Only thing I've ever only eaten from Panera bread was the cinnamon crunch bagel with hazelnut cream cheese. I was so sad when y'all abruptly took it off the menu. I've not eaten at a Panera since y'all took it away! Can you please add it back to the menu or mass produce it and sell it in stores! Please! I've eaten this since I was 14 years old In high school! PLEASE BRING IT BACK TO US

Very dissatisfied with the new Mediterranean bowl from this location .. I thought I had a kids portion .. bit much in the bowl & not slot of chicken .. did not look anything like the picture
Also I order PB&J when in the road .. it is a kids portion I get it but there is like no peanut butter & jelly on it .. almost tastes like bread with a smear of both inside ..
I go almost every other day to get a lemonade but not very happy with the Panera right now

Cafe Order# 101050 09/27

Very disappointing visit this morning. At 1027am we ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, one of which was on an everything bagel. The employee assisting us was the only one without gloves, so we assumed he was in charge of the kitchen. He told us you were out of everything bagels so we chose a plain. We waited a long time, until we realized our order was no longer on the screen, at which time we questioned it. The same employee said, yes I'm on it and continued to process other orders. We finally received our order at 1041, which would have been ok. However, the other sandwich (avocado, egg white, spinach), was cold and missing avocado. Apparently, they let it sit the entire time we waited for the other. We were late for a 1030 meeting, so I didn't have time to speak with a manager. I am sure it is not your practice to let orders sit, as I have been coming for years and have never been disappointed.

I have giving this Panera so many chances, So I order online to pick up 2 weeks ago I order the Roasted Turkey Blt sandwich went to pick it up got all the way back to my office realize my sandwich had No Bacon. so I had to walk all the way back so they said they would fix it. so I waited for them to make me another sandwich I received my New sandwich on my way leaving I stop and open my New sandwich and this time I only had Lettuce, and tomatoes they forgot my turkey and Bacon this time..lol I had enough I ask for a refund took 15 mins to get my refund..smh So I have waited to order from them again its been about 2 weeks. I figure I would order something simple Tuna sandwich extra onions a little lettuce and cucumbers on the tomatoe basil Bread. Well once again they have messed up I received my sandwich on a County Rustic Bread I didn't get any cucumber or onions. WOW! And for my Last order I order a Greek salad extra onions, extra Cucumber No grape tomatoes, No pepperoncini. I received Extra Pepperoncini, Extra Tomatoes. No cucumber, No onions. I would like to say I understand things happen and no one perfect but the amount of sew ups is a little to much. not just with me but my Co-Worker also.

I love Panera. Was so excited for the new location. Horrible absolutely horrible. Employees to busy taking care of employees that just got off. Soup cold. I ordered a bowl of soup and my daughter order a cup of Mac. Got the opposite. Employee making our food decided half way through she was done and proceeded to take her gloves off. Mac and cheese was lukewarm. Both in sealed bags that we watched them dump in a bowl. No butter was put out. Baguettes were hard. Extremely slow paced and too busy and worried about personal conversation instead of making food. We are extremely disappointed and will not return to this location. Also, when the manager or associate Brandon decided he was going to step in and take over making our food, the associate gave him an extremely dirty look which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Last night my friend and I went to panera for dinner.. We ordered our dinners from the kiosk. I ordered the strawberry poppyseed w chicken salad.. I omitted the pecans, since I am allergic to them. When the salad came out, it had pecans.. I went back up to the counter, they threw away the salad with pecans and remade the salad. This time it came out with about 30% of the chicken the 1st one had and I had to ask for the cucumbers I had asked for. While I was waiting for the salad to be made. I told the girl behind the counter I would like to talk to the manager. She said she would let the manager know. We were there for about 30-40 mins and no manager showed up. This leads me to believe the manangement does not care.

Hello - I ordered lunch from Panera Cafe #203991 for a meeting today (8/28/19) and was very disappointed. We've ordered meals from this cafe in the past and at times have had issues, but this time there were too many to let go.

My order # is [protected], placed yesterday morning for delivery today between 11:30 - 11:45 a.m. At 11:55 lunch was still not delivered, so I called and was informed the driver should be there shortly, they arrived at noon.

I ordered a chicken caesar salad and they didn't bring the dressing (which I didn't notice until driver left the 2nd time)

Didn't receive any baguettes as we've always received in the past

Drinks weren't brought with the order and the driver said she didn't know there were any drinks. She said she'd be back with the drinks. She comes back and brings only the half-gallon lemonade and half-gallon iced tea unsweetened. Did not bring the 12 individual bottles of water, nor did we get cups for the drinks.

I am requesting a refund for the 12 bottles of water that we didn't receive - which totaled $23.88.

I signed the receipt before knowing items were missing.
