Pep Stores Bad service was not attended to wanted to send money was told i cant cz i changed my surname and with no explanation

Staff not taking their job serious at pep cell pretoria bloed mall could not send money because they were at the back eating they wwre busy sending some guy to give me answers they kept on saying i cant send money because i changed my surname and i must go to home affairs to do wht i dont knw

Pep Stores Money transfer went missing

My nephew sent me money via Money Transfer at Pep Stores in Dannhauser, in KwaZulu Natal. The money was deposited on 22/09/2020 at 14h47. When I went to withdraw the money on 23/09/2020, I discovered that the money has already been redeemed. When he went back to them they told him the money was withdrawn at 14h58 in Gauteng. But the question is who withdrew the money almost 12 minutes later in Gauteng before I could even see the message that he sent to me with the numbers and pin. When he tried to find out how is it possible, the staff there were very rude and threatened him. Can someone investigate this matter and come up with an answer. The transaction reference number is 8066DB5626.

Pep Stores Pep club competition

Good afternoon.
I'am writting this compaint on behalf of Miss Z. J Galelekile in Cradock, regarding a competition which they say she won that was last year August Pep stores competiton she says.
They sent her to the Absa bank to open an Golden card then she does that. Then went to the store again but they told her to wait until level 1.
22/08/2020 she went there again they told her to open other card there with R20 but eventualy they told her again that they were not yet permited to open those type of cards at the moment. She was very furious about the treatment she got there.

If there is such a thing regarding the Pep club competition she won... please do call her and explain it to her.

Pep Stores I am complaining about the service

I am from Pretoria Silverton PeP store today, Manager (Given) was very unprofessional and rude to me. I was doing a PAXI, when a cashier was busy with me, he just came and ask for a cash send from a cashier without asking me, I had to wait for him to get his cash from the till that the cashier was working from, afre few minutes a guy who collected paxi arrived, he takes a phone while a cashier is still processing my paxi, without asking me to wait.. I asked him, why can't you ask me, I've been here, you distracted a cashier while she's still helping me to give you a cash, I kept quite, now again you just taking a phone while she's still busy with me.. That's very rude. His response was you have to be patient we're receiving. I said to me, can't you atleast ask me.. He continues you have to be patient.

Pep Stores Money transfer issue

Good morning,

My mom transferred cash to my niece last month but there was an issue with the amount and it escalated into a pin problem.

I was given a customer services number to call of which I gave it to her. We have four times and the agents keep on saying they will send an SMS with a new pin but still with no luck after 4 attempts. how do we resolve this?

Pep Stores Paxi / pep stores

PAXI/ PEP STORE stole my parcel. I sent it on the 1st of June and upon delivery at Jubilee Mall at Hamaansraal, Pretoria the parcel was opened and stolen. now there is no one who is willing to help me with that. There are many complaints on stolen parcels and they dont care at all. they dont even respond when I make contact with them and their phones are always unreachable. Kindly help me with that. my parcel number is D530100262605. Now they are claiming it was collected when it was not.

Pep Stores Parcel sending argent stolen parcel

I hope my email finds you well. I am launching a complaint against Pep Store and Paxi (the agent company that Pep uses to send parcels). I sent my parcel on the 1st of June and on its arrival to the destination at Hammanskral Pep Store on the 16th of June, the parcel was open with nothing inside. Since then, I have visited Pep Stores with the hope that this case will be solved but unfortunately, Pep personnel have no interest in helping me. PAXI contact number is always engaged and my attempt to communicate through the Facebook page did not yield any results. I noticed that many people complain about their parcels being stolen by PAXi and yet nothing is done about it. I'm afraid that my parcel is going to be one of those that will go missing and nothing is done about it. My parcel number is D530100262605. Please assist me.

Pep Stores Poor services and assault from store employee

On the day of the 26th of may 2020 at about 16h45 me and my wife went to pep in shop-rite checkers pretoria north, where asked the employee if they have a jacket in xxl size, she arrogantly answered if its not there it means we do not have stock. I then took the xl and fit the jacket as that same employee come and pulled the jacket with force from me and shouted I am not allowed to fit the jacket.

I was so shocked and asked but why? And where is the signs? She took me to the fitting rooms were there is 1 sign, but my question was then to her why are there not everywhere signs to read and then I would have know I was not near the fitting rooms to see the sign. She just giggled and laughed and called me stupid. I inst to talk to the store manager were she only apologize for the employee behavior which is not acceptable, nothing further was done to the employee or disciplined. I want action to be taken against the employee and I am going to lay assault charges against the employee as she did take the jacket with force from my body

Pep Stores I'm complaining about not being able to layby at pep store anymore

To i went to pep store qwaqwa (free state) branch that is in setsing near shoprite and i asked the lady at the door who is a staff member at pep that if i want to make a lybe of clothes worth R500, how much will i pay. Her response was "ausi we dont do lybyes because we dont have enough stock, its cash only". Y ddnt we get notified about this?
Or even a paper om the windows or Facebook page so we know of such changes...

Pep Stores Defamation of character

Good morning, my name is Bongiwe Mfayela contact no. [protected] yesterday I went to Pep in West street near mcdonalds a Member there said to be a manager she refused to give me her name she insulted me, I went inside the store with my mask on my chin forgotten that it not on my mouth, then I was goin up the excalaters she rudely shouted me tellin me to put the mask on, I did I took what I was buying and went back down to pay she was in the counter talking about me with her staffing saying insulting words about my proffession and her staff laughing, I payed and asked to speak to her on the side she came out and I told her I ddnt like what she was doing, she ddnt listen telling me she also doesnt like what I was doing she shouted making fun of me telling I shud lead by example I got a job because I slept with someone, I only have matric please see to this matter and treat it as agent

Pep Stores Closing times

I am very dissapointed in the service regarding the closing times which indicates clearly on the window of Pep store, Nelson Mandela boulevard, 8-2 and the doors were basicly closed in our faces just after 13hoo. None of the staff were decent enough to come to the door and try to explain why the doors were closed. One of the staff member said something to the security at the door and he just put his wrists together indicating they are closed. Not proffesional, poor and disgusting service. This specific branch is my favourate one to shop and ive had previous encounters with the staff regarding service but always let it go but today was the cherry on the cake for me. They took the board hanging in the window that indicates the closing and opening times down when we pass the store again.

Pep Stores Bad customer service

I was at pep at busy corner mall (pep 7229 thembisa). A lady by the name of Ntsoane gave me such a bad attitude. Firstly she did not even greet me because she was chatting to her colleague. I greeted her and paid for my items and asked to open a pep savings card. She did not respond to anything I said. Well I waited for her to finish scanning. When she was done scanning she looked at me and said nothing. I noticed that she did not hear when I asked for a card. I gave her money and asked for a card again. She still said nothing. She took the money and worked on her till, then she gave me my change. She literally just threw it on a counter R77.00 instead of R77.10. I asked her why she would do that, why she would just throw money like that to me and not give me my 10 cents. She said with an attitude that she did not have 10 cents. I told her that she could have atleast explained nicely then I would have understood, that it was not about the 10 cent however by her attitude. She gave me more attitude by throwing 50 cents on a counter. Anyway I asked about the card, she said dial *, but then I had left my phone in the car, and that I did not know that it was needed since I read on the pep website that I only needed ID book and R20 for activation. I told her and she replied by saying "next please" then looked at me and said "we are not the internet we are pep, don't tell me about what you read there". She did not care to explain to me what was needed.

Pep Stores Wrong balance

I went to pep store 6485 katima mulilo yesterday the 27 of April 2020 on till number 2 cashier was Mukupi Ronnah, her printer was not showing prices to customers, she told me ma balance was N$ 470.00 I give her N$500.00 on ma surprise when I reached home when I checked my slip I find out that my balance was N$407.00, and she just give me the charge ofN$42.20, she stole my N$50.00 just like that,, please I need intervastion.

Pep Stores Repair to new cell phone

Good day

My son purchased a hawuei Y5 lire from Pep Cell at Moutse Mall Dennilton limpopo. The phone was returned on the 10th February 2020 due to problems and was sent for repairs (the store manager is Nomcebo).
We have had to call regularly for updates which they could not bother doing.
We eventually got a call back from the store tosay it's still being repaired. Now we were informed that we should never have taken the purchase slip back with us. This was given to is by the store cashier so we cannot be blamed for this issue. Now this phone was for my grandson to use for school doing his matric. With schools now closed he cannot receive his daily study programs.
I find this lack of urgency a slap inthe face of your customers. I am beyond angry and annoyed with pep and I am going via social media to voice my anger at pep cell and advice customers to boycott cell phone purchases from these stores as they do not have any sense of customer service.

Pep Stores Service rendered a pep Cosmo shopping center

Good day.
My name is Lehlohonolo Nkwana I just went to do shopping at one of the pep stores at shopping cosmo center when I got to the till I was harshly assisted by a rude lady called nomthandazo arouns 10h20 today on the 18march2020 I came to the till with the basket full of kids clothing and placed it on the counter and the lady gave me a look and pushed back the basket on stands and told me to put the basket down and physically take out the clothes and place them myself on the counter which I found it to be very cold and rude experience I have ever encountered when buying at pep stores I felt small and belittled by service I was given I aksed for the manager, she came I told her the story her name is Jessica she told the cashier to apologize but the cashier just gave me the look without even showing remorse.
