I have read countless reports of similar fraud. There are two reasons this may have happened: Paycom.net (also Epoch, Billingsupport, etc) host third-party billing for thousands of "adult" sites. You either went to one of these, or it is just fraud.

My friend, boyfriend, and I are in the midst of investigating a ridiculous charge from "Epoch", and my boyfriend had not used his debit card online at ALL.

[redacted]s has a lot more resources you can go to.
