Payment Systems Corp scam scam scam

A gift to those who were scammed by Payment Systems
And are thinking of working for them

The real scam starts at the top with Matt Patton teaching people to lie, cheat and steal with there 1% for credit and 0% for debt. This is true they do charge these rates but its after interchange so that takes you to the 4-7% you all see on your statements. These so called sales managers or underwriters are taught to show 50-70% pin based debit at the 0% so they can raise your lease price even more. This is were Matt Patton teaches that you can only show the merchant the savings and its up to the merchant to run pin based debit, but guess what you still pay interchange on the pin based debit so there is no real 0%. Their whole business model is revolved around the fact that you do not know what you are looking at and they take advantage of that. The other thing they do is they bill you daily and at the end of the month they bill you again double dipping on your money, this is called bill back and it a sneaky way to steal your money. Everyone needs to contact the FTC and ask for them to go through there training and they will find out that this company is teaching people to do these things to merchants. This is not at any fault of the sales reps that are taught these things, which most do not know any better. For the few that do shame on you this company worships the almighty dollar and they do not care about anyone or anything. They do have a deal through Americorp Leasing but the deal is you have to successfully make your first 3 payments and then Payment systems if off the hook for the lease anything before that is a chargeback onto payment systems. Yes they will go into your account and steal your money while threatening you that they will sue you. To fix this within the first 3 months you need to close your account and open a new bank account so they cannot steal your money. If you do not close your account they will take $1795 in fees for canceling with them so before you cancel CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. IF you are past the 3 months then you need to contact the leasing company and give them all the info you can on how they promised you all these savings and it never happened if you can get the leasing company to see that you were frauded by this company they will chargeback payment systems due to fraud. They will then threaten to take you to court, please welcome this, as a matter of fact file a law suit against them that way its not filed in California, and ask them when and where and then counter sue. They have been shut out of 3 states due to class action lawsuits so do your part and welcome court with them they will lose. I will list the names and numbers of Matt Patton the vice president of sales for the company and the mastermind behind all the lies to continue to run rapid through out the U.S.A. As far as how they treat their employees well they use them until they catch on that they are ripping people off or until they can't use you any longer. They treat people like dirt and this company needs to be shut down so if you are on here complaining about what they did to you get off your butt and really do something about it. Call the authorities, start a class action lawsuit, take them to court, and on and on do you and everyone else a favor and stick up for yourself. Below is all the contacts at the top to the GM’s of these offices that keep this huge scam running, quit complaining and start doing something about this. If you do nothing this will not stop this will continue to screw good business owners like yourself over. It is time to do something about this scam and iv given you all the tools to stop this. Now its up to you to do something about it also copy and paste this on every site known to man including yelp, Facebook, twitter and any other social media. Its time to shut down this company.

If you are thinking of working for this company the only way you will fit in is if you have NO morals and love to scam people out of there hard earn money. They keep you traveling so the lies and scams take time to catch up and keep you moving so you don’t catch on. Do NOT buy into this company’s scams of how much money you will make. They charge a pack on every deal of $325 and a piece of equipment that cost $200 they will charge you $600-700, this all comes out of your commissions so if you do the math lets just say they charge you $600 for the equipment and the $325 pack they have stole $232 of your commission how the total is $925 and you would have gotten 25% of that. Now take in mind if you offer a payoff for your merchant of lets say $500 that comes out of your commission as well and guess what? That’s right the merchant will never see it and you just gave PS $125 of your pay. They tell you avg commissions are $800 and that’s a total lie how lets do the math.

You only get paid on the lease
Lets say you do a lease for $139 how your pay works is you get 25% of what’s left out of the money and here is the math

$139 divided by .034 (avg credit) =$4088

Equipment will be $1020 due to the lease they need to send extra equipment due to the lease and they charge you 3 times the cost (real nice they take your money by charging you 3 times what the equipment really cost them)

$325 pack (another scam)

payoff off $500

[protected]=2243 X 25% = $560 far cry from the avg $800 they promise you

Now keep in mind that you just charged a merchant $139 a month for a lease on top of the promise that they will get 1% for credit and 0% for debit. After all is said and done they get there statement and they went from a effective rate of 2-3% you promised them with the lease to paying 5-7% just in processing not to mention they still have $139 lease every month. So if you have 0 morals or no care of anyone but yourself and can sleep at night ripping people off this is the company for you.

Again lets end this company a by standing up and shutting them down. Do not sign with this company they will screw you over and do not even think about working for a company like this because just like their merchants they treat there employees the same way. Lets end this madness and shut this company down.

Oh I believe the complaint! I am a merchant on the other side and I was totally scammed by Payment Systems Orlando and the salesperson and his sales manager. The sales people have your attention on the rates and how much money you will save by locking your rates in for 48 months, they don't mention the fact that they what they are really selling is a 48 month Non-Cancellable credit card machine lease by Lease Finance Group, which will sue you if you don't pay.
Look up On April 11, 2016, Attorney General Schneiderman filed a lawsuit against Northern Leasing Systems and several of its affiliated companies, including Lease Finance Group LLC, MBF Leasing LLC, Lease Source-LSI LLC a/k/a Lease Source Inc., Golden Eagle Leasing LLC and Pushpin Holdings LLC (collectively, “Northern Leasing”).
Anyone who has fell into their trap should look at their bank statement and investigate all your charges. You also need to put in a complaint ASAP with the NYAG.

I personally worked for them this is all true- they lie cheat and steal and threaten and sexually harrass their employees. I was fired after I stood up to the manager of the Orlando office- Jesse was the manager- I had just become the top phone rep for the entire company. They kept all of my commissions because I was fired and they did so in a text not even to my face- I have a action suit filed through Morgan and Morgan.

Ok, "Readbetweenthelines" I noticed you didn't comment on the fact that paysysscam claims that payment systems will also rip off their sales reps like they supposedly do merchants.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This post was obviously placed by a competitor. There is too much inside industry knowledge here. I believe, that if this claim were true, we would see many more similar complaints(which there are not). Competing companies, are frustrated, that Payment Systems Corp. is taking away business from them. Any of the legitimate complaints seem to refer to the consultant not leaving a copy of the agreement. The legitimate, and non-legitimate complaints, are only a fraction of 1% of our clients. No company will satisfy 100% of their clients.

In addition, you will see this same complaint, on several sites.

Thank You!

Payment Systems Corp Fraud

I was cold-contacted by a Payment Systems Corp representative. The deal sounded good: $.09 per transaction, $126 equipment lease & 0% per sale. They actually charged me $.90 PER TRANSACTION, $126 ($141 with fees), 0% per sale & $25 monthly processing fee. When I brought the discrepancy to their attention, they made me jump though hoops to prove it, when it was printed right on their statement. I had to submit bank records.

Payment Systems stated that it was a clerical error. I asked if they had a plan that charged $.90 per transaction. They stated no. I then ask how such and error could go unnoticed for over 3 months and with hundreds of transactions? I told them that I thought I was fraudulently overcharged and that I would not be using their service any long and I would be mailing their equipment back.

Payment Systems wouldn't have it. I had to argue with them to get an address that I could mail back their equipment. But that was nothing compared with the "leasing company", Lease Finance Group in my case. It's the strong-arm side that would wage a relentless harassment campaign to collect. The leasing company said they never received the equipment (I got the address from Payment Systems). I mailed it to Payment Systems. More jumping though hoops to confirm that they had the equipment.

My rep told me it would cost $200 to break the contract. Lease Finance Group wanted over $6, 000 for a piece of equipment that you can buy for $300 - $400. I contacted my rep who said he left after 6 weeks (I was his first customer). He said it was common that he would quote a customer one rate and the contract would state a higher rate. He also stated that the company took a fee of over a $1, 000 off HIS commission to pay for the customer's equipment, remember, this a $300 - $400 piece of equipment.

So when Payment Systems Corp comes a knockin - RUN!

I had exactly experience with this company (payment systems, Po box 71409, Los Angeles, CA 71409), void this company at all cost! right now i just wish if there is a class action suit against this company, i will have all the paper estimate in writing to prove that they are cheating the merchants and i even had voice recorded on the conversation between the customer service rep, i and sales rep. (i had permit from rep.) Because the deal that sales rep. give to me is too good to refuse(monthly saving $400-$600) that i had to recorded just in case of cheating and lies in the future, anybody out there can contact me if you are in the same situations, let's get together to fight! This company is a total rip-off. They suck you in with their promises with no intention of keeping them. They take advantage of small businesses and people who are just starting and don't know any better. I trusted them and they have done nothing but steal money out of my account. If there is a class action suit I would love to be apart of it. I would like someone to get in touch with me about it. I'm stuck with a non cancellable lease for $102.00 for 5 years! I was told it was going to be $87.00 a month. (It is in my contract.) When I asked about this I was told it was more fees added to that and $102.00 is correct. I was told about these fees in the begining. I had another processing company come in and looked at my bill and he told me I'm paying more like 4-5% on my processing not including all the other fees. My credit will be ruined if I stop paying and close my accounts so they don't take anymore of my money. These people don't care about anything but stealing your money.

Until someone can prove to me otherwise, I feel this company is more of a scam corporation than they are a credit card processor. From personal experience with one of my friends who got suckered, plus many many reviews I have read online, their tricks always seem to be the same. They have the usual complaints like most processors about deceptive fees that were not disclosed or high cancellation fees. BUT they almost always seem to trap someone in to a long term NON CANCELLABLE equipment lease. In my friend’s case here in town, they got him to buy a “kit” of 3 dial up credit card machines for $380 a month for 4 years. That is well over $18, 000. Plus they charge $15 a month for insurance and at the end of the 4 years you have to give the equipment back AND pay a $150 restocking fee. My friend has a POS System and didn’t even need machines. Maybe one could have been an option as a backup, but it should have been bought for $400 or leased for $15 a month. They also have a credit card contract that locks you in for four years and it “appears” you have to pay damages for loss of profit to cancel it. This is going to be $1000 minimum from what I read. They said you cannot get their “cheaper” rates unless you get the machines, that the rates are programmed in them and come in the box. – To add insult to injury, after examining the promises he had of cheaper rates, they didn’t disclose the fees for mid and non qualified cards and his new processing with them will probably be the same or more than he pays now. We are currently checking with the State AG and trying to find out if the reports we read online of class actions suits and action by the NY Attorney General are true.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Everything started with the Payment System Rep, they all must have been trained the same way. First, he would look and make comparison at your statement for about 30-45 mins, then he tells you he could save you $100 -180 a month, but you must lease the Payment System credit card terminal. He talks sweet and give you the impression as if he's your personal Rep for the life of the lease. Then you sign the contract with the idea that you are saving money, you will feel happy that you are establishing a brand new business relationship with your new found trusting Rep and Payment System. But, the Payment System Rep has a different motive, he will NEVER report the price comparison that he made at your shop to Payment Systems to give you a better price than your existing contract, you have just signed over your business life to a Payment Systems Slaughter House. They will charge you whatever amount, they will jack up any charges ...and you feel stuck with a contract lease nightmare. But it's not the end, look back and you will find many traces of illegal acts used to mislead you, thus the contract becomes invalid. Stand up and fight these crooks.
