Petronas pump issue

Yesterday 14.11.2019 around 1930-1945 i had go to one petronas station at:-
Address : 31700 Malim Nawar, Perak, Malaysia
Coordinate : 4.359598, 101.121882

By using credit card i fill fuel here, after when fully feel, the pump and the socket head from the pipe to the pump head are removed and the oil continues to flow continuously. I immediately looked for the emergency stop button on the machine but did not find the button. the oil kept flowing so that I was there and sprayed with a lot of oil. The pause was stopped after my wife informed the counter, so it was very dangerous because no maintanance had been made regarding the condition of the host pipe pump. and no emergency button.

Petronas persiaran puncak jalil

I went to this petrol station pump petrol at pump no 9, due to the timing to work, I stop the pump at amount rm31.18. Then I drive the car toward petaling jaya.

After I reached bandar Kinrara and I have noticed my car petrol indicator still at the bottom low, and my car screen showing remaining petrol only can drive up to 38km.

Then I drive to shell petrol station to continue pump my petrol to ensure my car in good condition. Gratefully, the fuel indicator increase 2bar and remaining petrol show can drive 210km.

I returned to the petrol station at persiaran puncak jalil, the staff said no body complain and cannot take my complain. And no action can be take.

Please refund the unsupply petrol money.

Petronas unprofessional staff

I would like to complain regarding unprofessional staff @ LOT 1, JALAN 41A/227A, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR. [protected]). NAME M.AZRI.

As i know this Cold Brew- Citrus isn't my taste at all (THIS DRINK TASTE THE WORST AMONG OTHERS CAN DRINK IN MALAYSIA). As he didn't tell me purchased 3 NESCAFE can drink can have (ONLY) THIS WORST TASTE DRINK AFTER I TOOK COLD BREW- LATTE. And he switched the drink without telling me while I went to get this 3 NESCAFE- MOCHA DRINK. and i bought it without knowing it.

I HOPE THIS KIND OF SERVICE CAN BE MORE PROFESSIONAL!

Petronas mesin kad tidak dapat di gunakan

Saya ingin bertanya kepada pihak petronas.saya mengisi minyak di stesen tanjung aru kota kinabalu sabah pada 26.09.2019 jam 22.54.setibanya saya di sana saya menggunakan kad debit untuk pengisian minyak.tapi saya agak kecewa tidak dapat mengunakan kad debit tersebut tetapi tertera SILA MASUKAN KAD ANDA.kenapa hendak menyusahkan pengguna kalau mesin kad tersebut tidak dapat di gunakan.lebih baik di tiadakan sahaja mesin tersebut.menyusahkan pengguna sahaja bila tidak dapat digunakan.lalu saya berjalan ke kaunter untuk membuat pembelian minyak.saya bertanya kepada pekerja yang berada di kaunter kenapa saya tidak boleh gunakan kad mesin tersebut.dengan selamba nya pekerja tersebut memberikan jawapan yang kurang senang di hati saya.KENAPA TIDAK BOLEH PAKAI? saya plak di tanyakan soalan.patut ka saya di layan sedemikian?pekerja tidak mesra pelanggan.saya betul betul kecewa dengan petronas.

Petronas rude petronas foreigners cashier.

12 September 2019, Friday.

Around 7.30pm, when I'm queuing at the PETRONAS cashier for 15 minutes, the foreigner worker totally ignore me when is my turn and serve the next customer behind me. I ask him why you serve others people instead of me? He didn't reply me anything and show me the angry face. May be the customer behind me was his friend but please lah, why let a rude foreigner become a cashier?

Petronas petronas gift card

Staff from Petronas Dagangan Berhad is the worst in the industry. I'm not sure is their English failed or ability of understanding is a problem, been repeating few times asking them regarding receipt issue then they keep answer things is not related to it. Somemore a big company like Petronas doesnt even issue an official receipt, just a screenshot from Excel LOL what a joke..

Petronas petronas seksyen 27 shah alam, lubang besar di jalan masuk

Pagi ini 13/9/2019, jam 645 pagi saya singgah ke petronas ini. Malang nya dalam keaddan masih gelap, tayar kereta saya melalui lubang yang besar ke jalan masuk petronas ini.
Saya beritahu kepada staff tentang lubang itu, dia kata ntah boss tak baiki.
Ini boleh rosakkan alignment kereta, malah amat bahaya kpd motosikal jika dlam keadaan gelap. amat bahaya dan boleh sebabkan kerosakan kenderaan.
Nampak sangat owner tak ambil kisah tak tidak menjaga keselamatan.
Mohon pergi check dan ambil tindakan.

Petronas not honest on amount of petrol

My car was a Myvi. Last week (13/8/2019), i filling petrol at Petronas Taman Bersatu Rawang, I paid RM50 but 3 column that fill.Today(26/3/19) i went to Petronas Rawang Industrial Park 1, i paid RM63.39 with 7 column full. This is have a big problem on the amount of petrol! I strongly suspect that Petronas Taman Bersatu Rawang have cheated on the amount of petrol. Hope your company do a checking on the Petrol station. Thank you.

Petronas disappointed of behaviour staffs

I went to Petronas Kulis Am Induk Service at PTD55821 Jln Kebudayaan 19 Tmn U, Skudai JB around 12pm for deposit the money at atm machine inside.
Suddenly, ladies staff with no manner/rude ask me to wait coz need to talk with me. Am I supposed to wait when she need to talk with me?
So disappointed when the ladies staff talk rude with me about parking car issues. Im really not satisfied when being treat like a hell while im a pregnant and with a heavy rain.
She says im not bring any business to her while im only going inside just to banking the money. Is it the right ways to say? With the loud voices and rude words to me. Im so angry and she so arrogant while ask me to make a complaint if I dare. Im so dissappinted while im actually a regular customer with Petronas over 10years. She also admit she is a manager for the company who incharge all the business. I ask for the boss contact no for explaination but she ignore me. I directly go out from the station n drive my car out.

Petronas cancellation of interview.

Dear Human Resources,

I have received your email from Mohd Taufik Ngatman pertaining to the cancellation of the interview session which was scheduled at 11 am today (21/8/2019).

I was taken aback that the cancellation was due to the reason that I have no Degree Certificate which related to the advertised job. It is so unprofessional of you individually and company as a whole for your failure to properly check my education background before calling me for an interview.

I have taken Annual Leave from my current employer to attend to your interview session scheduled today. However due to your negligence, I have wasted my annual leave. Besides, I have spent whole day and night preparing for today's interview.

I do hope this kind of mistake will not ever happen again to other candidates who has put so much effort and hope to work with your esteemed Company. I understand it might be your company policy to only hire Degree holders despite vast experiences I have with Procurement Department, yet, this kind of mistake should not ever happened again.

Petronas diesel pump no 8 very bad condition

Today 3/8/2019 i went to petronas sabah tenom . i was on my way to back beaufort and i stop to this petronas tenom . i pay RM150.00 use credit card. The when i put the nozzle pump i realise its not even working the meter was running . only air come out. But the meter was running . i ask the staff to stop and i said is this pump not working? They said it was very bad pump. Then why they not notice me early that this pump need to fix/under maintanance. I ask to change pump but the refund from bank take days. The servis is very bad please take noted this complain. I submit the pic last resit

Petronas staff rudeness and incompetence

At 2.30pm sunday 21st july 2019, I encountered a very rude TEAM OF MALAY FEMALE STAFFS.. 3-4of them were raising voices in the mesra shop against me alone due to their own mistakes for not updates the right promotion in their computerised system.. I took 1 can of Nescafe tarik kaw and 1 chocolate muffin mesra bite.. promotion board clearly stated that A combo of rm3 for "mana-mana jenis nescafe dan satu roti mesra bite"..
it started from the cashier itself when she asked me to pay rm3.70 where I only should pay rm3.. then I told her promotion board shows only rm3.. then she start yelling for her friend about 10meters away saying that im taking other than original nescafe.. I told her (without raising my voice) that it's written on the board "mana-mana jenis nescafe".. when the 10meter friend who were besides the promotion board heard what I say, she started to twist about the bread.. she confidently says (her voice can be heard throughout the shop) only certain bread for mesra bite without even checking what bread did I take or what bread was on the board) I was at the counter feeling unsatisfied and not proper to fight for 70cents! But I went to the board (not my job to translate for them!) and show right onto their face the same exact chocolate muffin was posted on the adv board! Then when they started to get the fact right, I wait in front of the counter and she returned me my muffin which was scanned and I just go away without sayIng a word. Without a sorry word from any of the staff, I dont mind! I just wanna go out as fast as I can.. suddenly when I was far from them (to be exact I was picking up my drinks from the tealive) I heard the cashier still mambling about me.. I dont know what was her intention but im sure there's a lot of customers in front of her and of course im embarrassed when she said "tapi dia ambil nescafe kopi kaw.. promotion tu nescafe original je".. I was like what the hell? 1st, u r not competent.. u dont know about the promotion ur company do 2nd, without checking properly, u want to say u r right.. 3rd u didnt apologise for wasting my time and made me looks like mengemis in ur shop! 4th, when we have settled without me saying anything or scold you, I dont even say a word because things settled.. but now u tried to test my patience by "rumah dah siap, tapi tukul masih berbunyi" whattt?!'🙄. So I replied by raising my voice too "mana2 jenis nescafe, u x reti baca ke?"

What a team of samseng malay female have ur company raised?

Petronas rude petronas danau

Salam. Felt annoyed to your one stuff. Today 12july 12pm.

I didnt know why is it what im wearing or i am not using my bm or my big bike.
He is so rude and doesnt give instruction clearly
I dont know is the stuff is stupid or petronas dont have SOP
2nd i dont mind if the procedure who using debit card need to leave their card at the cashier. But he just expect people already know we need to stay our debit card behind. When i ask. He answered with anger and lazy and eyes looking at what the [censored] he's in doing idk and idc
After came back for my card. I try to stay calm and say thank you
And he replied with so rude way and didnt look at me at all.

Kindly please take action to this stuff. Otherwise other people i sure would like to slap him in the face.
Please transfer this guy to other place for a week or a month so he can have some lesson through what he just did.

Very unhappy to start a day. Thats all. Felt angry and upset

Petronas perkhidmatan yang teruk

Say ingin mengisi minyak auro5 di Petronas Seri Manjung pump off line pergi ke kaunter saya letakkan kad credit dan meminta untuk isi penuh tapi perempuan di kaunter minta saya nyatakan jumlah yg hendak di isi untuk di cas dlm kad saya. Saya minta isi dulu sudah selesai berapa jumlah baru di cas sebab kad berada di tangan nya, dia enggan bekerjasama berkeras hendak cas dulu ke kad saya, saya batalkan urus niaga pergi ke station minyak yang lain..

Petronas pekerja kasar dan kurang ajar

Saya pertama kali ingin menggunakan setel di petronas ini. Dan saya bertanya kepada salah seorang pekerja berbangsa asing, you boleh tolong saya guna setel.
Dengan kurang ajar dia berkata.. Itu telefon u, u guna la sendiri, saya pun tak tau guna, sambil menjerit2 dan org pun pandang2. Saya pun tak pandai katanya lagi.
Kurang ajar sungguh cara layan customer. Kalau tak pandai pun cukup sekadar minta maaf saja pun dah ok.
Saya terus ke kaunter untuk bayar cash. Tanya org kaunter, katanya org yang assist utk setel tengah rehat.
Petronas ni pun dah buat setel semua korang train la staff korang untuk first time user.
Memang takkan singgah dah petronas ini

Petronas helpless, bad attitude

Hello, im here to make a report about PETRONAS BAGAN NAKHODA OMAR staff, pump girls and boy. so rude, my car has problem and they just ask me to drive my car go out from petronas and they never ask me whats wrong with my car. For me, they should not do that because someone need a help. and they just do what they do and no smiles, no any question and so helpless. i hope you can fix this staff problem. because they attitude so bad. please make sure that they not do that to other customer.so disappointed. thank you.

Petronas unethical behaviour of worker & safety threatened

Cards payment unavailable, went to the counter and questioned about it. The cashier was Syahirah Abd Rasid (9000), she answered in a rude way: " Memang tak boleh function." I further questioned about the reason of it, expected to have a clearer clarification. A man (didn't manage to have a look of his name) shouted at me: Offline Offline! Itu bukan masalah saya, kenapa tanya saya?

I asked in a polite way. But he acted like a gangster. On my way back to my car, he stormed out with a helmet in his hand and stared at me. I am not too sure what he wanted to do, but I dont feel safe to go there anymore.

I am demanding Petronas to take this issue seriously. Terrible experience and will never ever going back to this outlet anymore.

Petronas petrol

Sir/Madam,

I'm facing problem with petronas jalan dato ismail hashim. The problem is when i request for 2 liters of petrol and they unable to provide it. Another problem is they do not want to provide enough balance after i make payment with the reason "they don't have 5 sen". I already told about the problem to the supervisor but still facing same problem. please advise me if you can help me?
