I cancelled a subscription (yearly) but I was not charged once but twice in the span of one month for the annual fee. One on the 19th March and 28th March. Make it make sense.

I am writing to dispute a charge from you of PHP 5,713.36 from my Union Bank Philippines account that happened just today April 20, 2022, at 02:26 PM PH time. First of all, I didn't authorize this transaction. Second, I don't even remember I put my card details on your website because I don't do online transactions that involve bank account details.

I've attached the proof of transaction for your reference.

I've already emailed my bank to ask for assistance with this dispute.

I have never authorized any subscription from any email that I use. I don't know why there is a charge to my bank account. Please give me a refund. ASAP! The charge was on 04.18.2022

I don't have any other information as to where this charge is coming from. I noticed that $96 was withdrawn from my account. I don't know what else to say. But please refund the amount. As I said, I never authorized any subscription from my email. I've never used this site and don't know why my account was charged.

Found a fraudulent charge on my credit card account for $96.00 from Supportpdffiller. I didn't even use the service. The charge was on March 3, 2022.

I have a charge of 96 dollars to my checking account. I did not authorize this payment. Please return the money to my account.

On the PDF website once i try to look for a form to fill it tells me there is an error. I tried getting on the phone with the costumer service department but it doesn't work that way. I am hoping to get a ticket number this way.

my checking account was debited. $180.00 and I am requesting a full refund of the $180 amount.

I requested a ticket, stating that wanted to UNSUBSCRIBE to this service and no one has replied to my request for a refund. Please correct this as soon as possible.

I registered to use the platform under a free subscription but money was accidentally deducted from my account a day after registering even before the trial was done which made me cancel once the notification came through and now I can't use the platform despite my money being deducted.

I kindly wish to ask for a refund back since I can't access the platform anymore.

I have taken the free trial and even cancelled the free trial but my money still keeps deducting from my bank account. I have not used the service since last few months and it still deducts money from my bank account. Please refund it.

I used this site on February 3, 2022 and was offered a free 30 day trial, cancel anytime. I only needed one form, so I reluctantly entered my card information, downloaded the form and immediately cancelled. In fact when I log back into the account it says I HAVE NO SUBSCRIPTION. YET they STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $102.34! Im not surprised to see the number of complaints against them. THEY ARE CRIMINALS! I WANT A REFUND. I WILL BE REPORTING YOUR COMPANY TO VISA AS WELL AS MY BANK!

I used a trial for the amount of $2.00, then cancelled the trial. I just got charged $96 on my card ending in 0584.

I was charged at 6:32 am this morning for $96 when I could’ve sworn I cancelled the subscription before the free trial ended. I would please like a refund as I am a college student right now and I seriously can’t afford losing that much money. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

I used pdffiller as a trial on 2/25/22 and the trial charge was $1.50. After I completed my document, I cancelled the service and I was credited the $1.50 charge back to my account on 2/28/22. Today is 3/26/22 and there is a pending charge from them on my account for $96.00. I just spoke to my credit card company and they are handling it.

These people are thieves. They need to be stopped.

Let me know what else I need to submit to help stop them.

I was charged $96 and I did not authorize this charge. I canceled this account a while ago - sometime in 2021. Please refund me the $96 you took without authorization.

$96 was charge to my checking account on 3/23/2022. This was unauthorized and I will he disputing with bank.

I have an unauthorized charge of $153.50 taken out of my checking account by PDFFiller. I noticed a previous charge of $1.25 that was refunded to my account. It appears maybe that was just a test to see if you could steal all of my money out of my account. I want my money refunded back to my account because I do not utilize this service.

I am trying to sign up for a trial account. Selected the basic account, provided card details and made the payment. 3 times. All three times money was deducted, but kept getting an error on the website saying that the payment could not be processed.

I have been charged 96$ for an account that I had cancelled more than a year ago. Please stop charging me, I'm a university student and have little money to spend much less that amount. The charge was made yesterday March 18 to myself (My email is ramon.[protected]@upr.edu,) I have not used PDF since I cancelled the subscription and this has made me wish I had never gotten the subscription at all.

I was charged for perfumer but canceled within the time frame of the trail period. However once I seen the charge on my account I logged back in to cancel it, but it stated it would not be canceled for an entire year. I started a free trial of this product on or around February 10th, struggled to fill out an important form and that day decided it wasn't worth the money and canceled it. A month and a half later, 3/19, I receive a $96 charge from this company. That is unacceptable, the free trial was cancelled and there is no justification for a charge.
