PC-King — customer service
Unreliable and Irresponsible
Bought a laptop February 2019, which was shipped to Greece. After extensive checking by Dell, laptop was declared faulty. Send the laptop back to PC King (www.pc-king.de) and although:
(a) they are obliged by EU Law to pay for the return shipping (faulty devices as per EU laws are returned at expenses of the seller not the consumer: https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/faq/index_en.htm)
(b) said in written they would cover the shipment cost before sending it,
they refused to pay for the shipping cost after it was send with generic excuses.
Reliability is a must when you buy an expensive device.
