Hi, I advertise my boy for stud using your website and regularly boost his advert.

I'm just wanting to know why has the cost of boosting the advert gone ridiculously expensive?

I use to boost the 15 day package every 15 days but because of the price now I won't be doing it as its a silly amount.

I also feel that because of the ridiculous amount it is now alot of people will have the same opinion as me.

Pets4Homes are not taking customer safety seriously at all!  I still haven't had any communication at all or refund of my deposit from the seller yet his advert which is clearly a fraud is back on the website!

My account been put on hold,after several payments,with the reason as I have another account.

I asked help to recover my account and I was ignored.

Now I lost my account and my money

I need help to recover my original account.As I mentioned,I have a mental disability,I can send proof,I m forgetting things.After my mobile was stolen,I don't remember any account.

Why I m neglected if I have a disability?

Hello i put advert for my dashhound up today about 4 o'clock but they've taken 35 pounds out twice can i get a refund please my name is Stephen procter address 104 town Street Middleton leeds ls10 3qp if u could reply or give phone number please

I received an email saying that my advert has been stopped and my account banned.

It said I had to edit it and say the puppy has been microchipped which they have on the 10/8/22

I've requested several times what they were going to do with the microchip information weather going to clone it sell it etc what they going to do with my personal information and they won't respond. Will be refunded for the boost that is now cancelled and they refuse to answer that also.

I've asked three times for The script to go to a manager to read it.

It clearly states in the edit section but the microchip ID is not mandatory.

I've sent a photo of the microchip information with the numbers hidden of course for obvious reasons.

Hi, I have been trying to use my pets4homes account for months and still no response to have it up and running again. I have no idea why it has been blocked, as no rules have been broken. It is under [protected]@talktalk.net account and I breed Pomeranians occasionally.

I have already sent an email within the last week and had no response. I complained weeks ago, no response.

I placed an advert to sell litter of puppies money was taken from my account as payment . I viewed my advert and after 5 mins realised had been taken down . Reason given l had used another email address . I couldn't log in and raised complaint to be told breeched their conditions using different e mail . I requested my money back .l haven't received it.

They take your money firstly, they do not check where that comes from! I paid for 2 advertisements I put one in German spitz the other in Pomeranians, They asked for ID, which I sent my mortgage documents, which prove where I live, I have no driving licence as I do not drive, I have no passport as cannot afford to go abroad. So I sent them the only photo I'd I have, that being my blue badge. it took at least 2 weeks before they excepted my advertisement. By then the puppies had obviously grown, so tried to up date with pictures, They only have me as having one advertisement but paid for two. Then they blocked my account when I updated the pictures and sent lots of reasons why I had broke the rules.. Why when I had put two new pictures up I have no idea.. But having read lots of people that have had the same issues.. Taking money but not getting the advertisement on line. I have this morning called trading standards and because they have not provided a service I am entitled to get a refund. I would say, with this site I do not think it's anything to do with welfare in truth. As there is no answer to the fact they do not care for where the money is coming from. my puppies are fully vaccinated, wormed flea and eye tested, I have had to vastly reduce the price now, which means the poor puppies are still waiting for homes, a pedigree German spitz for four hundred and fifty pounds with all the work and love they have had is nothing, I am keeping one myself, I did this litter as the father is now ten years old and I found he has cancer in one of his eyes which is devastating news, I have just had a dog pass away on Sunday that was ten years old, I live on my own and they are my life.. I have put chip numbers and they had their 2nd vaccination yesterday, but I forgot to take the cards so have to go back on Saturday to get them updated and collect them..

On The 20th June my deposit of £162 was taken out of my account, and yet no transaction took place with the seller. On your page it clearly the deposit will not be taken until the transaction is completed

I would appreciate a swift return of my deposit back into my account.

Only trying to post an advert but my account is blocked, I was trying to rehome an imported dog last year as she wasn’t getting on with my female to the point that I ended up in a hospital with stitches, I have my own puppies due this week, I would like to advertise but when I email customer service, the only response I get is, ‘you can’t sell imported puppies’ no-one even reads my email

Can someone pls look into it

Both parents are my family pets, probably the only litter, both at home in UK Surbiton KT5, can be viewed with puppies when they arrive,

Today I paid £39.99 for your top boost I have got someone to check on a different device and I don’t even in the listing can u explain this asap because I feel u have taken my money for no service I would like my advert boosted asap or my money back. I’m a 5 star registered breeder who works hard with my dogs and u have left me down

On October 24th contact seller on Pets4homes about flatcoat retriever puppy. Paid deposit. Viewed, paid and brought Puppy home on 31st October. Puppy seemed unwell and when checked by vet we were told he needed further tests. He was then diagnosed with an inherited kidney disease. He died before he was 6 months old. We have emails of all test results and billing. Unable to send as options are photo and video only.

i have not listed anything for sale on my pets 4 homes account this year yet they have blocked it and told me i need to go to my local council for a license. I emailed them to ask what are they talking about i have not listed anything since last year and they said i still need to go to my council and get in writing proof i don't need a licence to sale nothing?

I have asked for a managers contact details to make a complaint and been ignored.

I have friends who used to have accounts and they do not any longer as all have been blocked for no reason pets 4 homes obviously doesn't want to run a good business where they sort out issues they just want to ignore you.

iv sold 3 kitten litters through this site, the first time was fine the deposits all came through to our back with no issue however we now have £200 in customer deposits sat in are account that every time we request to be sent to our bank never arrive. i first contacted them back in January ( although contacting them is a bit of a faf in itself ) they stated there had been an error when creating my account and could I send all my details account numbers and also photos of my driver's licence this was all sent over and I was told that I should now be able to get my money, however that was not the case I then contacted them again in march and they said my bank details are not right and my name isn't a real one but all my details where right and the name was the exact one on my bank card. iv then had to contact them again ( now april) gone through the whole 'there was an error setting up your account' crap sending all the details again. he then said he had manually sent the money over to our bank and it would be with me in up to 4 days! I'm still yet to get this money and i would tell all sellers to stay clear of deposits through the site i honestly think its a total scam

iv tried looking for company details so i can get the money back through small claims court but trying to get any real contact info for them is impossible

I recently purchased a kennel club registered puppy from pets4homes I have since found out that she was mis advertised.

I have tried to negotiate with the price but to no avail.

I have offered to receive a full refund and purchase her back as non kennel club registered.

Could you please advise.

I purchased a puppy from your website. From a breeder in Oldham called Haley. I paid her 50 pound for the micro chip to be registered and changed to my name however I have checked and it seems to be unregistered and therefore not registered to my name. I have messaged the woman numerous times she’s read and not replied. If there’s anything you can do will be much appreciated.

I had enquird about a puppy (10 month). I had placed a deposit and sent a few messages back and forth with the current owner.

As I was waiting on the owner to reply to having a time to meet up. I received an email from yourselves confirming "congratulation, you are getting a puppy"

The owner then advised me that she had decided to go with another family.

I believe in receiving said email that the owner was happy to move forward with me.

This was very mislead and let to great hurt and disappointment when I found out I intact was not.

I've done nothing wrong I hardly go on here I had a dispute with a man who called me every name under the sun some time ago this is awful, I want to be put back on site. It's terrible an adult man who I don't know has done this he wanted money from me straight away I said I'm not doing that until I see the dog he said you'll pay for this you wait and see iv come on here my god what has he said and done.

I am unable to withdraw my deposit from the website. It appears to be sitting in my Pets4home account I have spoken to the buyer who has informed me that £59 was with drawn from his account on the 11th of December 2021. I have contacted pets4home numerous times without any reply.
I understand the kitchen is a Christmas present for a child, this has cause stress and harm to the buyer and his family he was charged a £9 fee to use the deposit service.
