If I say that in my opinion Dr. Paul Nassif is: unprofessional, unhygienic, a marketer, money lover, fame seeker and a rip-off, will I be SUED? I signed a ‘’Mutual Agreement to Maintain Privacy’’ contract (most patients call them 'Gag Contracts') so I cant talk much about my (bad) experience with Dr. Paul Nassif as I will risk to be threatened by his lawyers.
Dr. Nassif will I be SUED if I tell people that you were caught doing unhygienic practices in your operating room on one of your promotional clips? What is a mug (a white coffee mug-see uploaded pic/proof) doing in your operating room? That is DISGUSTING! You mean you cut us open drinking coffee or invite your friends for coffee while we are cut open, or what? That is both unhygienic and unprofessional; anything unrelated to surgery should not be allowed inside an operating room! No wonder why we have to sign all those multiple legal documents, including those ‘’Privacy’’ contracts (which most patients call Gag Contracts). See uploaded pic. What a Shame!
Paul Nassif, what was that enormous clock doing in front of my face when I was awakened by your nurse after anesthesia? Was it to indicate that you spent several hours working on my face? Perhaps I needed a coffee break! Yes, you took a hefty sum of money for the surgery from my pockets…and Where did Paul Nassif disappear when I was awakened?...None of my pre-op plastic surgeons told me that they will spend several hours on my face! Other post-op surgeons found defects after my surgery with Paul Nassif! And I am extremely unhappy with the results…not to mention my health. Strange!
Can Paul Nassif’s ‘’Gag Contract’’ erase posts/ratings related to his hygiene practices as well? I found this webpage with pics of few Paul Nassif’s bad posts from the many erased posts/ratings from the internet-it is evidence to show that his bad posts/ratings are erased from the internet. I don t know how a vain person might feel because I was never vain. I agree with you that with any surgery there is a risk-in fact I always knew it.
If you meet a surgeon and his coworkers who will put you in a trap to exort money from you; and after you sign a large pack of documents and pay a large sum of money, and leave you sinking to bottom with harm on your face, you will be unhappy and ashamed with your choice.

A trauma can cause distractions
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was Dr. Nassif's patient. I posted posts over the internet because I was not really satisfied but now I regret that I ve done so because my concern with this doctor was positively resolved and now I cannot delete the posts. I do not believe that he is unhygienic, unprofessional, money lover, etc..., etc... and he is not not using 'Gag Contracts'
Will Nassif sue you?
I guess it would depend if his lawyer were reading this and
has collected all the multiple screen names you have used all over the web to voice this complaint and has also been keeping track of how many message boards have actually banned your screen names, deleted your content and/or given you warnings to cease and desist using multiple screen names in their web venues that demonstrates intent to mislead their readers on your part in voicing your complaint.
Personally, I think it's silly to sue you for 'copyright violation' because it's very clear that you DON'T want to claim copyright to all your content. Posting under a zillion multiple IDs as to appear as 'many different people' with this complaint demonstrates you, the patient from MALTA wants to disclaim copyright and wants Nassif to have it instead.
I think it would be smarter to sue in behalf of the many website owners who have been continuously VIOLATED by your willful and wanton disregard for their policies; your act of signing on with multiple screen names to mislead people that 'many different people' share your complaint.
Now, the lawyer himself can't get in touch with all the website owners you have violated by multi-id use to SPAM this complaint as to offer to sue you in their behalf. But since you did announce the lawyers name to every website you VIOLATED with multi-IDs, they would certainly know which lawyer to seek out if they were experiencing even MORE problems with continued VIOLATIONS on your part.
I think it would be a GREAT idea for any webmaster who you have violated (for example MMH or even Rate MDs) to collect all your screen names and IPs and just send them to Nassif's lawyer. It would be the best way to get rid of an invader from MALTA who continuously VIOLATES their policies.
