I ordered a waterproof seat cover about 18 months ago. It came with a broken zipper. I took photos and sent it and photos to return division. Dec 2017 I ordered a white Christmas led collar you had on special. Haven't received that either! January 2018 I got a message saying my item had shipped. Still haven't seen either item. If you can't send me what I paid for, please refund me the money owed. Thank you.

Orders 2 seat belts for my dogs never received them . Complained to PayPal, they refused to do anything about it and gave those scammers my money. Few weeks later I received a stupid dog collar that one can apparently sync to computer? With no instructions! Never ordered that ! Don't know if what to do with it or how to use it. This apparently absolved them of the fact they stoled my money that I was charged for "free" seatbelts. Not happy with them and PayPal! Stupid scammers!

i placed an order for treat balls (2) on October 6, 2017. order #173789. i have yet to receive this order. resolution for this would be delivering the product or re-imbursing the 19.95 s&h. i was told the s & h could not be re-imbursed, therefore, sending the treat balls.

i hope to hear from you soon to this matter, i have been waiting far too long.

I ordered 2 Tricky Treat Balls...one in pink and one in blue on January 12, 2018.
I still have NOT received either one however they took $23.31 out of my paypal account back then

I would like these 2 balls, but if for some reason I cannot get them I would like to be reimbursed the money
that I paid in my paypal account for them ASAP.

I have received e-mails on 12/27/17 and 01/24/18 saying my order has been shipped, but as of 03/06/18, I have yet to receive it. (XL dog sleeping bag) I received a response from someone named Kevin on 02/05/18, saying he was going to check with his shipping department, but I have not yet heard back. Order # is 189156, and PawPrime's tracker shows "order not found" upon entry. Very frustrated with this company for the lack of follow up and response.

I have tried to get into contact with Paw Prime and no response at all! They have charged my account already. The number that is listed is disconnected so there is no way to get in touch with these people besides their email address but yet you wont get any response!

This company is such a scam! Be warned do not purchase anything from Paw Prime, they will take your money and you will never receive your items. You don't even receive a receipt not even a response from them!

I ordered and paid for an XL dog sleeping bag on November 30 (Order #184719). I did not receive it until January 8, so too late for Christmas.
I paid $45 for the item, so am not letting this go.
They sent the wrong size and have not answered any of my two a day emails for the last week.
I tried calling them but the phone number listed on their website is disconnected.
On top of that, I am not receiving daily emails from their website proclaiming they have opened four new locations in the U.S.
They are not listed with the BBB in California, so no way to get this resolved...
If anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this? Help!

I ordered the red paw prime's led dog collar in july and haven't received it yet. I did everything to reach them, but they don't care. I called them and wrote many times. They don't pick up the phone and never called me back.
What I got from them was an automatically generated email that had nothing to do with my issue. It's been a long time since I placed the order and I don't know what to do...
