I recently tried out PassYourTest's NutraCleanse 10 Day Program and Clean Shot to help me pass a drug test. Before starting the cleanse, I weighed 201 lbs and had a body fat percentage of 13.2%. I was quite active, lifting weights 3-4 days a week and doing cardio 1-2 days a week. I also had a daily exposure to high-grade toxins, smoking 2-3 bowls a day.

It's also important to follow a strict diet and exercise routine to ensure the best results.

So, I'm not sure what's up with PassYourTest, but they seem to have some serious issues. I had a terrible experience with them and will never do business with them again. Let me tell you about the problems I had with this company.

First of all, they fought me tooth and nail about shipping money when the shipper didn't complete the shipping as required. It took multiple emails and dealing with both sides (first UPS, then arguing with their terrible customer service) for something they simply had to refund and file a claim for. They did not lose money, but they were so petty about it. This explains why so few people get refunds for non-working products. They begrudgingly returned the shipping, of which they would get back.

Secondly, they do not follow FDA regulatory standards and expect you to buy their excuse that "we fill it by weight, so it will still work." I had a package come late, and I decided to keep the product on the shelf as it was too late for what I needed it for by the time it finally showed up. I didn't know until later that the pre-cleanse was short a pill. I contacted them the next morning while they were open and even sent in a photo. They responded with "we left the warehouse know, thanks. We fill it by weight, it will still work." I don't weigh my vitamins, and I know that does not meet FDA regulatory standards nor FTC regulatory standards for labeling and advertising. Once these have happened, it is an issue. This also raises the issue if all the vitamins are improperly weighted, and therefore the nutritional standard is off. It also bodes poorly for the effectiveness of the detox program. This may be why many don't work. I dared to ask for my money back (as they did the right thing eventually about the shipping). I shouldn't have bothered.

Thirdly, their customer service was rude and abusive. They used sexism, ageism, and constant excuses for their faulty product as well as their printed 100% satisfaction guarantee. Because apparently, I'm the bad guy for them screwing up. So when I then sent them the regulatory guidelines, they called me a potential liar about the pills, despite them admitting it was a known issue, and they were just taking my word for it. I let them know I opened the pills in front of another person, who could testify to my honesty. They said to send the product back, at my expense, and then they would refund me. No. If I pay for the shipping, it's no longer a 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. For them not following the laws. If they had offered to pay for the return shipping, I would have returned all products as requested. I do hold people to their word though, especially if it's in print, and I have screenshots. I told them I would not pay for shipping for this reason. 100% means 100%, not 90% to foot the cost to send it back. They trick a lot of people with this from these reviews I see, like restocking fees. They kept saying to send them back at my expense. Then I said fine, I'll finish the product, and maybe you'll get to keep the $$, but my guess is it won't work and you will have to refund. They told me no, send it back. Because they also know it won't work, and throwing the product in the garbage (as they would have to if they follow any laws) is worth me paying for. I reminded them not at my expense, and that if it worked they could keep the money. They said to send it back again, and refused to communicate further. So I called the bank. They agreed the company cannot break the law, and returned my money. If you find that the company is jerking you around, call your bank. You'll get the money back due to their own printed guarantee, and if they didn't follow the laws, no one will argue except them. With the way they talk, if it went to court the consumer would always win here. It wouldn't be worth the time.

I've never been treated so badly by customer service anywhere in my entire life, because they are cheap, and I'm guessing by the response, they have a bad product. They even said for their horrific behavior they gave me good customer service. No. I've worked in customer service for over ten years. If I talked to someone like that, I'd be fired. I'm guessing it's the owner of the company because otherwise, they would need to value their job more. I also feel the person I spoke to just has some sort of drug problem to think that behavior is professional. I don't mean pot, but maybe meth. All in all, I'm glad I got my money back and away. Don't let them screw you. Try to work with them, take screenshots of the guarantee and how many times it occurs, and if necessary, call the bank and get out of business with them. They have many competitors. You don't need to do business with them. You can be the one to cut communication with your money.

Update: It's been seven days, and I'm still positive.

Update 2: It's been 16 days since I took the post-cleanse caps, and I'm still positive. I feel I can definitely say it does not work. I was clean 72 hours prior to starting. It does not make it release any faster. I'll probably be below 50 by day 21. Probably. I'll update one more time with the clean shot on test day with the final test, but I'm still expecting a positive with how bad the products are.

I followed all the steps and instructions, took every pill, ate according to the meal plan, and drank over a gallon of water and only water every day. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about the headaches I was experiencing, they told me it was due to lack of caffeine. However, I did not quit caffeine and it was not mentioned in the instructions that I needed to. This was frustrating and confusing.

After 17 days, I contacted customer service again and was told that I was still testing positive because I had been exercising. However, the instructions did not explicitly state that exercise was not allowed. This lack of clarity was frustrating and made me feel like I was not properly informed.

The tone of the emails I received from customer service was also condescending and unhelpful. Despite their friendly image, I did not find them particularly helpful or accommodating.

I would caution others not to assume anything about this product. Do not assume that just because something is not mentioned in the instructions that it is allowed. For example, if you need to exercise or drink coffee/tea, this program may not be suitable for you. As someone who needs to stay physically fit for my career, it was not an option for me to stop exercising. Additionally, quitting caffeine on top of the strict diet and THC withdrawals would have been too much for me to handle.

I was excited to try it out, so I quit smoking a week before starting the program and followed all the instructions to a T.

I used their meal plan for the entire 10 days and drank a whopping 200 ounces of water daily (twice the recommended amount!). I also drank 24 ounces of cranberry juice and a 12-ounce cup of coffee every morning. I even took my pup for a 3-mile walk every day to get some exercise in. But despite all my efforts, I still tested positive for drugs after completing the program.

I was disappointed and frustrated. I had spent a lot of money on this program, and it didn't work. I should have read the reviews before buying it. I saw it on websites like Leafly and HighTimes, thinking they would recommend products that actually work. But I was wrong. I'm pretty sure the people who said it worked were either fake reviews or didn't need it in the first place.

The only thing this program did was make me pee a lot. I had to go every 5 minutes because of the fluid overload. It was uncomfortable and inconvenient. I regret spending so much money on something that didn't work. I'm just glad I didn't have a time crunch to get a negative result. Warning: The 3-day program from PassYourTest is actually an 8-day program! I was excited to try the 3-day permanent cleanse for moderate users, but when I received the package, the directions were much different from what was advertised on the website. The directions stated that I needed to be clean for 48 hours before starting the program. So, in reality, you have to wait 2 days, then take pills for 3 days, and then wait another 1-3 days before testing clean. This makes it an 8-day program, not a 3-day program as advertised.

The diet that comes with the program is an extreme low-fat diet, which is difficult to follow for 8 days. If you followed this diet and abstained from "toxins" for 8 days, you would probably be clean without taking any pills. This makes me question the effectiveness of the pills.

Furthermore, the company's claims are not backed by scientific evidence. They tell you to wear clean clothes and use clean sheets, but the "toxins" you are trying to remove from your body are stored in fats and are not water-soluble. This means that they cannot be absorbed into your body through pores when you sweat. So, wearing clean clothes and using clean sheets will not make a difference.

I contacted customer service to express my concerns, but the representative was rude and not very helpful. I have yet to test if the program actually works, but I am skeptical based on my experience so far.

In conclusion, I do not recommend PassYourTest and advise against trusting anything from this website. The program is not what it claims to be, and the company's claims are not backed by scientific evidence. Save your money and look for a more reputable solution.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with PassYourTest. I mean, yeah, they got back to me pretty quick when I emailed them, but that's about the only good thing I can say. I shelled out $150 for their 10 day detox, but it turns out you gotta be clean for 48 hours before you start, and then you gotta wait another 1-3 days after the detox to be clean again. They don't tell you that until after you buy it, so it's really a 15 day detox. Kinda sneaky if you ask me.

These products don't work. Spent around 300.00 on thr 5 day and 2 fail safe kits. Followed the diet and liquid requirements and failed the home test after 5 days. Did fail safe and failed again. Dint bother going to the lab to be embarrassed by a medical review officer. Highly disappointed that I wasted my time and money on this foolishness.

A couple of years ago I would have given this company an A+. Not sure if they changed their formula, but I recently tried their 5 day detox and Clean Shot with 4 cleansing tablets and still test positive for marijuana. I followed the directions and dietary requirements as directed as well as quit smoking marijuana a couple weeks before starting the detox.

When I emailed for a refund, I was treated as if I'm trying to scam them and have not heard back in regards if a refund will be granted.

I completed the 5 day detox, waited the extra 1-3 days as recommended and followed all instructions they sent. I had already abstained from toxins 2 weeks before beginning the cleanse and still tested positive 3 days after completing the 5-day detox. I called the company to request a refund; the c.s. rep talked over me the whole time, accused me of lying and even hung up on me. Furthermore, the rep did not want to refund me and I had to contact another department in order to be assisted and receive a refund. I have also reported the company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for false advertising of company products. This company is a scam; don't waste your time, money or patience.

I received your product, via UPS, on my doorstep. I am not sure who ordered this product, using my Visa debit card. I, personally, did not perform this transaction /purchase, and need to know how I go about returning this (unopened) product to your location and MOST importantly the steps I need to take to get a refund back onto my debit card. I have submitted a claim through my debit card company and they are awaiting me to send the supporting documents from your company, acknowledging my claim. My complaint is that I placed an order on 1/30 and paid $23.00 extra to receive within 3 days. However the order was received on Friday 2/1 at a location that is literally 6 minutes from my home yet it sat for 3 days and wasn't delivered until Monday 2/4 in the evening? When I sent an email on Monday 2/4 stating my order was never delivered on Saturday 2/2. The reply I got stated the delay was due to the weather and that they sent me an email regarding this delay on 1/30? The weather delay they claim was 2/1 at 1:30 pm which was Friday. So how did they send me an email on 1/30 to advise there was a weather delay on 2/1 at 1:30 pm which was 2 days in the future?

Is it possible to contact them whatsoever? I think it's not.
You just can't imagine how many emails I've sent them and how many calls I made in order to find out some important information. I needed a normal tracking number, the one they provided was false.
Now I'm sure they are scammers. I am also judging it by all the negative reviews and it's terrifying.

I have purchased Nutra Cleanse from this terrible scam website called Passyourtest. I needed my product as soon as possible so I paid quite a lot for fast shipping. They said I'll get my order within 2 days but more than two weeks already passed and nothing arrived. When I contacted them they said that my order was shipped and when I demanded the shipping money back they replied nothing! Don't deal with this fraudulent business, just another scam!

The website does not show any pictures or have a good description of the product you are about to order. Then when the wrong product comes in there is a "No Refund" policy or no exchange policy. And the customer service goes on to say I was stupid and absurd. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he informed me that he was the owner and there was nothing else can be done. I will never buy from this site again. I will advise people to do the same. One last thing. Nowhere on the website does it say that there is no returns or exchanges. If that is a company's policy then it should be stated on the website plan enough for the anyone to see.

Ordered the Nicotine Cleanse product for $49.95 plus second day shipping for $23.67. Received product on the second day. Opened package and found the cleansing tablets and 2 marijuana urine testers. I tried to contact the company using their [protected] number, which oh by-the-way is not their number, but a number to Veritas, which is their billing company and not their actual customer support number. I still called the 877 number and left a message explaining that I had the marijuana tester and not the nicotine tester. No reply. I then emailed them. No reply. Before I took their clenser, I checked myself with the marijuana tester and I was clean. So this tells me it is not checking for nicotine. I since have taken their cleansing pills and will take my official test 2 days from now. I wonder how a person would get their money back when you are unable to contact them? Hummm...
