I used to be regular customer at Palms before it was purchsed by San Manuel. After it opened after the pandemic I decided to become a customer and joined Club Serrano, [protected]. On August 1, 2023 my girlfriend went to the casino and played for the third time. After playing for several I went to the Rewards Kiosk and found out that I have a Free Buffet. I wanted to know more how the Free Buffet rewards work so that my girlfriend can play more in the casino in order to get a Free buffet. After getting in line and bypassed by the person working in the rewards counter, (a guy with a ponytail who was very rude) he turned me over to his lady co-worker. The lady staff could not give me a proper answer how I can redeem my Free Buffet rewards nor the guy with the ponytail. All they were able to do was issue cards to customer. Since we know it will be futile, waste of time and money we just decided to just forfeit any rewards, leave Palms Casino and go play at other casino with more knowledgeable, competent and courteous personnel.

As a professional person in the hospitality industry, I was very disappointed that Palms Casino failed to instill this in their employees specially those that interact with the customers directly.

My name is Maria Jose Graullera Resto I arrived at 11pm 9/27/2022 really pleasant front desk .my room nice but the bathroom florr flooded call and the upgraded me an nrw room call again the room is not being clean properly ,garbage left and dust everywhere call again they change me again finally i stop calling them because I was to tired to be move again and seeing the level of cleaning the next room probably will be the same .

No outlets or phone working in the night tables outlets only in the bathroom or in the corner of the rooms .

No phone working in the living room,missing items from the mini bar. I took pictures of the conditions of the floor between the bed and the night table full of garbage.

I ended my 2 night stand in room 30102. With terrible experience and conditions.

I booked and paid for a room for the Halloween weekend at this hotel on a third party web site. When I arrive I was told that I would only be charged the daily resort fee of $39. Now that I have checked out the hotel, they told me the online reservation was cancelled and that they are charging the me the full amount of my stay which is over $700. At check in I was never told my reservation was cancelled or the amount that I would be charge daily. This is the worst hotel in Las Vegas for business practice and I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.
