Ordered Frontline Flea medication and it never arrived. I contacted customer service at petcaresupplies and they were very helpful. The said shipment was lost in customs and provided me a full refund to my credit card. They apologized for the lost shipment and were very polite. I did not expect this service and thought it was going to be difficult. Nice surprise to work with a company who made it right.
