PAYMENT ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL — BAD SERVICE
Did a contract with Payment Alliance to accept credit cards 2.5 years ago and have had nothing but problems with customer service from the beginning. They will hang up on you if they don't feel like helping. if you try to change anything on your account(address, ect.) it takes multiple calls(and weeks) to get it done properly. Rude people telling you they fixed the problems then when the bill comes in it still is not fixed. Read the small print, yes i messed up on that one! DON"T TRUST THEM! They will Jack you too!
