Years ago I use to use the subject hairspray, can't remember why I quit using. I recently purchased the product from a J C Penny salon.
What a rip off...there is no freeze and no shine...useless product.
A waste of my money. If you cheapened this product this much, can't help wonder what you did to the entire line.
Will have to pour it down the drain; as it is a useless products.

I purchased two of the Lavender Mint Shampoo and Conditioner from Ulta Beauty and I'm so upset because my hair has started to get brittle and fall out after using for a few weeks. My hair is so long and I've been using another brand name product for years, my hair never felt or looked like this, I'm so embarrassed to go to work. I don't know what can be done, my family stands by Paul Mitchell so I want to do the same. Can you Please make it right, Christmas is coming up... Thank you

I purchased a groupon for a haircut and condition treatment. After showing staff groupon, they advised it would costs additional 20 + for cut. I walked out since getting a haircut from experienced master stylist would be a lot less expensive. BAIT and SWITCH AT ITS BEST

I had my hair cut on the 13th of September and it was at one of your hair schools. I already had graduated cut and asked to have a trim and a flat iron. Instead the teacher took out my hairs style and cut a lot of hair on one side of my hair. I have tried to resolve this matter with Jasrielle and yet she hasn't returned my calls or settled the matter. The previous stylist who did my hair in a private salon did an amazing job on my hair I asked to have someone who is familiar with my hair texture and style to cut y hair and they sat me in the chair with a rookie and a rookie teacher. I can't grow my hair evenly at this point it's a complete mess. I'm going to take this matter to court if I don't get a resolution

I bought a bottle of freeze and shine at food city. When we started using it I had curled my hair and when I spread it on my hair it was just wet like water. I am a Cosmotologist and I use the freeze and shine all the time. This was not freeze and shine inside the bottle that I bought. I think you need to check in with the food city headquarters and see what is going on with your products that are being sold there and not working. They are also selling it at a very high price.

I have used many of Paul Mitchell products over the last 25 years. and have never had a problem. This hairspray had a terrible chemical odor, similar to disinfectant . I just sprayed a small amount on my hair and felt immediately sick, with nerve pain, I get a similar reaction to petro- chemicals, which should never be in hair products. This hairspray was unlike any other Paul Mitchell product, which usually have a pleasant natural scent.

I was reimbursed by the vendor, so I am not asking for a refund, just an explanation for the chemicals. I am going to trash it.

I was advised by the hairdressers to try to start using Paul Mitchell for my hair as I begin starting using Paul Mitchell my hair has started to get extremely greasy after every use and then I was advised to give it a couple days as my hair is adjusting well now it's been a couple of days my hair is extremely greasy and it is falling out like no other

My daughter was enrolled in the Greenvill SC school. I am really disappointed how my daughter has been treated. She has only been in class for 9 weeks. She has struggled catching or to certain things. It does take her longer to understand things due to a learning disability. Her teacher for the first 6 weeks was horrible. My daughter was in tears daily. If she asked questions the teacher was rude, like she was bothering her by asking questions. If she asked what was wrong with something she did, the answer from her teacher would be "everything". How are you suppose to learn when the teacher doesn't like you asking questions and doesn't show you what is wrong. She did have a new teacher the last 3 weeks, that was very helpful. At the end of the 9 weeks before she was suppose to go on the floor they said they haven't seen any improvement from her and there wasn't a place for her at their school and program. This is a school, arent we paying for them to teach and learn. After only 9 weeks you expect them to be ready for the floor. I have never seen a school give up on a student. What is comes down to is she was to much work for them because she has a learning disabilty. They didn't want to take the extra time to help her. After only 9 weeks you decided this wasn't a career for her. It's a shame that a school that we was paying over $18, 000 doesn't have more compasionate teachers to work with students with learning disabilities.

Went for a root retouch 9/6/2019. When the student put the color on, I said it looked too dark. She got an instructor who assured me the color was 'processing' and it was a perfect match for my blonde hair. When they shampooed it off it was a disaster. I had red/brown roots that definitely did not match my blonde hair. It's the instructors who decide on the color, so this should never have happened. They were totally unapologetic and told me I was being difficult. They insisted on charging me for this disaster and said they would call the police if I didn't pay.

I would like a refund.

Went in told cut and color would take 4 hours, told instructed them just touch up roots a few shades lighter so it wasn't so obvious. She told student the color to get and instead of doing my roots they dyed my entire head brown. As for a hair cut, !it has three tier layers (1980's Farrah Faucet) the teacher never said she did not know how to do the cut and she was running all over the shop with over a dozen students. So the student was on her own and moments later said "I made a mistake! REALLY ! My middle of the back hair just got a 5 inch cut straight across at ear level. Then she got the teacher who never told me of this mistake or I would have said just leave it and for the next several years I will clip that side back...no she started cutting wisps of hair in an attempt to even this mess out, so I never realized she was taking all my hair off. When she was done it was up to my shoulders, except for the hair at my ear, brown in color and the middle portion there was 5 inches straight across still to the middle of my back. I look like the movie Joe Dirt and I am a nurse out in the public everyday! The teacher has waist length blond flowing hair! Quarenteed she would have had a break down had it been her beautiful tresses. And all three of us with terrible hair had to pay $60. Each, the fine print allows for students to mess up! YEARS, this will take YEARS! To be back to the way it was, if ever. Terrible that you graduate students that only know a few hair cuts, terrible when your teachers think they know what's best for their customers, I promise I will put this all over social media so no one goes in there again

After using this product once, I was shocked when my brown hair turned a very brassy blonde color. It stripped it clean and I am extremely disappointed. I had to go back to my hairdresser to have her put in low lights and unfortunately, I can't find my receipt so I'm unable to return it to Harmon where I bought it. This has cost me a total of $90 to get my hair fixed and $10 for Shampoo that I want to throw away...

My name is Mark Millette. My daughter, Karley Millette, attends the Paul Mitchell school in Houston, Texas @ I-10 and Beltway 8. My daughter is 19 years old and owes approx. 8-10, 000 for tuition. My daughter called me from the school today and attempted to hand a lady named Gorigina her phone so that I could make payment. Gorgina told my daughter that she could not talk to me or accept payment from me for my daughter. Gorgina told my daughter that I would have to call the corporate office to make payment. If this is yalls policy then I would recommend yall seriously think about making a change. If its not your policy, then I would recommend yall training your personnel better. to me, this is totally unacceptable that you have a dad attempting to make payment for his daughter and they wont accept it. This school is a disgrace. I would like someone to call me about the financial aid process. I graduated in March 2018 and I still can not get my license. They say I owe almost 4000 dollars which can not be. If my financial aid was applied correctly the balance should be much much lower.

Appointment was confirmed with a level 2 student. When I arrived, there was NO
level 2 student so I was shuffled to a level 1 student instead. Big mistake.
The girl at the front desk, didn't even have the common courtesy of telling me that.
Not the first time this has happened. She stylist ruined my hair.
I asked for a specific stylist but got whatever they wanted or what was available ? Shouldn't the customer be able to choose what they want. Not there.
The scheduling girls aren't very professional, and the teachers are all running around...don't really know what they're are doing maybe just pretending to look busy.
