Pegasus Airlines Cancelled flight

Hello,
I want to complain for a cancelled flight on Sabiha Gocken Airport, Istanbul, Turkey, on:
Date of cancelled flight: 5/February/2020, ==
Flight number: PC281.
My flight was cancelled 1 hour before my departure. The reason was an issue with another flight in the airport, and all the flight were cancelled.
Pegasus Airline re-booked my flight for the date: 6/Feb/2020, at 21:40.
I had to wait 2 hours in airport to get a confirmation for a cancelled flight, and had to wait in queue more than 1 hour to get another flight for the date 6/feb/2020. After this, I had to wait another 2 hours in a line for Hotel Accommodation in Airport. After this, we were sent in Ramada Plaza Airport Hotel, and there had to wait 1 hour in a line. I was in my room at 1:30 AM. and been waiting from 7:00 pm from all this story.
All this could be avoided, if the company was more productive to solve the problems in real time, while changing the tickets, we could have the hotel accommodation without waiting 3 lines.
At 6 February, I had to be at work, I lost my day at work, and I got a warning from my job, for the lats minute call for missing at work that day, because I had an important meeting, since I am sales manager for Hari Lena Group, in Albania.
I was really tired, and out of energy, and ready to faint from the long queue all the day, and now I have an allergy( happened in the first day at the hotel) that my doctors, still can't determine from what it comes from and it has been 6 days now, that it's not disappearing and I am really worried.
I want a compensation (refund) from the Pegasus Airline for all the damage it has done to me, from work related, and health related.
Attached you will find my body reaction as a proof, and a video of the queue for people who are waiting for the Hotel Accommodation and were only 2 people working at reception to give us the voucher for the hotel, after 2 hours, they managed to collect us in groups, to send us in the hotel.

Pegasus Airlines overstay fine due to a cancelled flight

We booked a ticket last February 6, 2020 for Mr. Gazment Zaimi. We were so confident that he will fly on his scheduled date, unfortunately that flight was cancelled. Due to this we were charged with overstay fine from The UAE Immigration for one day amounting to 300 dirhams.

We believe that this is not our fault to pay for the fine because we believe on the timely flight schedules of Pegasus Airlines. We always choose you for our employees.

We are hoping for your fair, kind and prompt response on this.

Attached herewith are the itinerary ticket and fine receipt paid by oour employee.

Pegasus Airlines being stock in the airport for more than 12 hours

Hello everyone, I have a problem with Pegasus and that is my Syrian nationality i was going to Saudi Arabia from Cyprus so i was just arrived from cyprus to istanbul sabiha gökçen airport and i just got checked for my saudi's resident as i am syrian and then the employer of flypgs just made me missed my flight and he knows that i got checked and everything was right and i had the checked stamped on my boarding ticket so i missed the flight and here started the horrible trip of istanbul sabiha gökçen airport and flypgs i went to one of flypgs managers and he was angry with me and screaming and talking in turkish so i brought him the security and he was saying it's not my problem and then i talked with flypgs supports and they were so bad and were lying me like we don't know the truth and even the time of the flight written wrong on the boarding ticket and last thing that was saying that you have to book another flight now and if you didn't we'll send you back to cyprus and they locked me and some other people and they took us to the transit area to wait there and as you know the transit is too small it's like a jail and we couldn't eat or smoke and we are humans we are free people we have rights they didn't care at all and after a few hours we went again to one of the managers and that one was the worst ever he pushed us out of his office and starts to speaks turkish with a load voice and when he spoke english he told us you are in my country with screaming, but we were angry as well and he was about to fight with us like he wants to hit us, but he couldn't because there are a lot of cameras in the airport and i've my boarding ticket with and guys i need help to stop flypgs from lack of attention and indifference. Even if i am syrian or any other nationality i have my rights i am human you have to respect me and the last one there was a man who was the best, he helped us and let us go out of the transit area to smoke and buy some food and other things and he was telling us you guys are humans no animals you have rights and what happened with you was so wrong. Finally i nned your help guys to stop flypgs from making these things.

Pegasus Airlines staying 22 hours in turkey airports

Respected Sir/ Madam
This is to place an official complain against Pegasus airlines. On 7.01.2020 my flight was from Riyadh to London PNR: YESSYK (copy is attached) transit was supposed to be in Sabiha airport in Istanbul. Unfortunately because of the weather it went to Ankara. After 4 years waiting in the airport it was managed by pegasus to send the passengers to Istanbul. In Istanbul airport big mess was there, i reached at 15:30, none of the employees gave any information, tried to get Turkish visa but they refused and said it will take 24 hours to b issued. I asked what to do? When will u send the passengers who r going to London? The answer was that it will take long time and we don't know how long. Then at 4:00 a.m on 08.01.2020 they said that they r not going to do anything and i have to book another ticket to go to my destination
I already booked a ticket on Turkish airlines at 8:20 (copy is attached) means i stayed in turkish airports about 22 hours, suffered from rude & tough way of the employees in the airports as nobody listened to me when i bag to them that i have exam on 09.01.2020 (copy is attached).
So i place this complain to claim a suitable compensation as i stayed in the airport for almost a day + the new ticket cost should be paid back to me as it was their failure to solve the problem.

Pegasus Airlines not tagging luggage through to final destination

I had a flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gocken airport to Edmonton, Canada with a stop in Amsterdam on November 11, 2019. The agent at Sabiha Gocken airport did not check in my luggage to my final destination and he told me he couldn't do that because my connecting flight was through KLM. The flight was delayed in arriving at Amsterdam which caused me to miss my connecting flight especially with having to go through customs, pick up my luggage, check it in again and go through security in Amsterdam. The customer service agent for KLM at Amsterdam airport was nice enough to cover the cost of my change in flight as he said that it was not my fault and the Pegasus airlines agent in Istanbul should have tagged my luggage to its final destination. However, the next available flight was not until the following day, which meant I needed to stay overnight in Amsterdam. The agent in Amsterdam said that Pegasus airlines should be responsible for the cost of this hotel charge since the agent should have tagged my luggage through to Edmonton. I have attached a copy of my hotel invoice for your review.

Pegasus Airlines staff unprofessional behavior

My friends and I were departing from Istanbul (SAW) airport on the 9th of November 2019 at 11:10 pm counter 302A heading to Beirut. We checked in our luggage weighing both 44 kg where we already bought 5 kg when we booked our ticket. When we were at the gate a lady which insisted on not telling us her name started weighing our hang bags which are 8 kg each and then weighed my back bag. Our friends from beirut where not carrying any handbag and helped with my backbag. She insisted that they cant help me with carrying my backbag and took my ticket and insisted i pay for 5 kilos also or else she will not let me on the flight. We tried to talk to this lady with no results. She made us pay 50$ without even giving us any invoice for the paid weight. Her unprofessional way of treating and talking to the customer makes me think twice before booking on pegasus flight in the future. Please remember that your are dealing with customers that pay for this service. I will never choose this airlines for future trips.

Pegasus Airlines unethical behaviour

Hi,

Good day…

This is to bring in your notice that I had purchased the attach ticket online through your website through my credit card with the meal option. When I reached Dubai airport terminal 2 on the 1st October 2019 for traveling to Istanbul I was surprised to know that the flight # PC7029 on which I was supposed to travel was cancelled and they asked me to wait for one hour to sought out the matter. After an hour the Sri Lankan supervisor called the call center and informed me that he can accommodate me on the flight # PC 0741 which was leaving at that time on which I agreed. He also told me that the airline had called me to inform regarding cancellation of flight which I did not receive. When I boarded the aircraft the air hostess informed me that I cannot get the sandwich due to changes in flight schedule and I can claim refund for the same from the airlines.

We I went to S-Gokcen airport on 8th October 19 to travel back to Dubai from Istanbul I was informed by the boarding staff whom was extremely rude that I have an excess baggage of 1kg and only allowed to carry 20Kgs because of which I had to purchase hand carry for Turkish lira 160 and again waited in the que for half an hour in the line.

After getting the boarding card I took the details from the supervisor over there and she informed me to register my grievance on the website.

This was my first experience with your esteem airline which was really disappointing and this is my last travel with Pegasus airline and will never recommend to my colleagues, family and friends unless action will not been taken on my grievance.
I would really appreciate if the airline refund me the money for the hand carry bag and for the sandwich in my Credit card on which purchase is done.

Pegasus Airlines check in

The Berlin Schonefeld check-in staff failed to put the word "boarding" on the screen when the flight was boarding. We were waiting in the lounge (the flight had a big delay) and did not know that the plane was boarding. We missed our flight. I wrote a complaint to Pegasus but they insist that "boarding" was written on the screen. The staff in the lounge can testify that this is not true. The lounge staff even called the gate and asked them if they are boarding or not. Check-in staff was very unfriendly and sarcastic. It's useless to write complaints to Pegasus, they have decided not to reimburse anything.

The issue that I have experienced was: Pegasus and Alitalia
AZ7046 departure time 11:40 arrival 15:15
From Rome to Istanbul (luggage delayed)
We spent the whole day me and my wife in Sabiha Gokcen airport waiting for the luggage and finally we had to leave and waiting next day till the end of the day before we received the luggage.

AZ7053 departure time 11:50 arrival 13:40
From Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport to PCO Rome airport (flight delayed caused missing the connection flight to London)which caused us to stay till 22:00 in Rome before getting flight to London and again we have to stay whole night in the airport waiting for the luggage and getting home after 02:00 next day with no luggage which we never received it till this moment, just to let you know that made us so frustrate, disappointed and cost us a lot of money

Pegasus Airlines damaged baggage

Hello,
I had a flight with Pegasus and my suitcase has been damaged. I asked in SFX airport for damage report but no one supposed to respond. I am really disappointed with your air line and I have no idea what are you doing with poor suitcase. Because I am traveling alot and I have not face with such problem with other airlines. However, let me know how I can proceed my suitcase compensation.

Pegasus Airlines rudeness

Check in counter 330 at AYT airport on 27th SEP, flight number PC2021
The lady didn't know how to deal with my passport in which this is the only job she had to do .
Tried to assist her but unfortunately, she shut me up in a way she thinks is polite but No it was not . Had me moving 200 grams in which it was her right but i think for turkish nationals they allow to pass upto 4-5 kg more and I've seen it. At last she totally ignored me in regards of seat choice as i was the 2nd on check in counter and she gave me middle seat 31E.
Forget all that and concentrate on the RUDE ATTITUDE. She just started her shift with rudeness.

Pegasus Airlines wrongly applied baggage policy

When I came to give my 20 kilograms luggage to the check in desk of pegasus airlines in Copenhagen airport, staff did not accept my 8 kilograms cabin luggage as a cabin luggage since i had a backpack in addition to this luggage. I explained the lady that this backpack is my laptop bag but she did not accepted anyway and made me pay 450 krones to take my cabin luggage. However, i know my rights and she should not do that. I am adding my boarding pass and the receipt that is the evidence that i paid.

The lady is utterly disgusting, I'm sorry but I expected this to be one of the best airports in the world. The service she provided is such a disgrace. So I had a baggage weight of 23 Kgs. So that's 3kgs extra weight. She basically told me to put it in my handbag so I can even it out. So I basically did that and she still told me to that I have extra weight. So till now she wasted my time and energy and dignity that i had to move stuff from a bag to another. And yet she still told me to pay for my extra weight. So basically right now I have wasted my Time, Energy, dignity and my money. I need to see smth done about this. Money was not a problem in the first place. She could have stated it without having me waste all that. I would like a solution with this lady. Because of her Awful disrespectful attitude.

Pegasus Airlines pre-ordered food meal

Hi,
I bought tickets on pegasus airline with pre-ordered meal and entainment service. First trip 14/Sep Copenhagen to Turkey.Second Turkey to Beirut.
Back trip on 21/Sep from Beirut to Turkey.Then Turkey to Copenhagen.But unfortunately, they didn't serve me anything.I had to fight with them for a cup of coffee.my ticket number is CPKY5Q.
This is the last time I am going to use this airline.
If something can do for me, I will be thankful.

Pegasus Airlines online booking mess

I booked flight tickets online by Wego app. from Hurghada (Egypt) to Tbilisi (Georgia) via Istanbul on 4th August 2019. I was replied by (2) tickets instead of (1) as follows:
A9NWQY from HRG to SAW on 23/08/2019 by PC625
A9NL4P from SAw to TBS on 23/08/2019 by PC316
I was not able to take these flights because it wasn't a transit as they were (2) different PNR numbers. (not connected), Therefore, the Airport returned me back and I had to purchase another ticket connected the same route to Tbilisi WAXQH2 and I paid more money which really spoiled & affected my budget.

I am seeking your kind approval to refund the mentioned above tickets (any amount) in order to overcome my loss.

Pegasus Airlines dirty seats on flight

I recently travelled from Qatar to Manchester via Istanbul on Pegasus - it was myself and 2 children.

Details:
Pegasus Flight 1180, Manchester to Istanbul.
24 Aug. 2019 - Confirmation no. W6FFTP
Names of travellers:

Miss Laaibah Sheikh-Latif

The seating area on the return flight from Manchester to Istanbul was absolutely disgusting.

This included:
1. Sticky chewing gum on the seat belts which the air steward could not clean as it was so sticky.

2. The pockets in front were full of rubbish.

3. The seat tray and back of the seats had spillages on them and dirty food wiped on the seats.

I was appalled at the state of the flight. I would not expect this standard on any type of flight, it made our journey very uncomfortable.

I am requesting a refund for the 3 seats for this part of the journey.

I have attached the photos taken at the time and hope to hear from you soon.

Pegasus Airlines uncalled for maltreatment during check and unjustified fine of 120 euro

I was on my way from Budapest to Istanbul on Pegasus Flight No on Aug 22, 2019.

After checking in my luggage, they called me to the counter, and they said my checked-in luggage contained a wrench that they confiscated. They also confiscated and threw away my hairspray, deodorant, aftershave, my key chain, and strangely enough a tube of toothpaste. Finally, and to add insult to injury, I was fined 120 Euros.

All the items that they confiscated and threw away, except the wrench, are allowed in the check-in and even in carry-on baggage.

Why am I fined when I did not commit any violation? Why is this uncalled for wrong treatment and abruptness?

I kindly request an investigation of the matter and compensation for damages.

Pegasus Airlines aboard stealing

My Name Abdalaziz Al Shallal,
I flew on flight number PC 2093 dated on 14/08/2019 from Adana to Istanbul,
Unfortunately, I put my personal bag a above my seat number B10 my connecting flight number PC 746 to Sharjah and my seat Number D 10, also I put my personal bag above my seat in the compartment, when I got home, I open my bag, my money was stolen from my bag in the plane, the amount was $ 3000 and 900 AED and 200 TL,
Would you please investigate the case, this some thing unusual to be theft in airplane, all the passengers put there bags in compartment, no Body touch it.

Pegasus Airlines service while boarding

Sunday 11th of aug.-2019 flight PC1273 from Istanbul Sabiha to Oslo at 10.40, gate 305b. I had a terrible experience with the boarding staff. It was a blond man who was bording alone. I am pregnant and travelled alone and got sick and tired when I was standing in the line. when I went to ask the guy help he was shouting at me, threw my passport and bording card away and denied me on the plane. He told me to stand in the line. I tried to tell him im pregnant and cant stand in the line but he didnt want to listen to me. Many passengers saw this terrible behaviour against me and one turkish guy tried to talk to him and he didnt want to listen. I got really sad and was shaking. After everyone had boarded I asked him; what do you want me to do? this is not how you treat the customers, specially pregnant woman. At last he let me go on the plane. This is the worst I have seen and experienced and if I had my husband with me it would have gone bad. This is the worst service experience in my life and I will never travell or recomand pegasus to anyone! I hope you deal with this person.

Pegasus Airlines customer service at check in and boarding

On August 7th I travelled alone with my 2 year old daughter from Istanbul to Rome. I was on flight PC1221.
Upon arriving at the check in the agent was very unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever. My daughter was a little difficult to handle and nobody there seemed to understand the situation or offer any help or even just a smile. Instead they charged me 150 EURO! for overweight luggage! Overall I had checked in 2 normal size and one carry on! I was allowed 40 kg! They asked me to empty my luggage as if they were making fun knowing that of course I would not be able to do it with a small toddler that is running around. I never understood how much they charged me for each kilo and why in EUROS! I ended up paying MORE money for my luggage than my 2! Tickets I had purchased for my daughter and myself! I just gave them my credit card and looked after my daughter. They in fact charged me 150 EUR! This is a complete rip off! Every other airline gives free check in for stroller, and car seat and baby bed! which I didn't have but charging me 150 EUR for 10 kilos more is outrages! Then after we went to the gate and the boarding started as usual for Pegasus minimum a half an hour late! They didn't even give priority to families with children! I had to scream and force myself thru the crowd to ask the floor stewardess why they don't give priority to children? She THEN AFTER took me in before the others! I had to fight for it! This is absolutely outrages and by far the worst airline experience I have ever had. Next time I will pay a little more and by from a decent airline that is more professional in how they handle their customers! Cause at the end of the day they rip you off for no reason at check in and you end up paying more than double! I want a refund!
