i order passports from MEZERAY GEORGE WALTON, with email [protected]@gmail.com with phone number +[protected].
i gave him 40percent of agreed amount then sent me scan copies at the agreed time but faill to deliver.he sent me track number of a website he created and the suppose date of delivery he crashed the site.becareful he uses thailand and florida as a bait.he is a super scammer i lost my 6000euros.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
always strange to see, that some of you give their personal details etc. to some darkweb gangsters:-) Are you crazy? And by the way: Why you are looking for some fake documents? You will go to jail for a long time for using fake documents. And do you really think they don’t get you? Don’t take the police/border control for stupid! LOL. It is really stupid.. if someone ask so much you must meet in real and see the work done, or at least should be someone who is a confirmed vendor of fake passports like Igor in Moscow or Khasbar in Brussels...at last you can meet them in real and they really deliver their orders..

I didn't see all the writing on the wall from this website assisting to help me with getting our passports. It will the first time for us and I wanted to make it a surprise. NOW, I AM TOO IMBARRESSED and SAD to tell my daughter I TRIED but now we are out $188.00 because I didn't see that there was only 3 days to cancel this process and when I did see that I had to pay other fees, too.
RED FLAG.
But again, I didn't know I had only 3 days to cancel to get a refund. I believe that this company is another way someone has figured out how to take hard working peoples money. KARMA.
Please advise on any further steps that I might take with this company to retrieve any money at all.

My boyfriend applied for his passport, expedited it, paid the extra money and is going to get it--the day that we leave! The government is a mere three weeks late and now we get to pay an extra GRAND! To leave a day late for a vacation we spent TWO YEARS saving for! I want to know who is going to be held accountable for the mess that the government caused? I know that if I was a day late on paying my taxes--I would be in prison right now.
