These [redacted] offered a service for me to fill out my W9. Only AFTER filling it out and spending however long you need to fill out the paperwork then do they charge you- so at that point I just decided to pay which I believe was $15?- give or take. I wake up this morning to a $96 charge in my account. I have already canceled the subscription on the website and informed PayPal and I will contact my bank on Monday as it is the weekend and they are closed. I am so pissed off right now. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of. I am also going to report them to google and shame google for even allowing them to appear at the top when searching how to fill out online documents. I wrote to them and I said “you are scammers. I curse you and your family. You will have bad karma for this” and they refunded me-though I’m worried it won’t go through. Just in case you’re reading this pdffiller, I am a descendant of a long lineage of witches from the Philippines, and I curse you. Goodluck in this life and the next.

I would like to have 158.40 usd be credited back to my account. I have already cancelled my subscription way long ago

I was charge 96 dollars out of no where, I never gave you guys my card info, or signed up for this. Thankfully it was declined so it didn't take my money. Please take my information and card information off you database. I'm not even sure how it charged my card when it said I manually entered it. I don't need a 96 dollar subscription.

I was absolutely shocked when I opened bank account and saw a payment of $125usa my PayPal and I saw the same payment.

I checked my apps and I didn’t find it.

Hi. This is Claire A. Last May 6,2022 Friday at 8PM pdffiller charged me for 202.87 dollars. I only used the converter once and cancelled my subscription right after i used it. Can I please get a help regarding this matter and get my money back? Thank you.

I have had pdf filler subscription for about a month and hardly use it. I was going to cancel this month and found they charged me 96 dollars. I haven't even had the subscription long enough to be charged that. I want my money back and to cancel my subscription and delete my account so I can stop being charged so much for a service I don't even use.

I received message that PDFfiller is charged me @SUPPORTPDFFILLE 2.00 USD which I have no idea what for.

I opted in to a free month trial for pdf filler, and went on to use it to fill out a few forms and I was happy with the service.

On Friday May 6th, I received an email from my bank stating that $96 has been deducted from my account balance for

an annual subscription to the company.

I did not consent to this subscription or the deduction of the $96 and therefore I would like my money refunded. I have faith in the credibility of pdf filler and I would love to work with them in future if they pay me back what I rightfully deserve.

On 4/20/22 I used the free pdfFiller filling out a tax form. To save & print, I had to enter my payment information or lose it. A free 30 day trial I could save & print the form, then if I kept it, a year subscription was $96 at $8 a month. I just wanted the free to print the tax form to file my taxes. That same day my bank account was charged $96.

Please help me. This morning I discovered a charge of $104.93 to my bank account from your website. I purchased your trial 1 year ago March 4th, 2021, setting a reminder to cancel prior to being charged again but I missed my chance to before the charge went through. I used your services only once, which worked really helped me- I have not used your services since then. This charge to my account is quite a financial burden. I would appreciate a refund as soon as possible please.

I receive a charge of 102.27 on my card labeled with Support PDF Filer which I did not do. This charge was written for April 30.I am disputing the charge and want a refund from this. I signed up for the 1 month free trial on March 31. When the trial period was over I clicked that I did not wish to continue with the paid subscription. The service confirmed that I ended prior to the end of the trial. I was still charged for continuation of service for the year subscription even though I declined. I want refunded for the charges because I do now wish to continue with the service, I do not need it.

I have a PayPal charge for $144.00 on my bank account for some reason its fraudulent so I need this taken care of

When I woke up this morning, this company charged me over $100 and I don't remember getting into any type of plan that involves that amount of money. My debit card was charged $101.76 at 6:31 am

Why was I charged for a year subscription? I signed up for a free trial with coupon code from honey and was charged $104 immediately? Why would this be allowed to happen, I don’t need or want a year of PDF filler. I needed it for one week only. Please contact me immediately to resolve or I will have to report as fraudulent to my credit card company. I don’t have $104 to spend on a single PDF, my account is now in the negative. I have a screenshot of the billing page, no where does it disclose I was agreeing to a year subscription. This is a huge problem.
