Avoid this company at all costs
Submitted an order on 10/28/2011. My account was immediately debited for the amount. The time frame for delivery was 6 weeks. After not receiving the order I checked the website and orders had been moved to 12 weeks so I decided to just wait. Checked the website approximately 1 week ago and it said they were no longer in business. I just emailed them at [protected]@paracordmaster.com and requested a refund by sending my order invoice. We'll see if it happens.
My CC was billed immediately, but the order was never filled
I placed an order, my cc was billed immediately, but the order was never filled. Kept getting out of stock email notifications of the exact colors I had requested. They never returned phone calls or answered calls. Their auto reply email was very vague but insisted i'd get my order. After me stating they could fill my order with whatever they had in stock I was informed my order would not be filled and now the website message:
This site is currently down and will not be returning.
Please check back for updates concerning your orders, thank you.
Like i'll ever see my money again.

Same story as everyone else. Placed 2 orders have yet to receive product ordered or refund. Multiple attempts at speaking to company by phone and email to no avail. Contacted BBB about company only to get the run around again from the owner about no stock, backorders, and backlogged complaints. Then quotes Utah law about needing a a refund request in writing mailed to them. Complete scam.
Ordered product in Sept. 2011. Have not received the order. They will not answer phone calls or emails. They will not allow cancellation or returns (If you get their product). They take your money and disappear.
I bought couple hanks from them, but never received anything and now they just stopped to answer our emails. Their phone number is fake as well.
