These guys from pass @ toke.com
Scammed me of 900 usd: they claim to sell replicas of passports and ids. They ask an advance and after it they send you just a photo and a short video of what you ordered. Then they take the last money and disappear.
I read a lot online about them and seems they are from ukraine.. They changed site/address but they are the same.. Please guys don't send any cent!
It is a scam!
NOTICE:
I am willing to make a deal on a reasonable price for an Irish, or UK real passport, NIN, and birth certificate.
A real passport, SSN, and birth certificate from the USA is also acceptable. This is an opportunity to make an ongoing business relationship for real suppliers.
I will only deal with a provider directly in those respective countries. If you don't have a connection in that country, then you're fake.

He only use email to contact, if you start to pay the down payment 30% then you will start to cry, because you will see the video soon then you will pay the rest payment, he just gone. Don't try any more, only buy from dark market by escrow term.
BEWARE: this guy igorovic@protonmail.com is a scammer, he doesn't sell passports, he works with www.new-ids.ph and www.new-ids.com he just shows poorly photoshopped id's and passports and he writes reviews on here and other places claiming he sells the best id's and passports, [censored]

guys, i placed my order beginning of February to Igor, until today July 11 i am still not receive my document and i had paid in full. Also he just ignored my emails and no respond.
2 weeks already, i had paid full amount to Igor and he promised 2 weeks ago to ship out my order by DHL. but i had never hear back from him again and all the emails i had sent to him. being ignored. guys i don't know if i had been scammed again with double of amount last time with pass toke. but 2 weeks and not even a reply to my emails.

since last time i had contacted with Igor was March 20, and he told me he is in process of my order. in the middle i had sent him couple emails but he didn't reply. today is march 27 i should hear from him, but still not yet receive email from him yet.

I’m wondering why people continue to “buy” documents through such websites.. isn’t enough obvious that they’re scammers?

i knew after i communicated with someone who met him in real... my only problem is that i need shipping to greece because i can not go to russia. i paid 1/3 of amount and the last when was ready. He showed me by video conversation, i am waiting to receive, he said he shipped but i m still waiting a tracking number...

yes but in this case how possible that not so many complaints agains them? youtube is full of videos of them, seems pass toke com are the best spammer/scammer on the market
how do you know they are in ukraine? to me they asked payment in bitcoins, i asked to pay by western union but they accepted only bitcoins

the only source I've found is one guy from Russia who sells diplomatic passports of fictional organization 'International Diplomatic Organisation' (with red cover, look like real ones)
you can find it on ebay searching for 'passeport diplomatique' or 'diplomatenpass'
It was a thread opened on this board regarding passports/IDs and was working for many years then has been closed by administrators.. after so many discussions we found just few legit vendors worldwide (and only a couple in europe).. that's why I can confirm they are legit but it was few years ago.. I don't know if they are still in "business"..

Fake and real Passports and IDs, but mostly passports.. one is russian and another one an arab man who lives in Belgium.. seems are the only legit vendors in europe but I don't know if they are still in business

I used to contact igor at igorovic @ protonmail .com and Kasbat at kasbar789 @ yahoo .com i don t know if kasbar is still in business, I heard that he retired or get caught.. but Igor is still providing
Fake passports websites are all scam, nothing new.. we discussed this on this board many times already!

Pierre so you sent money to them after you saw just a simple photo or video? Those things are easy editable by photoshop or any other editing program... i’m sorry but sometimes I think some people deserves to be scammed..
