rich; I am trying to enjoy the rest of my days without being embarrassed at my appearance. My dentist is more than happy to speak with you as well.

I was born in 1963. I was given tetracycline often for multiple ear infections. When my permanent teeth came in, they were darkened grayish brown. Everyone else in my family has/had bright white teeth. In the mid to late 70s, my parents discover that my teeth were a side effect of tetracycline. I went through high school and college without treating the discoloration. And NO I do now have "emotional" damage. I enjoyed life. However, as I was beginning my career as a pastor, public speaker, and seminar instructors, my parents wanted to help.

In 1986, our dentist bonded only my top front 8 teeth. This is a process of putting a hard white substance on my teeth. To be honest, it did not look natural. It looked like white shiny putty on teeth. If I remember correctly, the cost was $300 per tooth. $2400.00.

Bonding does not have long shelf life. In 1993, the bonding on some teeth had broken and chipped. So now I had white and brown grayish from teeth. A new process called veneering was done. To me this is likened to placing a false fingernail over a real fingernail. Eight veneers were beautifully placed on my teeth. They looked very nice. At this point, my dentist gave me a deal at $500 per tooth. $5000.00

The shelf life of veneers is supposed to be about fifteen years. I am very fortunate that they lasted into 2020. Now the veneers are chipping off and capping/crowning teeth is the option.

This is even more important now because often when speaking I am projected onto large screen. In fact recently during lockdown, I was broadcasted online. I viewer told me they were distracted the whole time because they thought I had something stuck on a tooth. Instead, it is where one of the broken off veneers is.

I am soon having 8 of my teeth capped/crowned. My childhood dentist has long passed. My current dentist is working hard with my meager insurance to get coverage. The insurance company is partially paying on 4 teeth. I need 8, Realize I have never ever treated my front lower teeth. The cost I am facing now is slightly over $9000 dollars.

So to date, $15, 400.00 is my cost. I am not asking for much. I do not care about emotional damage.

I have contacted Pfizer. My Hope is Pfizer will respond and I can get reimbursed. I will let you know.

I was born in 1957. I was treated with tetracycline many times before 8 years old. I have stained dark brown teeth. The suffering of a lifetime of this staining is immeasurable. In many ways it robbed me of opportunities as my teeth were grotesque. Later in life I struggled to earn enough to have veneers... Then crowns... Then with age, replacing crowns. To date I have spent over $48, 000 dollars just to be able to smile. So as not to be shunned. I will not belabor you with the damage in self esteem and missed opportunity throughout my life. For me it is heart breaking. This has been devastating to me. I can not understand how you do not help people with this grotesque teeth staining that changes their lives forever. I'm 63 and am currently adding $5800.00 more dollars to replace crowns. This is very sad to suffer a lifetime because I was given tetracycline at a young age and this is the result. I am watching the news and just heard that you will not be attending the warp speed summit. You were fine to work with the President when this began and now you are taking a political stand as he exits. By doing so you are not instilling confidence in your vaccine you have made it political and that is dangerous and selfish. I will now exercise my choice by not taking the vaccine because I can no longer trust a company that would be so petty.

I signed of for the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program on July 12, 2019. I received the starter pack and an unopened bottle of 56 (a 28 day supply, 2 pills twice a day). The starter pack was also 56. These lasted until September 6, 2019.
Unfortunately, I did not keep track of the date I received the next shipment. Pfizer stated it was filled on September 4, 2019. This too was an unopened bottle of 56 ( a 28 day supply, 2 pills twice a day). By the time I received the medication, I had been without for approximately 10 days. It was the third week of September before I received the next shipment.
The last one I received was the week of October 20th, 2019. This was also a bottle of 56, 28 day supply. I took the last pill November 20th, 2019.
I called the number I had and heard a recording stating the prescription was scheduled to be filled November 24, 2019. I called again, this time the recording stated it was scheduled to be filled on December 1, 2019. I called today, December 9, 2019, I was told I should receive the prescription in seven to ten days.
Needless to say, I became upset. I told them they were discriminating because I could not afford their medicine and they showed no concern for me the patient. I said I was going to file a complaint and so that is what this is.

Details: My son used this medicine as prescribed my his pedia. I brought this yesterday and I was so disappointed FOM/dirt inside box and the bottle have product leak. Due to product leak molds and microorganism will attract may affect the health of the user. This appearance is not safe to used. Please conduct investagition and provide corrective action for this complaint.

I have been on testosterone replacement therapy for over 15 years, I have used many brands of testosterone cypionate and never had any issues. The medication has always done what it's suppose to until I started using Pfizer. They are selling fake products or no active ingredient at all. I have never felt so bad. Energy was gone within several weeks of injections, libido was completely gone. I couldn't even maintain an erection on this medicine. I paid 138$ twice now for complete garbage. I will be contacting the FDA as well about this batch. I have had two batches that were good and did what they were suppose to. The last two I got were without a doubt, not testosterone. The real question is what is actually in these bottles?

I have been taking a prescription medication manufactured by Pfizer. It is Procardia xl 30mg brand name. I have been using this medication for 30 years so just can't stop it without serious problems. I cannot take the generic equivalent.
I was informed last week that this medication was unavailable. I called Pfizer and asked them when it would be available. They had no information. I emailed the CEO with no response. They did this to me over a year ago. Pfizer keeps playing and jeopardizing my health and life.

My smile was destroyed when I was young when my mother took me to the Dr. and I was prescribed tetracycline. I have lived my life ashamed to smile and unable to get my teeth fixed as the dentist told me bleaching would not help. I would love to have implants but can not afford them. I would love for someone to help me! I actually went to the dentist and did not even have to tell him. " He looked at me and said, " You were prescribed Tetracycline when you were younger weren't you?" I called my mom and asked her. She told me then that I was prescribed Tetracycline when I was younger and that it had destroyed my teeth. I have always hated to smile and yesterday my daughter told me I need to brush my teeth because they were gray! It just makes me sick! I had thought about seeking legal advice but ran across this and figured I'd give it a try. If I can just get my teeth fixed I will be happy if I have to seek legal advice I will probably have to seek compensation for the years of emotional damage for the embarrassment of a life filled with stress and anxiety over the appearance of my teeth.

I'm 58 year old female. I have grey teeth and it's embarrassing! I have put tons of money having my teeth capped! But can't afford to have the rest of my teeth done. I was also told by a dentist that because of the drug that it has harmed my enamel so my teeth aren't as strong. I am very self conscious about smiling because of the color of my teeth. I think they should stand up and take care of the problem the company has caused from their drug.

I was prescribed Tetracycline as a teen for acne. As a result my teeth are grayish and look horrible. I have tried whitening strips, gels, etc. with no improvement. I have considered professional treatment but I can't afford it on my Disability income. I live in Louisville, KY and 1st started taking Tetracycline in approximately 1977 and continued for about 4 years. I can remember the dermatologist's name as it was over 40 years ago. I have suffered depression, loneliness, isolation, been ridiculed (people saying "you need to brush your teeth better") and etc. as a result.

I'm amazed of the many people who experience the same challenges I experience, with Pfizer Patient Assistance Program. People are in genuine pain but I think doctors need to know the faults and the amount of stress one has to endure month after month. When will this things change? I don't think screaming, complaining, yelling, seeking a manager makes a big difference. All I can do is hope that there will be an improvement in this company.

Hi Guys

Recently bought a packet of the above. And what can I say! Very disappointed in the Ear Dropper it was that weak I could not even get enough in the Tube due to lack of Pressure on the draw. It's a shame as I have been an avid user of these Drops for many years. Please go back to the original Dropper as this one is really useless. Very cheaply made obviously. Not happy.

I had to take tetracycline from the age of about 2 months because penicillin was given first and I went into anaphylactic shock. The tetracycline was continued to be given me. I started noticing the discoloring of my teeth early. I've never had teeth I was proud to show off. I often was withdrawn and covered my mouth. I finally saw the kindness and compassion of two dentists to help me try to have a pretty white smile. The treatment didn't work. I hold Pfizer accountable for the embarrassing lifelong grey teeth. It would be in good faith of your company to take care of this problem for all of us who had no say as children and were given this drug that ultimately gave us grey stained teeth for life unless we could afford to spend thousands because of tetracycline. I'd like a reply before I talk with my lawyer about a class action or personal lawsuit for the problems tetracycline has caused me.

As prescribed by my Dr (Sol Jacobs-Emory University Clinic) ; I have been using Genotropin for many years due to having had to undergo the removal of my Pituitary Gland because of a Tumor which almost completely covered my Pituitary Gland. I have been trying to get a refill for many months, but all they will tell me is that it has sent to the Executive Committee for approval. I don't know what, if anything, I might have done that would result in this kind of treatment. I can only conclude that something is not right.

I receive my lyrica (180 150mg capsules, 3 month supply) through the patient assistance program. I placed my refill order on March 14th & received it on March 20th. My bottle said it wasn't due to be refilled until May 20th or 21st. I called on May 6th & asked if I'm expected to just not have medication for a week & the associate said she would put in a request to refill & that she didn't want me to be out of medication.. she also gave me this "confirmation number" - 595108
So I call today, May 17th to check on the prescription & am told that my request was denied & they can't refill it early.. I don't understand how it's early when it was filled on March 14th & I'm being told it can't be refilled until May 20th or 21st, so I'm expected to be without medication for a week or more. This is ridiculous.

I was born in 1968 and my sister was born in 1963. We both were administered tetracycline as an antibiotic when we were young. Both of us suffer from brittle teeth and staining of greys and yellow in our teeth. I have also noticed that with my own children, their baby teeth were white but their permanent teeth came in darker and already stained and I am wondering if this is residual from myself to my children. I can forward photos as needed. I would like to have answers and help.

I was born in 1968 and have suffered with humiliating and ugly tetracycline stained gray teeth, all because I had to take several rounds for sickness as a child. To this day, I don't smile in pictures, cover my mouth around others and have developed such an insecurity due to the embarrassment of having such ugly teeth. My grandparents have been calling for MONTHS trying to get my grandpas medication and NO ONE has the decency to help them when they call. They keep transferring them, and since the service is in English, she has trouble reaching someone. Then when his daughter (my mother) calls to see why is medication hasn't been sent since it was already approved, NO ONE wanted to help her because she needed my grandparents authorization, even though she has ALL the information for him-THEY ARE IN PUERTO RICO, we are in FLORIDA! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE that someone with CHRONIC PAIN IS STILL WAITING for his medication. YOUR COMPANY CLEARLY IS UNORGANIZED and DOES NOT CARE FOR ITS CLIENTS.
