Pancard Pancard is not being issued

Hi.I lost my pancard twice as my purse was stolen.I was issued new pancard again.this time when I applied for it, you are not issuing it saying the documents do not match the application.how did you issue for the first 2 times with same documents and application.my voters id and 10th marks card has my initial as MM.we are not supposed to write initials in application.so I have expanded my initials.so its being rejected.why do you have this meaningless system to trouble the citizens.None of the certificates or ids will have expanded initials as it will be our father's or family name.your application doesn't accept initials and that's not our problem.I have spent almost Rs.700 applying for it till now and you reject it.I have applied with my initials and you rejected saying it should be expanded.when I expanded and applied, you rejected saying it doesn't match with the documents.Why are you all playing with me.I am frustrated now.No school certificate or voters id will have our fathers name or family name expanded.It will be in initials.If this is wrong then how was I given pancard earlier twice with same details.I don't have any documents which has expanded form of my initials. My latest application number is [protected]. Please check and revert as soon as possible. Its very urgent.

Pancard Pan card not received.

Pancard with application no. [protected] & Coupon no. [protected], not received. I applied on July 19th, 2008, Bajaj Capital, Bangalore.

I have applied for pan card last month and since i have lost my acknowledgement number and i have been trying to view my pan card status using my first name and surname but the status im getting is like 'sorry no matching found'. So, please help me .

I am madhav purohit i have applied for pan card on 30th of march and still did'nt received pan no.
i have contacted there many times and no proper response is getting, for last one week i am getting a reply that you will get your pan no. in 2-3 days . I am selected in reliance and because pan card no. is not with me i even can't join .
so i request u to issue me atleast my pan card no.

i hav submmited csf for the correction on my pan card i spoke to them they told me they hav send me on 4 th march 09 but i still didnt get my card becouse they hav send through ordinary post and they hav given me postal no also but as i know there is no entry of my pan card in postal dept becuz of ordinary post so its my humble request to you please send this an important documents through authentic courrier or speed post my pan card no is agkpa9330m

Sir/Madam,

I regret to put down my unpleasant experiences with Express it courier service which the Income tax department uses to send PAN cards. I received a PAN card from the Income tax department vide airway bill no. [protected] on 24-01-2009.

Express it staff, without delivering it, have marked the comments column in their tracking page of your website as "delivered to the addressee". The delivery boy did not visit the mentioned address at least once and marked the consignment as delivered.

I collected the Pan card from their local office on the basis of the false status comment in your website. This is my second experience with you, the first being the delivery of my HDFC debit card. Their actions amount to identity theft and data theft.

This highly unethical and dismal service on their part is deplorable and invites disciplinary action from law enforcing agencies. I am posting this mail in other public forum for general awareness.

I applied for the PAN card 5 months ago. I got the PAN number e.i. AKAPJ9788Q, acknowledgemant number - [protected]. Now the website says...
Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched by post on 25-Jun-2008 at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application

What am I supposed to do now... I am here in Delhi... and quite confused in this regards...

Any help will highly be appreciated.

I applied for pan card, got the number and the card has been dispatched .but not yet received it.

Asking about the same at post office, they informed that they did not get the card.
