I recently bought a packet of pall mall red super kings when I got to the last 2 my partner was doing us roll ups and we noticed black dots it the tips I've attached photos to show this can u tell me what it is please as I'm very concerned as this looks like tar or something worse I'm not gonna buy any more of these cigarettes as this has turns me right off I don't know what's it them 😔 I've always only bought pall mall and am very worried to buy this brand again now

I bought a pack of Pall Mall Boost XL on 18 April 2021 and 20 April 2021, and 6 out of the 20 cigarettes had no menthol ball on the 18th and 9 out of the 20 cigarettes on the 20th had no menthol ball.

I've been smoking Pall Mall for the last 5 years. I've never been unsatisfied with the brand up to now. I ONLY smoke menthols so if I get one that can't pop I'll just throw it away. I can't keep throwing away half a pack every day.

This is really waisting money to toss away cigarettes I can't smoke, is there a problem with the cigarettes or just a bad batch that went out.

In 2018 I changed from beson & Hedges platinum switch to palmal purple switch. Recently I changed to the zest switch. Today I bought about the 10th packet where I found plenty of siggarettes that contains no balls in the filter. This defeats the purpose for I smoke this brand for the switch I dont smoke normal sigarettes. If every packet has about 5 in with no balls like today's packet in 4 days it's a whole packet that goes to waste.

I am complaining about the packets glued to much they cost £9.70 and I would like to enjoy a packet without it breaking as they are hard to open it's not nice to have a broken packet of cigarettes which dry out the prices have gone up but the quality is getting worse not acceptable not the first time it happens and hope it won't in the future as been smoking them for years and wouldn't want to change brand thanks

Hi there, I'm bought a pack of pall mall smokes for our local picknpay in Florida north in SA.. Several cigarettes in the pack has holes in them and two of the cigarettes have damage filters. I'm most disappointed with this product as I paid for it.

Over half the pack of cigarettes had holes in them could not use them.

I am usually smoking Pall malls red flow. Today I broke accidentally one cigarette next to filter. And I saw filter was full on little black dots that eventually fell off from in between 2 filters? Didn't even know that there are two filters. I've got pictures. Now seriously... What are they!? And why are they in there?! I don't actually think I'll ever buy it again but I want to know what I was smoking till now

Something has changed in these cigarettes. I've been smoking them for over a year with no problem. Then about three months ago every time I smoked a cigarette two at most, I got nauseous to my stomach and felt like I had to throw up. I stopped smoking for a week and no nausea. And then realized it was the cigarettes and I to another cigarette company . I have not been nauseous since.
The cigarettes have changed. I don't know what Change has been made but whatever it is it's bad.

I have smoked pall mall for years since recently going to flow blue after you renaming brand strength have not had a problem my local shop charges 12.00 a pack compared to morrisons at nearly 10.00 packet and have found the last few packets I have had they have had lumps of wood causing cigarette to smoke and burn till you knock the wood of and when you paying that money you would like a decent cigarette I even burnt my trousers when the lighted wood end fell off in a car could have burnt seat if I was not quick enough please could you look into this which I appreciate so much and thsnkyou for taking time to read complaint mrs ruddick northampton

I have been smoking pall mall XL menthol for a while now and today I opened up a new packet and the entire packet is the purple flavoured cigarette instead of the menthol.
Seems that there is an error with switching of the cigarettes but in a menthol green packet.

We purchased a carton of Pall Mall Blue from a local store. Almost every cigarette has a defective filter. They are not sealed properly. We can't return to the store since they are opened. We only have 3 packs left because we didn't know every pack was going to be like this. Please advise since that are expensive and can't afford another defective carton.

I got a packet of pall mall [censored]s and found lots of black bits in the filters I was not happy I hope to hear about the results you get on this

I have been smoking pall mall for a couple of years now and i'm not one that just complains but I have now gotten my 4th pack that has unfinished cigarettes in the packet. The filter and the cigarette is not attached, the filter doesn't even have branding on it. It is not cheap to smoke and to buy cigarettes and this is what you get is a real disappointment.

I was sitting enjoying my cigarette and I found I gaint piece of wood in it.

Just after the price had gone up. I'm very of disappointed in companies raising there prices because COVID told them we would pay more and then getting worse service.

I feel that Palmal was my favourite ciggerete and they really let me down today I don't know if I will every go back.

Good day, to whom it may concern I bought a packet of pall mall menthol and as I opened the packet there was half a cigarette inside. Just to update that I was and is very upset and disappointing as I buy every week a carton off pall mall menthol. The bar code of the packet is:6001060884825

I'm very disgusted with the quality department for not getting back to me. I send an sms to 31033 and they replied they will contact me with in 8 business hours and i'm still waiting 3 days later. This is not the first time that the quality off pall mall cigarettes that I bought was not up to standard. Bought a packet last week and the cigarette had no switch application in the cigarette so was not able to activate the menthol switch.

I'm really disappointed with Pall Mall and am expecting that your quality control contact me ASAP before I go to the media and hello peter

I smoke menthol. I buy click on for exactly that reason. Lately every packet I buy has sigarettes without the menthol ball. Very irritating, and not what I paid for. Contact me at [protected]@venditor.co.za

Bought a carton of the above. Every pack date stamped June 2020, yet pack opened horribly stale. Due to law, Cigarettes cannot be refunded nor exchanged, so I call the company. All they will replace is the one pack opened, when common sense would indicate whole carton bad. Instead, they want us to wait to open each and every pack, having to call each time, to get that pack replaced. You have to wait at least 20 minutes to even speak to someone, then get grilled for 15 minutes, all to get ONE pack replaced. My time is more valuable than that. It's ridiculous, the right thing to have done is to just replace the carton (like $60 bucks would have hurt them). They lost a 20+ years customer.

I have this problem a lot but this pack has mad me mad. From this pack i had 4 cigarettes break right after lighting it. Its pall mall menthol kings upc code o 274162 4 they break right above the filter. Thank you in advance for your assistance

Every cigarette in every pack in this last carton has holes in all cigarettes in every pack. This is 4th carton like this in a row. I cant smoke these with holes all in the paper on the cigarettes. Its bad and I dont know how in the hell they where missed. Retailer wont take them back. That leaves u to refund my money for cigarettes I cant smoke. I also will no longer smoke your brand.. I let it go first several times. [censored] happens. But this. This is to many times. Its ridiculous
