Omg i was ordering my food then suddenly the tall lady wearing black shirt looks spanish
And starting talking her team members with a rude attitude saying ( from now on nomore texting if you all want to calling out call me or late)! Im not sure why that rude manager sayin that infront of bunch of customers! She dont have manners or ethics and she doesn't know how to communicate with they're team. For me what I understanding is she was telling that to her team to nomore texting maybe because she did something wrong and she got introuble so now that rude spanish manager just wanted to get away with her mistakes meaning no proof your introuble... she dont know how to handle her people and the store I believe.! All her teammates was all polite and good worker unless the spanish rude manager.please dont eat there anymore think first before you go to this store because when u see this spanish manager she will ruin your day and please save your money not worth it to spend your money in this store witj a rude and arrogant manager! Who' your name was miss spanish rude manager stop harassing your people! We hoping your get ur [censored] fired!

My boyfriend works at Panda express in IL. And he has a woman supervisor. She always say somthing about our relationship. And it cause a lot of troubles beween me and mu boyfriend. It is not ok and it is so unprofessional. Someone need to take serious action on this. It not acceptable. I have never seen a supervior would do this. It is a serious HR issue.!

When I spend $56 they do not give me a receipt and when I get home to my orders were messed up we tried to call and see what they can do about this problem and we were told there's nothing they can do without a receipt even though they didn't give us one then the man started cussing at me throwing up f-bombs and said come on in here if you think you're a big guy his name is eric he says he is the shift manager he sounded latino to me I don't want to go back in there cuz the guy might not enjoy it too much but you do not talk to me like that when my kids need to eat and I spent good money on some bs food. The location is959 west state street in american fork once again has said his name was eric would not give me his last name if I don't hear back from you soon well i'll just leave it at that I guess

I am very upset with the Los Banos, CA 93635 Panda Express. I was in the restaurant buying a to go order. Just to order it took 15 mins of waiting. then i order teriaki chicken, , the girl serving me told me it would take 10 minutes, they were making more. 45 minutes later! they finally get my ..(chicken), plus the other food i ordered was missing.. i had to go back and ask for the rest of my order! it was barely, barely warm.. My wife was mad at me and we got into argument It ruined my dinner and eveing, , , Very Very Disappointed ! This is not the first time that store was soooo slow.. I let the other times pass.. but this one was ridiculous! please make it right!

I've been coming to this panda for a few weeks on and off cause it's taste much better then my ships food. However they always are out of all foods. They tell me it's going to be 10min every time and the store is also very dirty, as they're standing in the cooking tops to put away the grease catchers. Also they're not using gloves 100% of the time.

The customer service was bad. The short girl that took my order was rude n seemed as if i was bothering her from the tall kinda large guy that was cooking. I had to keep telling her what i wanted because she kept looking back and talkin, smilling and being goofy. Is there not a policy that says employees cant date each other and work together? Im a buying customer coming in on my lunch, i should have been treated with respect. Not treated like im a nuisance. Also the girl that was at the register smelled really bad her body odor was enough to make me want to vomit. In the end i wasnt pleased with my service or food.

We have a Panda Express in our local Giant in Camp Hill, PA. In the last 3 weeks I have stopped in, specifically for Panda Express, for the Honey Sesame Chicken. There is a LARGE sign on the board stating "it's back", yet every time I've gone in for this they do not have it. I was then told this evening that "it will not be back", which I was simply frustrated because the board states otherwise. I will not return to any Panda Express at this point due to the way the lady at the counter treated me - she literally LAUGHED in my face and shrugged her shoulders. Very disappointed.

I sat outside for about 45 minutes until almost 7 PM I would say waiting for the customer lines to go down. What's the line was down to about three customers from a constant 10 or so the whole time I waited I went in and while waiting I seen the drive-through employee cash $100 bill for a drive through customer with no issue. Once I got to the register I handed the cashier $100 bills she said I don't have change for this and I said how do you figure I just watched about 80 people come through here so she turns around and is the bill to a guy by the grills and he said it's good and hands it back she opens the drawer that says I forgot I had change so I go out to the car and I come back in and speak with the manager and he says this girl right here and I said yes and he said explain to her what you just told me and I did and she said basically the same thing she said the story just as I just said it. She then walked off and he apologized and said we don't single people out here I assure you is there anything I can do to make it better because I had told him I was going to call corporate and I said I don't know do you get free meals what else can you do. He said yeah I can do that and I said but I won't be eating it here and he said well I can't give you a meal at another restaurant he then walked off and he apologize and said we don't single people out here I assure you is there anything I can do to make it better because I had told him I was going to call corporate and I said I don't know do you get free meals what else can you do. You had also said that he is going to be re-training his employees and while waiting in line there was some talk actually after everyone else was served who interrupted me being served the girl the girl is getting my food and he stopped her and another girl and we're talking about how their performance needs to be corrected in some other way I didn't really pay attention. But it's real funny how he waited until it was my turn in line to just stop them this is ridiculous check the video cameras this is November 25 it is now 818 P.m. central time this happened about 20 to 30 minutes ago

On November 20, 2018, I went to Panda Express off of 51 St. Ave. & Baseline in Laveen. Two different young ladies asked for my order. I have them my order and they didn't take it. They asked again for my order ( I was in the drive thru). I gave them my order again. One lady kept asking for my order, she kept saying, "repeat that, repeat that". Spoke to manager Michael and told him what happened. He said he couldn't do anything about it because they were all about teamwork! I told him to provide training, he said they didn't need it. He turned around and said bye. I got home and my order was still wrong. I called to tell them, especially Evelyn the employee and Michael that my order was still wrong after repeating it over and over again (my order consisted of only 2 plates- with no special instructions). Michael again said he couldn't do anything about it. I was in disbelief that a manager would do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

I had just picked up a take out order (3 item) from your location in Clarksville, Indiana. When I got home, I was very disappointed to see the portions of the rice, chow mein, angus steak, walnut honey shrimp and green beans chicken (3rd item) portions were so skimpy. This is the third time this has happened. I didn't submit a complaint the first two times as it could be due to a new crew member so I figured I would be understanding and gracious. However, this third time this is occurring does not help the reputation of the establishment. My wife and I have been loyal and long time customers when we lived in California and now in southern Indiana. When this location first opened approximately three years ago, the portions were not skimpy like they are these last few months. We would like to continue being regular customers and would like to see portions that are a little more generous and fair.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for bringing the wonderful and delicious food to Clarksville in southern Indiana.

I consistently went to my manager Vieney from store 1558 about favoritism and it went unheard. I said I would call hr about the situation and she told me, no one would believe me those are my friends. So of course I didn't call. Then the day before she fired me she bragged to Castulo and Jason Clark about going to fire me. That doesn't show professionalism. Now I am no longer employed and the manager is retaliating against my wife.

Desgraciadamente esta última vez que fui me sentí como si fuera inferior a la señora Maria que tienen aquí de manager en su local que está por La Walmart aquí en la calle Nobhill en Yakima Washington. Siendo que la señora habla en español yo le hablaba en español y me contestaba en inglés. Le pregunté que si sabía español y me dijo "yes" y seguio contestándome en inglés aunque la verdad no entiendo bien yo ese Lenguaje. Prefiero pasarnos a otra muchacha. Siendo ella mexicana se supone que debería de contestarnos en español

During our visit on November 9th 2018 we walked into Panda and notice front area was dirty, then the tables were dirty, when we sat down looked outside, the windows were dirty. No cleanliness in the room. Also I advise the manager that it was too cold in the dining area. They had the air conditioner on in November, it was about 50-60 degrees outside. No need to waste energy when you do not have too.

my wife and kids visit this location and the food was old and tasted rotten, they made a complain and the lady said she was not able to do anything for her. where can I make a formal complaint and get our money back since she had to throw away her food. The date of the incident was oct 26 2018

I wrnt to the local P.E. like i have from time to time. I waited in line for my turn. When I approached the glass, my first words were that I wanted a three entree box. I got a little ahead of myself and forgot to say rice or chow mein. Once that was done, he let me sample the new honey chicken, but I passed. I then told him that I wanted mushroom chicken, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I got distracted for just a moment, but i was concerned about if he got the mushroom soup dish because i wasn't sure if it was there. He could have gotten it and I didn't see him. I'm trying my best to confirm that it was in the box. When I'm asking him, he was already marking the box, so I got no response. Imagine my surprise when I got home and no mushroom chicken. Then when I dished up the orange chicken, i could not get the knife to cut it because obviously it had to have been over fried, because I felt like I was chewing on a piece of leather.
I am so disappointed sbout the terrible food and terrible service. PE really let me down.
