Patient First Collegeville PA. Rude, condescending doctor and physician assistant.

They acted like they knew my body better than I did. The physician's assistant refused to treat me unless I submitted to a covid test. They are not allowed to set conditions on giving treatment. They were rude when I called them out on it. The doctor was so rude that I ended up yelling at him. After all was aid and done, the sinus infection that I went in for in the first place ended up untreated.

Desired outcome: Inform people so they stay away

Patient First Charge to Credit card without authorization for a COVID test and wIth insurance.

NEVER Explained the test charges were to come and glossed over it saying it was covered by my insurance. I dont even know if you applied for reimbursement from my insurance company, because I never received the co-pay or the bill from my BXBS policy.
DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, I WILL FILE A FRAUD WITH THE CARD COMPANY.
Did not send me a bill out lining the charges, the insurance re-imbursement amounts the co-pay etc.
COVID TEST, THEN INSISTED ON ANOTHER TEST WHEN THE FIRST TEST CAME BACK NEGATIVE.
[protected] Mary Sun, 361 Paoli Woods Drive Paoli PA 19301.
Never gave me an account number or a bill or anything.
I will post this on every social media account I have to my 100K followers.

Desired outcome: NO CHARGE. MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAYS 100% FOR A LAB COVID TEST, WHICH I HAVE GOTTEN THE PCR BEFORE, BUT ONLY ONCE.

Patient First Unethical behavior

I went to the Patient First located at 7238 Mechanicsville Tnpk, Mechanicsville, Va 23111 on 10/20/2021. I was having an X-ray, so I had to remove my jewelry. I did not feel comfortable leaving my jewelry out, so I put my jewelry in my sweater. I looked back to be sure my jewelry was securely in my sweater. I then closed the curtain and went to get my X-ray. When I came back, my jewelry was hanging out of my sweater toward the floor. I know I did not leave it like that because I double checked to be sure it was securely in my sweater. Someone went through my things while I was in X-ray between 2 pm and 2:30 pm that afternoon. I am not sure if theft was the intent because the most valuable piece of jewelry that was pulled out the most had a personal etching that would be very hard to sell, so nothing was missing.

Desired outcome: Identify who performed the act and address appropriately

Patient First Bad doctor, terrible bedside manner, neglect

As a patient who present with pain and discomfort after a car accident in 7/13/21 at the Columbia patient first. Trusting that patient first will be caring and properly treated patient fairly. Unfortunately what we experience was a Dr who states that he is busy, barely listen to patient and threw a gown to the patient's family. He then assess roughly at the location and stated the patient is fine and he is not ill. He refused to complete imaging studies and states that patient do not need it. After prompt request due to the patient pain and discomfort. He then ordered it. He ordered the test and come back with statement " no fracture but some degenerative changes. He refused to review medical history. Attempting to prescribe tylenol for patient who is contraindicated due to liver issue. Then he attempted to prescribe high dose of ibuprofen despite patient blood pressure is elevated. Dr Mond Yehude also argue to patient family member. When asked to switch care to another provider . he stated that "you cannot change, you can go to ER if you like, I am the supervisor and the boss in charge". When the complaint going directly to the charge nurse " lee", she refused to help and states he has completed the protocol and that I have yo call some number if I have issue. When asked for the Dr information, the staffs just pointed to get the information at the front desk and that they don't have time to provide it. Going to front desk. Was told Dr Yoon is the director and not Dr Mond. Dr Mond then ask the family member "how long you have been in the states", I responded that it is not relevant to answer. He then said he will let all the staffs knows my behaviors and that I cannot changes and questions anything which was ordered. I feels very disappointed and also disrespected. " Patient don't have right "

Please help

Desired outcome: Dr and the staffs have continue training. I feels humiliated.

I was in the Patient First hospital on 28th January 2020. I had insurance that should have covered all the costs. I haven't heard since until now. Today, on 26th January 2021, almost a year from the visit I got charged on my credit card. There was no bill or anything. I have no idea what was I billed for. I'm requesting to refund the unauthorised Credit Card charge.

A few years ago I went to Patient First, an urgent care center, for care. They usually ask you for the upfront copayment fee, but they did not, even though I insisted to pay it, which in my case it was $25, based on my insurance benefits . They told me I would receive the bill by mail, which I did but not for the copayment but for the whole service as I...

Patient First misdiagnosis of injury

I fell on July 23rd this year. I could not put any pressure at all on my foot. I went to patient first for the injury. The doctor was so rushed, he did not listen to me when i told him i feel. He look at my swollen foot, poked it, and said i had gout. I said wait a minute, did you not hear me tell you I fell? He said i never said that. So then he sends me for xrays. Upon returning to my room, i heard the xray tech tell him the theres a giant space in between two bones.. he comes on the room. Pulls up my xray and said theres no break, its just a bad sprain. I said what about that huge gap between my big toe bone and the bone next to it? There's clearly a issue. He told me it's normal and just the way i was laying my foot. te said it was a sprain abd woukd heal on its own. The nurse came in, roughly grabbed my foot abd wrapped it. Than gave me crutches, lost patience with me gecause i could not stand on my own because my foot hurt so bad. She walked me out to the lobby and left me.
Tte next morning, they called to tell ne after the radiologist found a small fracture and i shoukd see my pcp asap. I called my doctor who immeadiately made a appointment with a orthopedic surgeon because it was a serious injury. I had to go to patient first to pick up the xrays to take with me. Upon reading the report, they khew how severe my injury was and did not inform me. I wound up with 2 fractures, a dislocation, and i destroyed my Lisfranc ligament. I have to have a extensive surgery to fix it. I actually made the injury worse by walking on it because i was told the fracture was no big deal and it was just sprained. I also gad to have a bone graft done to fix the problem. Im out of work for at least 4 months. I will never go there again.

Patient First billing

My insurance shows the location that I went to as an in network provider. I went last year with no problem. This year, I get a statement from ins co showing that the visits were no covered and considered out of network. Come to find out Pt First billed it out of another location that is out of network and refuse to code it correctly for ins co to pay. Will never use this company again. BEWARE! You won't know until afterwards!

Patient First the doctor wanted to prescribe me ibuprofen, when I could barely walk

I stepped on something in my house and I could feel it. I went to www.patientfirst.com and explained that I had stepped on something and it was painful for me to step on this foot. The staff was kind and the doctor arrived quickly, he said that he could feel something in my foot, but we went to x-ray. After that he told that x-ray was clear and he would prescribe me ibuprofen. I couldn’t walk at all, what this man was doing to me. Next day I went to another emergency and they cleaned the injury and took small piece from my foot. But their doctor wasn’t professional.

Patient First employment with them

Employees there are belittled, harassed, and intimidated. Complain and you will find that HR is going to help stab you in the back -all the way up to executive HR staff persons. They will refuse to give you anything in writing that they want hidden. Get on their "list" and they will trash you from center-to-center and beyond if possible. Anonymous (current employee)

This used to be a good for profit clinic. Now they make follow up phone calls. It sounds friendly. You are not told that they are charging your insurance or credit card for these phone calls. They also strongly push products that they sell
