Parkland Luxury Homes Realty — breach of contract
My listing agent is Maryann Corona. The buyers broker is Rachel Svenman.
We have a contract with a closing date of 10/19/2017.
Buyers needed to sell their current home to pay for their new loan. The buyers lender dropped the ball on the loan and buyers need more time to close. However, this is not specified in the contract.
The broker, Rachel Svenman, is reluctant to negotiate commission deductions as a result of the additional costs associated with us staying in the property after our agreed upon closing date as specified in our contract.
