Hello Indian Citizen,
I am here to lodge complaint against www.paulobus.com.
On 24th May 2016 I had booked a Sleeper seat (AC) from Surat to Mumbai (Miraroad). Pickup time was schedule by 10pm and Pickup address was New Sardar Market, Surat.
Bus no was GJ-05-BT-9707. Fare Taken 600.
We started the Journey and It took a halt at Valsad for half n hour.
After that there was a long journey to go to Mumbai.
- The Driver use to Switch the Cooling off and let the “ac blower fan” be on.
- This happened ones than we 2-3 people have raised the Concern. The cleaner and the Driver said there must be some issue. After that he just switched one Button ON and the AC started getting Cool.
- We that time realize that the Cleaner and the Driver may be trying to Safe the diesel and Exchange that in Cash for their own.
- After that Around 2:30am we got up in Sweat. Kids started weeping and 7-8 People came near the Door to Compliant.
- We shouted like hell to the Cleaner and the Driver and saw that the Button was again Off.
- Then he put the button ON.
- The Cleaner was regretting to Call his manager or any one senior saying they don’t have the number.
- One number the Cleaner Gave us which was Switched off.
- Indian People usually ignore this and adjust with everything. Please accelerate the issue or problem you have faced after paying the Amount too.

I don’t know whether this complaint Goes against Paulo or Dirver/Cleaner.
But if Paulo must be knowing about the button which is there to ON/OFF the Cooling. Which is Wrong Then Its Paulo’s Mistake? Other people were there for Pune who had paid 850 / Head.
Our Money Got wasted, Our Sleep was disturbed. Didn’t Expect from Paulo. Pathetic Experience
