Pants
Hi,
I ordered pants and then sent them back to get a different size in December and have not heard back from them and it now mid-February. Right now I am on hold with them for over 20 minutes on the phone. I think this is unacceptable service especially since they are continuing to advertise and send coupons. If they are so backed up that they cannot send returns, they need to stop advertising that it is possible to shop with them.
Lied about order
I did not place an order and called customer service the payment is pending...I was told that the order had been shipped already...my checking account continues to say pending. Tried to call back today and customer service is closed. I do not know how they are doing this without placing an order...I was told they are shipping shirts also which is not even on their website...I do not know what to do at this point...
I am wondering if I should just refuse the package upon delivery since i filed a dispute with my bank...This company is committing fraud in accordance to all the other complaints on this board...I am beside myself with what to do next
brenda, I already did that and this morning the charge is no longer pending and went through...The bank is sending me a new debit card and cancelled the old one as of yesterday...I also filed a affidavit of fraud through my bank...this is too confusing...I just don't understand what is happening...
Delivery
I ordered Pajama Jeans on 2/28/11 and this is 4/14/11 and they have not arrived. I called and they said I should receive them in the third week of april. If these people can't deliver when promised, why are they still advertising? They originally said 2-3 weeks and then they said they were back ordered. I have heard many people say the same thing, why are they lying? I hope nobody orders from them again. They are not a reputable company.

FYI: Pajama Jeans are sold at Target and Walmart. No need to waste tine and money on S&H charges.

Duplicity
The exact thing happened to me as the another woman who wrote in about the Pajama Jean scam. The website asks if you want to order Pajama Jeans and if you say yes it duplicates your order. You don't know this until after you put in your credit card information and then it is too late. there is NO opportunity to change your shopping cart or change your mind. You're not even told what the shipping charges are until the order has gone through. My duplicate order even got duplicated. When I tried to call to cancel I was told for 2 weeks that I couldn't cancel the order because it wasn't "in the system" yet. By the time it was "in the system" they had shipped and I had a $100 charge on my credit card. That is, the status SAYS it shipped. That charge occurred on Feb 8 and today is the 18th and no sign of them. I live abut 50 miles from where they ship.
This is clearly a scam.
Beware
I resorted to closing my debit card as the order is still considered pending. I called my bank and am now in dispute with this company. I have filed a fraud complaint and the amount charged will be reimbursed following this ...This is so disgusting...it is as if my debit card was pirated online...by the way, I do not remember ever placing an order with them...called the company and they said it had already been shipped including the shirts I bought? There are no shirts on this site...
This has been going on since Jan 1, 2011, I wrote on here a few months ago that the order was all wrong and there was nobody to complain to, well they finally billed my account for $91.70 after a couple of months and i had my bank refuse to pay, then I finally got the pkg in the mail and sent it back unopneed. Then, they billed me for $91.70 again and I got a credit of $58. These ppl have no idea what they're doing. They got their d*** jeans back b ut they still want to keep as much of the money as they can. It shouldn't be possible for company that makes money by ripping ppl off to keep advertising on TV.

Same thing just happened to me!. I placed the order just a few minutes ago on line for ONE pair, size ( X-large), and TWO order's jumped up on my order confirmation. The extra one was a Size (Large) that I didn't order! I immediately called the number that was on the pajamajeans.com site where I had just placed my order and the only option available an automated voice to PLACE AN ORDER! Then, I called my credit card company to cancel and refuse to pay for that order. My credit card rep said the order wasn't showing up yet, and to call back tomorrow to see if payment had been requested. They can't refuse payment until the order comes to them. I have NEVER in all my 30 + years of credit card ordering on line see such a scam! Call your credit card company and report your experience and if your choose to do so, have them to dispute your order from this site!
Pajama Jeans
I had seen this commercial on TV a month ago or so and only saw good comments online about it. Today, I decided to order a pair of the jeans. First of all, the website is poorly done and one of the links to order doesn't come up. Finally, i manage to come up with an order form that is confusing, it asks me for a second size and all i can figure out is that they need a second size in case they're all out of the first size so I put in a second size. I fill in my credit card info and click on the next arrow only to find out that I've ordered two pairs of pants and $31.80 in handling fees for a total of $91.70. I was never warned that i wouldn't be able to double check my order. I looked for an email addy to complain to and found nothing. When i tried to call them on one of their 800 lines I was informed that the order would be practically shipped over night. I tried to call Custmoer Support but it's a holiday. I could reach someone if I tried to order another pair, I'm sure but I have a feeling that they'd just say i'd have to complain Monday and it's not their problem.
The pants cost me $29.95 because i saved a little money for attempting to leave their website, it was supposed to cost $7.95 for s/h and now they've managed to charge me $91.70 for something that should have been approximately $38. These pants had better be worth it. Oh, also, they keep putting up these options you have to purchase stuff before you finally order your jeans, you have a chance to order a stupid pillow for only $15 and when you click on no you next get a chance to buy some jewelry so when you finally click on that you impatiently click on no again and they've got you, you've ordered two pairs of pants when you wanted one and double the amount of s/h with no address to complain to. Fortunately, there are places the consumer can complain to online and perhaps the TV station where the ad was played. BEWARE.
I just tried to call them today, a day later and I keep getting hung up on when I call Customer Service. If I use the toll free order number all I get an an automated voice to take an order. They make it impossible to talk to a human being! they don't want to hear about all of the complaints and there is no email addy to complain to

these can be purchased at walmart.
I ordered a pair of pajama jeans over 2 months ago, credit card has been charged, but NO JEANS!
Customer service is rude. Don't order these online or by calling. Wait until they come out in the stores. They are nothing special.

I ordered a pair of pajama jeans on May 28, 2010 I was told I would receive it in 2 to 3 weeks. I have not received them and no word on when they are to be shipped. I keep checking customer status but it only says that the order is pending. I wonder if this is really a true web site.

I'm not surprised at all about this post. My own experience has been that their ordering process, and their refund process, falls short of competent and ethical norms.
I ORDERED A PAIR OF PAJAMA JEANS OVER A MONTH AGO AND I CALLED IN TO SEE WHEN THEY WERE GONNA ARRIVE AND THEY SAID I ORDERED 3 PAIR WHEN I ONLY ORDERED 1 THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES THEN I MADE THEM CANCEL THE OTHER 2 PAIRS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THAT THEN I ASKED WHEN IT WILL BE HERE AND THEY SAID 2 MORE WEEKS -.- DO NOT! ORDER PAJAMA JEANS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THE SHIPPING SUCKS EVERYTHING SUCKS!

Like the other customers I waited 6 or 8 weeks, but when I received them, I was very disappointed. The waist was too small and the legs were baggy. I wanted to return them, but I can't get a refund, because our American Express was closed due to my husband's death, and they can't issue a refund to another credit card. I told them to issue me a check, but they said they can't do that. So I guess I'll keep them and donate them to The Salvation Army. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Ordered Pajama Jeans (both regular and skinny) on 8/19/11. Paid extra for rush shipping so I would get them for my daughter's birthday. Called today 8/29/11 just to see the status and was told they were on back order. It would have been nice to receive an email letting me know they were on backorder!
i did not want 2 of them i just want 1 pajamajeans.i see that yall put down 2...i will pay 4 1 ...
I ordered Pajama Jeans on Dec 29, 2010. Today is February 10, 2011 and I have not received them yet. I called a week ago and the woman on the line told me they were shipped that morning (2/3/2011). I still don't have them. I'm wondering if this is a scam to get money? I AM NOT satisfied.
I ordered these pants weeks ago and when I called all they said was that they take about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. They can't be that backed up! And if they are they should re-stock and be prepared... this is a very unhappy customer and whether I like them or not I WILL NOT be buying another pair!
I ordered pajama jeans well over a month ago and all they said was it takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. They can not be that popular! And if they are they should have more in stock! I am NOT a satisfied customer at all and I'm not even sure they read this crap! Dee La Rocque deelarocque@sbcglobal.net
