Paulo Travels Seat issue

Travelling to surat from ulhasnagar

There is a big screw near the seat

So customer get accident by that so I complain to the conductor so he is not giving proper reply to the customer and using the inappropriate words so this is not helpful

In such a case there may be some problem so who is responsible for that

No manager is there in bus only driver and conductor are there so It's humble request to have one manager in the bus

Paulo Travels Paulo travels bangalore to goa route

Bus no -GA 08 v 5096 As the timing to reach goa 8.30 and its fine if late by one hour its reached goa at 3pm bus has breakdown near tumkur toll gate not made repair properly and driver driven the bus in 30km speed if asked bus ill get change in hubli he reached hubli morning 7am ,

Totally worst bus service called to paulo verna office and bangalore office any customer service or executive didnt made alternative solution

Totally waste of money and whole day wasted in journey

Paulo travel should be banned and closed

Paulo Travels Travelling from mumbai to goa

Hi I am currently in Paulo travels bus no. GJ 14 Z 7877 and todays date is 8 March 2020. The bus driver and staff is too rude. They said like Jo karna hai Karli jisse complain karna hai Karo so I am putting this complain to full fill his wish. I am travelling with female relative of mine. She has problem to go pee ( toilet ) after atlest 4 hrs. So I saw in map that the toll naka of Mumbai Pune is coming so I requested driver can he stop there for while so he stopped bus but not on restaurant or dhaba in jungle and her to step down and go. So we refused but not did anything. And came back on seat. It's been 5 hrs we are travelling we got bus at 6 now the time is 11.36 still he has not stopped bus to toilet or food there are aged people too travelling with us they are also suffering and driver's behavior is toooooooooooo rude. I am hoping u will help me and others My PNR NO . is [protected].

Paulo Travels don't allow drugs person in bus

I was traveling to Goa to Hyderabad 29/11/19
3:30 pm is my pickup bus and 2 Hrs late
I came to Panjim directly. They have started bus @ 9:15 pm exactly which they are suppose to leave @5:30 still they have have stopped the bus for 2 hrs in middle of jungle for a person. Who is drug alcoholic person. We face horrible situation and I get down in Belgaum @ 2pm, I missed my meeting which is valuable. u guys are happy having my money? Y u are allowing alcoholic persons in bus?
Panjim Paulo travels allowed him.
Don't keep Jesus photo on bus. I have im-mensive respect. Such a worst travels

Paulo Travels unethical behaviour, no regards for customer

Bus had stopped 8-9 times minimum, finally stopped at 2 am on highway, only 24kms driven in over 4 hours. The driver was not even telling us what exactly happened.
They had no regards for our safety, there was not even a restaurent or petrol pump nearby to use restroom, i felt completely unsafe and vulnerable and had called your manager as well who didn't even have the courtesy to answer the call.
What kind of service is this? We had paid twenty eight hundred rupees which is way higher than even a flight ticket so that we can reach there comfortably and you guys can't even call a mechanic or a new bus from just 24 kms. Had to take a cab for another four thousand rupees and because of you the journey ended in over 27 hours. I don't even have the courage to explain the kind of mental torture we had to bear due to your poor and unethical service. I have medical condition of hyperthyroid and due to your negligence, i couldn't even enjoy my vacation as we had traveled for over 27 hours due to which i didn't feel well.

I now demand complete refund of my hard earned money from you. As well as an apology for your pathetic service.

Paulo Travels bus is d we lay by 6 hour and s still counting

to take to other destinations

Paulo Travels timings

I have booked it for 6:46AM pick up from pune to goa and it's still not on time and after speaking to the guys they say it's gonna take 3 more hours I've an emery to reach and fix some things this is very pathetic which I faced I have always traveled with the reputed services provider and this is the pathetic one which m facing I need you guys to compassionate for this [censored] up from your end I've lost something very important which I had be reached kindly look into the same

Paulo Travels bus delayed approx 4 hours

Hello, your Bus Code M80 from Goa to Mumbai via Pune is delayed due to Bus servicing.Your New Dept time from Margao is at 10:30 pm, Panjim 11:15pm, Mapusa 11:30pm . Kindly have your Dinner as vehicle is not going to Halt for Dinner Sorry for the inconvenience.

Paulo Travels paulobus

My friend Jaydev was travelling to Goa from Mumbai in paulo bus ac sleeper. He told me the bus service have been cheating people regularly. Seats are not clean and stinking, ac not working. staff not cooperative. Not Punctual. Im just sending a warning to paulobus service if I get any more complaints frm any consumer regarding the bus service I will be filing a complaint in the court and also be taking the matter to CMO office. I hope Paulo bus mend thier ways.

Paulo Travels pathetic experience with paulo travels from surat - mumbai

Hello Indian Citizen,
I am here to lodge complaint against www.paulobus.com.
On 24th May 2016 I had booked a Sleeper seat (AC) from Surat to Mumbai (Miraroad). Pickup time was schedule by 10pm and Pickup address was New Sardar Market, Surat.
Bus no was GJ-05-BT-9707. Fare Taken 600.
We started the Journey and It took a halt at Valsad for half n hour.
After that there was a long journey to go to Mumbai.
- The Driver use to Switch the Cooling off and let the “ac blower fan” be on.
- This happened ones than we 2-3 people have raised the Concern. The cleaner and the Driver said there must be some issue. After that he just switched one Button ON and the AC started getting Cool.
- We that time realize that the Cleaner and the Driver may be trying to Safe the diesel and Exchange that in Cash for their own.
- After that Around 2:30am we got up in Sweat. Kids started weeping and 7-8 People came near the Door to Compliant.
- We shouted like hell to the Cleaner and the Driver and saw that the Button was again Off.
- Then he put the button ON.
- The Cleaner was regretting to Call his manager or any one senior saying they don’t have the number.
- One number the Cleaner Gave us which was Switched off.
- Indian People usually ignore this and adjust with everything. Please accelerate the issue or problem you have faced after paying the Amount too.

I don’t know whether this complaint Goes against Paulo or Dirver/Cleaner.
But if Paulo must be knowing about the button which is there to ON/OFF the Cooling. Which is Wrong Then Its Paulo’s Mistake? Other people were there for Pune who had paid 850 / Head.
Our Money Got wasted, Our Sleep was disturbed. Didn’t Expect from Paulo. Pathetic Experience

Paulo Travels pathetic service

Travelling by their bus no GA03 (*) 8899 Volvo from Chennai to Bangalore... there were some problem with the ac & the electric wiring short-circuit... due to that reason cabin is filled with smoke of burning

wire... Finally, At krishanagiri, bus-staff give up there try to fix the problem and told the passengers that... AB AAP LOG APNA INTEZAM KHUD KARO...& you will get refund at Bangalore office... As usual and expected, the transporter who can leave their passenger stranded on the highway, will not refund or even be apologetic for there service... Still, I tried to have conversation to their Bangalore office... after a negative response, talked to their helpline no. mentioned on their website +[protected]. Here they gave me their manager, some Mr Santosh contact no. [protected]. Now this gentlemen is not picking my call, after listening the whole story...

Finally, the fools r thinking they r the winners of the Game, But I think the otherwise... At least they lost 1 regular passenger of theirs for sure & I am sure that "I am not the only ONE"

Paulo Travels harrassment by paulo travels

How badly buses treat their own travelers in india even charging ridiculous amounts of moneyl. I saw it yesterday when I chose redbus to book a paulo travels bus mh 07 c78 from goa to pune.
The bus broke down after one hour of travel and they waited for some bus which was going to ahmedabad. The passengers had to stand in heat for 1 hour. The bus was horribly bad. Does red bus check the travel agents they use I wonder? If you are charging money for volvo do you send a bus with no air suspension.. And moreover not a volvo? The seats were bad and congested. The bust was smelling.
Then started the never ending journey till pune. The driver had a picnic time when he stopped the bus for picking up his friends or some goods for transport. He was stopping at so many places and at kolhapur he waited for another driver of their company for 2 hours?
The harrassment did not end there... They dropped us in pune at the outskirts of the city. There was no pick up for the city. The person in charge of paulo office said a van was coming.. There were 20 people standing there and a van would come at 10 o clock and then it would drop few and come back again? When old people started complaining the conducted abused them saying you are not doing us a favour by coming in our bus. You have to get down at katraj only we will not go to pune city.
So any one who wants to get harrassed, be maltreated, get 3-4 hours late to the destination, and not reach the destination but kicked out of the bus in middle of the night... Please please please travel with paulo travels who do not know how to value their customers and spoil their time and holiday!

Paulo Travels just avaoid paulo travels

Basic lesson learnt during driver training is 1. Dont drink & drive & 2. Reduce speed when speed breaker or bumper ahead. But this was ignored by the driver driving paulo
Sleeper volvo which started at 7p.M. On december 11, 2010. Drunken driver within panjim city was speeding the car ignoring speed bumbers, but at 10.30p.M. Finally bus axle broke and bus was stranded near goa-maharashtra border for 2 hours. A lot of passengers agitated to driver to ask for a new bus but both the drivers ignored and started with the same bus. The driver on the seat was drunken one again, who even was couldn’t stand on his feat.

At 3.30a.M. When most of us fast asleep, bus again bumped with axle down, back left tyre separated and bus crawling like a snake dashed to most of the trees. Good luck was there wasn’t a valley otherwise 60 of the passengers, out of which 15-20 foreign tourists, have lost their life. Bang was so severe that lot of people got injured and when they came out just to know that driver have ran away. Paulo travels neither had any alternative arrangement nor thier complaint line was working to report this. Even at 7p.M. When the owner mr. Mario periere was called to report about this incident, he avoided call. He was smsed and mailed about this incident but no reply from him. Forget about compensating passengers for their trip, thier travel agency is not even taking calls. Signs of a leader in travel & transport to goa. Paulo travels, though this is not happening for 1st time becuase earlier twice our group faced with tyre puncture or drunken driver case, third time we took paulo because this time neeta bus was completely booked and we have least option to choose then paulo.

Just imagine the situation at 3.30 a.M. Caught in the ghats with no public transport available, a family with 2 year old child, 15-20 foreign tourists who had to catch other day flight from mumbai, there’s no one from paulo travel to help. I am writing to complain about a ticket (pnr- P141508225892/IDR) which i booked through red bus.com in PAULO TRAVELS from pune to mahabaleshwar on 15th august, 2015. I thought it would be a nice trip, however, it have been my worst experience ever. I had so many problems with this journey.
Firstly, the bus was delayed. our pick was at 6.15am form swargate but bus reached at 6.35am. Then it was in Pune till 7.45 am.
Secondly, the bus driver was not driving safely; driving was too rash.
Third, I booked for Rupees 2008 till mahabaleshwar but we were told to step out of the bus and sit in travera when we not even reached half way to mahabaleshwar. We paid for 2008 for the 2 comfortable seats, AC and safety from pune to mahabaleshwar, but it was not at all worth.
Finally, when we complaint along with other passengers the driver came to quarrel and was about to fight.
I had been looking forward to my holiday, but I was very disappointed. Therefore I feel you should refund the cost of the ticket.
I am looking forward to your prompt response.
i will make sure i will never use this site and recommend others not to use this as well.

They are always the same they will never change, Last time when i traveled with their bus from mumbai to goa, when called up and asked them the route they said direct goa, after few hours the bus stopped for dinner, i asked the driver where were we he said on the mumbai pune route as the bus would go to kholapur and then to goa. When asked their office they say that was their official route to goa. The timing given to reach goa was 9am the bus reaches goa at 1pm
