I have been charged thousands of dollars from the App Store for I’m game purchases made by my kid. It’s unbelievable how he was able to do this in just a few weeks. It’s so much like gambling for him. The game where you try to reach the top of the tower and it cost more and more. He said he just wanted to reach the top so bad. Please help me recover my money. This company has very poor customer service. After raising our trash pickup rates mid-year without any notice and constantly overbilling us, we cancelled our service on 28-Dec-2021. After 9 weeks, the company still has not picked up the trash bin. Each email or phone call we are told it will be picked up soon. Today (28-Feb-2022), their email replies inform us they don't know when they will be able to pick up their trash can.
