Food quality
Upon receiving my delivery order, I opened the box only to discover that 4 of 8 pieces had burnt crust. Poor quality and service to send out a pizza as inedible as that. In all the years of ordering pizza there i'm very surprised at the quality.
Online ordering
I ordered pizza online for delivery... twice went back and put in my promotional code from my email. Entered my payment information and checked out. Upon order being placed and checked my receipt found I was charged full price for my order no promo code applied?!
Went back checked my email and code is effective until March 8, 2021!
Code is JP50, my order should have been approx $27.50. Instead was charged $54.97, before taxes( which would've been less)
In this day and age glitches like this shouldn't be happening! I expect to have this resolved and refunded ASAP!
Desired outcome: Reimburse the overpayment!!

I am truly amazed at how far Papa John's has fallen in the last year. I made the mistake of placing an order with the local store #2483 at 5:55pm on 2/15/2021. On Sunday December 27 I went to pick up an order from PaPa Johns pizza on West Eighth street in Price Hill. When I entered the store, no one in the store was wearing a mask. Even the people making the pizza had none on. I thought it was a requirement to wear a mask in any business.

Customer service
The Papa John's in Hazard Ky. Has the worst customer service. I've tried calling for the last hour and no one will pick up. This has happened on other occasions as well. If you need to place an order, good luck! You have to place your order online and they don't have options to choose extra sauce online and of course you can't call and add it. They need to hire employees that can do a simple task such as answering the phone.

I ordered my pizza and I gave direct instructions to call when outside because I live in the back of partment and then I come to the door and he has a receipt for $6 more than what I have on my online receipt so I called the manager while he was still here and he threatened me and said you will be seeing me again and he cussed me out and walked off and the manager that I was on the phone with when I told her he cussed me out she said no he didn't I heard everything you said and there was no way she did because he walked across the street when he said all that stuff

Observed worker making pizzas with over an inch finger nails black and gray, pizza dough and flour under her nails spoke with the manager he came out not looking fresh himself. I was told by the manager that the health inspector came out and observed her making pizza with these long nails without gloves and they were told it was okay🤔, now I gotta find this inspector to see if he approved her making pizza with these long nails.

I ordered 2 large pizzas online to be delivered at 5:30 pm. It was not received until 8:30 pm. A full hour before delivery at 7:15 pm, I began trying to contact the store to find out what was happening and to be sure my order had went through. A staff member answers the phone and asks me to hold. I wait an entire 15 minutes before hanging up. I remain cool and tell myself that they just must be very busy. If it had not been that I had already paid for the order and could have found a way to cancel online I would have but you had to speak with the store. I waited 20 more minutes and called again only to be put on hold again for 10 minutes. Now I am NOT cool, I take care of my elderly father and I am very particular with what I serve him but this day due to me not being able to drive because of a medication my Dr prescribed, I decided to treat him to pizza but now we are both starving and have no choice but to wait until they come and I can't even get in touch with anyone at the store to check on my order. Finally I get in touch with a staff member that doesn't immediately put me on hold, this is around 7:50 pm. She tells me they are waiting on the driver and it should arrive in 15 minutes, no apology that my order is 2 1/2 hours old. It finally arrived 15 minutes later than she had said. The pizza is lukewarm and just unenjoyable. This is too much so I go to the corporate site to complain and the feedback form will not work. I was very disappointed with this experience.

0 stars. THIS PLACE IS RACIST. I make an online order and go in to pick up. This chubby white American lady took forever to help me out because she seemed to busy and the whole place seemed unorganized. First, she makes a mistake on my order and mistakes my order for another asian guys order because we have similar last names. And then she promises me credit for the same thing I ordered and when I tried ordering today, some rude barely-speaking-english Latino, calls himself the manager, picks up and as I'm trying to explain to him he thinks about it and I tell him that the lady got mixed up with my order because we both have asian last names, CHO and CHOI. I understand it looks alike BUT NO IT DOES NOT SOUND ALIKE AND IT IS NOT THE SAME YOU RACIST [censored]. As soon as he looks my information up and hears that he starts laughing and asks me what's wrong with my order. I told him 'I didn't order yet' and he says 'yes but what's wrong with your order?' and by now I'm getting mad telling him I told him the whole situation and he asks the same question 7 more times as if he's frustrated with me with what I'm trying to tell him and as if I'm trying to get something free. And so now I'm angry and I don't get my promised compensated pizzas because the lady bulls*ted saying she was going to give me credit when she did not to save her own butt. And also this guy who calls himself the manager named 'Adan', (I don't even know if that's his real name cause he seemed so unprofessional and as if he did not have a care in the world.) continues to laugh after everything I had to say because I got upset at the fact that the lady didn't put my credit in after she made her dumb mistake. What kind of customer service are they running here? It's a [censored] show with a bunch of clowns. This is absurd and will not be tolerated at any workplaces EXCEPT this Papa John's where they hire incompetent workers like these guy who can barely speak any English as a manager and a worker who can't even own up to her mistakes and can't do basic work. I will be contacting Papa John and will be doing a follow up on the feedback form and will get my money back.

This is what my pizza looked like when i ordered it.. after calling to speak with a manager who informed me he was the manager and after i asked for his name and a corporate number he informed me that there wasn't one so basically i was stuck with this pizza or i could wait again for another one than hung up .. i had to contact another papa johns to get information but i will never spend another dime to get food that looks like this and poor customer service from a so-called "manager" who admitted he hung up on me i work too hard for my money!

Well lets see. How can you hire a delivery service when you already have delivery driver's? Doordash gets to come into the store I have busted my [censored] off for almost a decade and just take my runs? Not cool! Is doordash gonna come and clean up after your manager's? No! Is doordash gonna sweep and mop your store? No! But yet they get to take my runs?
found a large fingernail in my sandwich
Ordered a sandwich from the Papa Johns Location on Shadeland Ave. Indianapolis and recieved a not so welcome surprise! I bit into a nasty large fingernail! This is disgusting, My wife has called and spoke with the manager on duty but all they will do is offer a refund. I do not think in this case that suffices. Any number of bacteria / germs etc. could have been in that nail. I want a formal apology and certainly more than a refund!

The pizza was a mess. Cheese slide off the side.. it came to my apartment way to fast. Should have slowed down because I'm pregnant so I was expecting it to be just how I ordered it. I really am disappointed in this company because it's my favorite pizza place to order pizza from. I always order from them and sometimes the pizza is good but it's never a mess, like this.. they have to do better.
