They have no working protection for both: buyers and sellers, no policies, nothing. And they provide no help.
I assume it's the worst place where you could waste your money.
If something wrong happens to your order, they will blame you.
It's so unprofessional. If you don't want anything to ruin your mood and celebration, you better shop elsewhere. I repeat, that it's the worst website.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.

Party Express Invitations doesn't have a customer service phone number and all our products are digital which means those are sent via email for the buyer to print, take a moment to read all the item descriptions.
We also have a CONTACT US page which you can fill out and all questions are answer within hours.
This person is a competitive seller and is being trying to get our business down, by using different names.
