I recently bought a tuxedo from Perfect Tux for an upcoming wedding in November. I was excited to receive my Shaw lapel ivory colored tuxedo, but when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that it wasn't the color I had expected. The lapel was supposed to be ivory, but it was more of a champagne color that didn't match the wedding colors. I decided to return the tuxedo within the 14-day period allowed by the return policy.

I followed the instructions for returning the tuxedo and waited patiently for my refund. According to the return policy, it should take 7 to 10 business days to receive a refund. However, after waiting for more than a month, I still hadn't received my refund. I tried calling the customer service number several times, but I was never able to speak to anyone. The automated voicemail said that customer service hours were from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday, but even when I called during those hours, I couldn't get through to anyone.

The only way I was able to contact Perfect Tux was through email. Unfortunately, it took several days to receive a response to each email I sent. I was frustrated that I had to wait so long to get a refund for a product that I had returned within the allowed time frame.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from Perfect Tux. While the tuxedo I received was of good quality, the customer service was lacking. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone, and I had to wait a long time to receive my refund. If you're looking for a tuxedo for a special occasion, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently ordered a shirt and bow tie from Perfect Tux for an event I was attending. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, I noticed that the shirt had some bad stitches on the front, which made it look poor quality and very noticeable. I was quite disappointed, but since the event was the very next evening, I didn't have time to reorder.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Perfect Tux to initiate a return, I was informed that they charge a restocking fee. I was shocked that I had to pay this fee for a damaged item that was not my fault. What's more, the item would be passed on to another customer, which I found to be very bad business practice.

However, I am happy to report that the issue was eventually resolved with the vendor. I returned both the shirt and bow tie, but noticed that only a portion of my return was processed. I assumed that I was charged the restocking fee, but it turned out that the bow tie return was missed and not processed.

Thankfully, the vendor quickly addressed this issue and credited my return for the entire purchase. I was relieved that no restocking fee was charged, and I appreciate the vendor's prompt response to the situation.

Overall, while I was initially disappointed with the quality of the shirt and the restocking fee policy, I am satisfied with the vendor's resolution of the issue. I would consider using Perfect Tux again in the future, but I would be more cautious about checking the quality of the items before making a purchase.

I just got my hands on two tuxes from Perfect Tux for my son who's going to be a ring bearer in my sister's wedding this August. The navy blue color is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, neither of the sizes fit him. I had to send both of them back for a return, but it took a while for them to process it (order #8391). I had to call them up to get it sorted, but once I gave them the UPS tracking number, the customer service agent said he'd process it.

I reordered the correct size, and let me tell you, it's absolutely PERFECT. My son is 5 years old, and he looks so handsome in it! The product is great, and the people are great too. However, I do have one small issue. In this day and age, when I buy something online, I expect the return shipping to be paid for. I was surprised to find out that it wasn't. When I called to start the return process, they sent me a sheet to include in the box, but no label. I had to spend $18 on return shipping, which doesn't seem reasonable to me, especially since I'm still buying a different size.

Overall, the product is great, but the return process needs to be tightened up a bit to provide excellent service. If you're willing to buy something online, you should expect the return process to be smooth and hassle-free. I hope Perfect Tux can work on this issue, but other than that, I highly recommend them!

I gotta tell ya, I got me a mens satin burgundy tuxedo vest with optional tie from Perfect Tux and let me tell ya, it was the bee's knees! When that bad boy arrived (way quicker than I thought it would), I was tickled pink to see that it was way better quality than any of the other vests I had ordered. And the color was spot on, too! I've been on the hunt for the perfect burgundy vest for my prom and let me tell ya, it's been a real pain in the keister. But this vest was the real deal, I tell ya what.

But then, wouldn't ya know it, I went and ordered the wrong size! I was in a real pickle, let me tell ya. But I didn't let that get me down, no sirree. I hopped right back on the Perfect Tux website and ordered the right size. But here's the kicker, I only had three days to get it before the big shindig. So I paid for expedited shipping and then I opened up a chat to make sure I'd get it in time. And let me tell ya, the fella on the other end of that chat, Matt A., was a real gem. He went above and beyond to help me out. He even checked the east coast store to see if they had the right size so I could save on shipping. And he helped me verify the correct size, too. And on top of all that, he gave me a discount on the shipping! Can you believe it? These folks at Perfect Tux really seem to care about their customers and they work hard to help you out. I'll definitely be shopping here again and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of their products.

I was in a pickle when I needed a tux for my son for my wedding. I went to Perfect Tux and found the perfect one, but there was a problem with the size option. I sent them an email and they got back to me within an hour! They told me that they were out of the size I needed for that tux. I was bummed, but they helped me find another one that I could order. I asked them if it would come in time for me to get it tailored and they said it would. When I got the email saying it was processed and the estimated delivery date, it was a day after my wedding! I was so upset and I emailed them back right away. They apologized and changed the shipping to priority. I got it three days before my wedding! I was so happy with their customer service. They really went above and beyond to help me out.

When I got the tux, I had it tailored and it looked great on my son. It was also really affordable, which was a huge plus. The only negative thing was that the jacket button came off and was hanging by a thread. I think it might have been because my son was playing in it before the ceremony. Overall, I was really happy with my experience with Perfect Tux. Their customer service was amazing and the tux was great quality for a great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tux for a special occasion.

I bought a tuxedo for my bro's prom on Monday, 4/18, from Perfect Tux. They sent me an email the next day saying that my order would ship no later than the following day (4/20). On 4/20, they sent me another email saying that my package shipped, and I would receive it no later than 4/22. But, I didn't get my package on 4/22. I waited for a few more days, but still no package. So, I contacted their customer support for an update on 4/26. But, they didn't give me any update. I had to waste another half of a business day, midday on 4/27, to get an update from them. They told me that their warehouse lost my order and it had not processed or shipped it yet. I was so angry and disappointed. They also said that their warehouse would be processing it hopefully by the next day (4/28), and that it didn't make sense to upgrade my shipping because I live so close to their warehouse (I'm in PA, and the warehouse is in NJ). I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They didn't even care that my brother's prom was coming up soon. They should have demanded their warehouse to process my lost order and ship it out immediately. But, they didn't. I demanded the shipping upgrade, but they didn't process my order on 4/27. Today, 4/28, they can't even provide me with a tracking number so I can monitor the status of my package which they claim will be shipped today for overnight delivery. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. My brother is heartbroken because he doesn't have a tuxedo for the prom tomorrow (4/29). I would never recommend this company to anyone. Don't be fooled by their cheaper prices. It's not worth all of the headache and disappointment that I have gone through.

My boy was like, "Mom, I wanna buy my tux for prom instead of renting it." And I was like, "Okay, but we gotta find the right one." We were cutting it close, but we stumbled upon PerfectTux and they had the exact tux my son wanted. I had a million questions, but they were super helpful and answered every single one of them right away. They made sure we got the right tux and that it would fit my son perfectly.

When it arrived, we were a little freaked out because the legs were a bit tight. But the rest of the tux fit like a glove. I was worried that the quality would be cheap because the price was so good, but my son ordered a fancy tux from Macy's too and he picked the PerfectTux tux without hesitation. It looked amazing on him and he said it was way more comfortable than the other one.

We were still trying to figure out what to do about the pants being too snug when their customer service reached out to me. They helped me figure out what other pants might work with the jacket and even offered to overnight them to me. It was a stressful situation, but PerfectTux was amazing about making it work for us. In the end, we didn't even need the other pants because the original ones ended up fitting perfectly.

My son looked so handsome in his tux and it held up through the whole night, even with all the dancing he did. The whole experience with PerfectTux was outstanding from start to finish. My younger son is already excited to buy his Senior Prom Tux from them too. Thank you so much, PerfectTux!

I ordered a jacket from Perfect Tux and was hoping to receive it in time for an event. I asked if the jacket was in stock and was told that it was, and that it would arrive by the following Friday. I was relieved to hear this and placed my order. However, I received an email shortly after stating that the size I ordered was not in stock. I was given the option to choose a different jacket or a different size. I opted for a different size and asked if it would still arrive by the same Friday. I was told that it would.

Unfortunately, the jacket did not arrive on Friday as promised. I assumed that it would come on Monday, but it did not. I received an email on Tuesday stating that the jacket had only been sent for rush delivery on Monday. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was told that the jacket would not arrive until late Wednesday, which was the day that I needed it for my event. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed that the jacket would not arrive in time for me to inspect it for any wrinkles or fold lines.

The customer service representative that I spoke to did not seem to care about my situation or the fact that their service department had lied to me about the delivery date. When the jacket finally arrived, it had a few fold creases, which only added to my frustration. I am beyond angry and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to purchase from Perfect Tux. I plan to write to the Better Business Bureau in their city, state, and even the rest of the world to warn others about their poor service. While their service department made it easy to order, they did not follow through on their promises, causing me several problems. I will never order from them again.

I was on the hunt for something fancy to wear to a fancy black tie event at work, but I didn't want to rent a tux or break the bank. I searched high and low on the internet, but nothing caught my eye until I stumbled upon Perfect Tux. A burgundy dinner jacket with black trim caught my attention, and the description made me feel like it was a high-quality jacket despite its reasonable price. I took the plunge and placed my order.

A day or two later, I got an email saying that the size I needed was sold out. I was bummed, but they offered me other size options. I had some questions about the fit, so I wrote back asking if they recommended I go up or down in size. Based on the selection, high level of customer service, and the quality of their goods, I highly recommend them as a reliable and quality resource to anyone in the market for affordable formal wear. Hey, gotta say, the suit we got from Perfect Tux was pretty good quality. But, gotta be honest, the picture on the website coulda been better. And let me tell ya, I paid almost 60 bucks for just one tie and vest from Perfect Tux. Plus, it took over 10 days for it to even get to me. They really take their sweet time getting the product to you, like they're not in any rush at all to ship it out. If I had to do it all over again, I'd just stick to eBay.

Got the Indigo Suit set for my boy's 8th grade prom from Perfect Tux. The suit looked so cool in the picture, but when we got it, it was a total bummer. The blue was darker and duller than we expected, and it looked dusty too. We were so disappointed! The worst part was that the suit came just two days before the event, and we had to go crazy looking for someone to alter it. We ordered the wrong size, and Perfect Tux didn't tell us in time. They said they'd give us a credit to help with the alterations, but we never got anything. We're really unhappy with the suit, and we wouldn't recommend Perfect Tux to anyone.

However, I was disappointed with the Women's tuxedo jacket that I ordered. I used my measurements and matched them with their size chart, but the size 4 jacket was way too big for me. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it to a special event.

I was so excited to order a tuxedo jacket for my son's prom from Perfect Tux on 04/09/22. I even paid extra for 3-5 day shipping so that I could have enough time to get all the accessories before the big day on 04/23/22. However, things didn't go as planned and I found myself in a bit of a pickle.

I tried calling Perfect Tux to inquire about my order, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone. So, I decided to send them an email on 04/15/22 to see what was going on. Luckily, I received a response from Mel who informed me that the shipping department had confirmed delivery on Wednesday 04/20/22. I was relieved to hear that my order was on its way, but unfortunately, the jacket still hadn't arrived.

I checked the status of my order on their website and to my dismay, it still hadn't been fulfilled. I was really frustrated because now I had to scramble to find my son a jacket for his prom on Saturday. It was really disappointing because I had high hopes for Perfect Tux and their service.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Perfect Tux. While I appreciate Mel's response to my email, it's frustrating that I couldn't get anyone on the phone to speak with directly. Additionally, the fact that my order still hasn't been fulfilled is really disappointing. I hope that Perfect Tux can improve their service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

But when it finally arrived, it was like a totally different thing from what I saw on their website. Like, what the heck? I was so disappointed, man. So I sent it back, right? But let me tell you, returning their stuff ain't no joke. You gotta be on your toes, cuz they might try to pull some shady stuff on you. I'm talking about them trying to take some of your cash, ya feel me? So my advice is, if you gotta return something to PerfectTux, make sure you record the whole thing. Like, video it and stuff. That way, you got proof if they try to play you. Trust me, I learned the hard way. Don't be a victim like me, guys. Stay safe out there.

I would like to return an item, but I don't know how to do it. The reason: your representatives ignore my messages and phone calls. I want to know why.
Let me start from a fact that I got a defective item. A shirt with a small hole outside. Yes, it's repairable, but I didn't pay for this, so I have the right to return it.
I tried to phone your customer service several times, left messages and sent emails. None of it was answered. Is anyone here working for you?

Ordered a tuxedo from PerfectTux website and they lost my package. I was supposed to get my order on a certain date, but nothing arrived so I contacted customer service and they said that they need some time to check what was going on. Later they said that my package was shipped but it was lost during the shipment. They promised to fix their mistake, but nothing was done! I have no tracking number and don't know anything about the status of my order! I need my tuxedo as soon as possible!
