The product photos DO NOT match what gets sent to you and when you send it back they DO NOT honor their full refund for "wrong or defective" products. Instead they issue a partial refund and charge incredible shipping/handling fees, e.g. $63 charge for a returned order that totaled $209.99. Colors in product sent were not even close to what was posted on their website and NO it is not a montior issue. The website photo actually included lighter rust, tan/cream, and light blue colors, but the object sent had only dark blues and dark greens (see photos - light colors circled in red were all dark).

In addition to the refund issue, the order took 6 weeks to arrive even though their website stated 2-3 weeks and they charged the card at time of order and not time of shipping.
