I placed an order online with Ozarka in September of 2008. Received 1st order no problem. In the meantime, the credit card I had used was cancelled by bank because of stolen identity. I called and gave company another card, and then waited for new delivery. Didn't come. When I called I was told that the system did not recognize new card, and another delivery for the succeeding month was quickest I could
have another delivery. But they took the new card info AGAIn. The next month, same thing. So I called and cancelled. Today got bill from Ozarka for $50.00!!! Called and was told that since I didn't keep service for a year, no matter how they screw up, I owe them money. What a racquet.
Just want people to know how Ozarka does business. DON"T do home delivery with them
