Pavilions Mangosteen

Today at night after searching the whole store I was excited to see a mangosteen. After coming home my friends and I were eager to try it. We found it was extraordinarily difficult to cut and was extremely hard. After somehow cutting it (and 2 people cutting themselves because it was so hard), the inside was COMPLETELY moldy and disgusting. I cannot believe such a terrible product was in your prestigious store. Not to mention it was 5 dollars for one.

Pavilions Pavilions South Lake in Pasadena CA

I have been a customer for 30 years. Service now is poor. Expiration dates expired on food. Shelves lacking items that are needed. Cashiers are far from friendly, unlike Trader Joes. Nina, a cashier who is downright hostile. I am disabled. No help loading groceries into the cart, while she is just watching on. What is going on? I used to love shopping at your store. Now it is so unpleasant, I do not feel I will return.

Desired outcome: Hire a good manager and friendly helpful employees

Pavilions Overcharged for two Christmas cards and one doesn’t have the envelope

I am not from the area I am visiting from out of state. I decided to stop at this location to purchased some items, I was looking at Christmas cards and noticed $1.99 I took the Christmas cards to cashier and asked if they were on sale $1.99 I specifically asked the cashier I did not want the Christmas cards if they were full price the cashier stated they were on sale. When I got back to the hotel I noticed on my receipt they were full price I immediately called customer service and I explained the situation and was told to call the manager at the location and if the manager decided she can refund the money back but that was up to the manager at the location I called And spoke with the manager and explained again my situation and she stated there was nothing she can’t do if the items were not returned to the same location but I explained I am not from the area and I am hour away I can’t go back can I return to a different location near me and I was told no. I called customer service again and explained again I was told the same thing and it was up to the manager and they would review and send a notice to a manager to contact me and gave me a case number. So was is the purpose of customer service if they can’t help you resolve an issue.

Pavilions Supervisor

Supervisor natalie P is a liar, rude, and doesn't do her job right. She always gives attitude to employees and gets employees fired/resigned from working. When those employees are good real hard working employees. She goes and reports to the store manager any little thing just to get that employee fired that isn't serious at all or not even something to report.

Desired outcome: Fire natalie P. and rehire employees back

I was forced to reassign mainly because an customer got offended when I told me It wasn't necessary to show id because she looks over her 30s and natalie told the store manager something and he told me that I'm getting terminated by the company with this report he is reporting and if they don't then he us going to and to just reassign.

Pavilions Harassing management that all should be terminated

Everyone should read this because what I am about to say is important for customers, workers, and those who want to work at Pavilions 7 Peninsula Center Rolling Hills Estates CA, 90274. I was a worker at this Pavilions. The Store number is 2233 for 7 years. I started working there in 2014. This store then hired harassers and put them in management positons. They constantly spread lies about me and defamed my character. They did this to prevent me from being promoted. I was forced to to transfer to another vons but they still harassed me through social media. Me and my friend are residents of Palos Verdes and shop in the mall that Pavilions is located. The management knows that. While I was working at the new store the management opened a instagram account with pictures that I did not know about calling me lies and causing defamation of character by sending it to my family and friends. Before this when ever me and my friend hang in the mall the employees would take pictures of me and my friend. It turns out this is where the photos are going. Me and my family got instagram to shut it down but then the management took the false lies and defamation to Human Resource to Retaliate. Gregg Rutkin at Human Resource is awful and terrible. I gave him evidence through my union rep and he hides it and pretends he did not get it because he is a [censored]bag. I quit Vons/Pavilions and went to a new job and I got promoted to the postion I wanted that the Management at Pavilions would not let me have. After one month at that job I was promoted.

These harassing management would be Marla she spread lies about me to her own workers, Chrissy she took pictures of me and sent people to take pictures of me to help put photos on instagram, Steven Benavidez he starts rumors and spreads them to the management, workers, Human Resource and he sends people to go into the parking lot to find me because he is a stalker, Mike Durand he takes pictures of me and my friend while we try to enjoy our time, the Starbucks girl Natalie calls me things that are not true and believes the lies that Steven tells her, Matt he believes Stevens lies and he goes into the parking lot to find me because Steven told him to and Robert Moeller, like Mike Durand he also takes pictures of me and my friend when we try to enjoy our time.

My advice if you work here is that if you are harassed or bullied from the management at this pavilions or from any worker at pavilions than you should hire an attorney and sue the store. Do not go to Human Resource or Corporate just sue them. No matter the evidence you give Human Resource they will keep these employees around and do not punish the harassers and bullies only you. I can not got to the Peninsula Mall because they are still working there when they should not. If you do not have the money to hire an attorney you can always go to the Department of fair Employment and Housing. You are able to sue Pavilions and the Vons company through them. I highly suggest looking for work at Ralphs or anything under the Kroger company.

Below is a screenshot that the Pavilions management made to defame me. They also opened multiple accounts to impersonate me. Here is also a picture of Steven who is a Stalker (we use to be friends). These are screenshots that are off of the instagram account Steven and other management made to defame me.

Desired outcome: The Management should be terminated and I should be allowed to shop in the Peninsula Mall

Pavilions Online website

It will not let me log in for online shopping. It takes all the information and then the screen freezes. I tried iPhone, iPad and iMac. I've never had problems before and there aren't any error notices. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you

I've been shopping at the Pavilions for almost 2 years. This location appears to be for the almost retired employees. The lack of customer service is comical. There is no sense of urgency, if the line gets to be over 6 people they seem to slow down. The cashiers talk to the baggers and will stop scanning items to finish the conversation. This location needs new management cashiers and baggers.

Pavilions security harassment

The security accused my brother of shoplifting just because he's homeless. His name is Jared. And the manager allowed the security guard to Chase and threaten my brother with a basket and tried to hit him. This is the 10th time I have had problems with this market and I think this is rediculous. I can't go any higher than you guys. Please solve this problem before someone gets hurt.
