i'm extremely annoyed because i bought $60 worth of cute stuff months ago, at this point i couldn't tell you what i bought because it's taking so long. it's like they just took my money and ran. no customer service number. no way to track your package. i should've read the reviews... hopefully this will help someone else. do NOT buy from oshoplive!

Correctly. Low quality fabrics. No return address, no answer to numerous 'customer service' lol emails!

Totally frustrated. They should be reported - which I will try to do. Saw them on pinterest and was disappointed first time and thought it was a fluke... This time, $90.00 down the drain with no help. Total scam!

Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews first!
I ordered a dress in a size small. It took so long to arrive, that I went on vacation before it was delivered. When I got home and tried it on, it was way too big. (and i'm usually a size m, or 8 in us clothing). I tried to return it and they said it had been too long since it was delivered to receive a refund. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Before realizing how they misrespresent their items and how poorly they run their company, I had also ordered a pair of black sandals in a size 39 eu. I have been a 39 for at least 25 years. I know what size my feet are. They arrived two days ago. I tried them on and they are too small! They haven't responded to that refund request.

I ordered dresses and accessories from oshoplive. First off when I received the items, they looked nothing like they did in the photos. Its very cheaply made, and looks like it would fall apart after one wearing. I was so unhappy with the product that I sent them an email and they said they would be happy to give me a refund. So I paid to have it returned to china, and asked them for a refund. I have been messaging them back and forth and been getting nothing but a computer generated response that they have still have not received the package. Its been a month and the tracking is lost and of course they dont list any phone number on their website. These guys are nothing but scammers! They took my money and ran. Lesson learned.. Do your research when shopping online.

I wish I saw all these complaints and negative reviews before I ordered from this CRAP website. I thought I was paying $50 for 2 quality, well-made dresses and I was WRONG. First of all the shipping email I got was in Chinese so I couldn't even read when my order would arrive, and when it did I was SO disappointed. Super cheap, thin material and shoddy workmanship. Seams coming undone and all kinds of strings left dangling. I had to iron the dresses as they were very wrinkly and to top it off, they don't fit. I'm not even going to try to return them because of the shipping charges. Throw your money away before you waste it on this company.

This had been ongoing for months over the 4 dresses are too small plus one is different colour, i've returned all the dresses over 7 weeks ago after paying out $50 postage, still no refunds... I have proof of receipt etc as photos below.
I have emails them that many times, their communication is dumb, firstly it says we will refund you when you send the items back, still nothing, they're the biggest scam!

I ordered a dress, it arrived late and is not the item they show in the picture. It is a small shirt at best and when it arrived the elastic popped immediately making it totally unusable. The item is not in anyway as described it is cheap very poor quality. They say the are in the uk. Lies they are located in china. When I contacted customer service they offered me a $9 refund I paid $30 with shipping. This place is the worst.

Today I placed an order 10 minutes after I place this order I realized I did not select a size. This order will not fit me so I sent them an e-mail 10 + x saying do not send to cancel my order. I have been waiting back from them to see if they have canceled it they have not. I'm waiting for my husband to get home so I can call my credit card company to stop payment. This will not happen. I will stop payment on this. This company is a fraud if they do not stop payment on this because they have not sent it out. Their policy is if you call within 24 hours we can cancel. I called within 10 minutes. I am very disappointed in this company.

Made an order on oshoplive.com ($33. And some change) that was on may 12 2018. The shipping said 7-12 business days and clearly was false advertised because it is now june 8th. I've emailed them several times and get the same response to check the tracking but the tracking hasn't changed since last week... I just emailed them and said I want a refund but doubtful i'll even get that. Complete scam!

I payed $29 USD for EXPRESS shipment - not only it didn't arrive, the tracking number said that allegedly they coldn't find the adress, which is nonsense because the adress is correct and we have received all of our purchases from other companies on this same adress. I wrote an email complaining, and it seems as if they don't even read the email or look at the info that is stated at the tracking number (which is created by the "client", BTW), they told me to call the local post office, which I did, and they said that there was no shipment registered under this tracking number. $52.80 USD thrown out to the air! I want a full refund.

Bought beautiful looking dress, received terrible knock off with different Cut and terrible manufacturing. The cloth is a different print. I'm so upset I didn't heed the warnings. What I got what garbage for $49. It's awful and I received no response to emails or concerns. Do not buy from this site! It may look good but you will not receive what you paid for.

It took two months for my free express shipping! When the items arrived they look nothing like the pictures! The quality you could find at the dollar store. Hell, the dollar store has better quality stuff! The boho items are not boho! Then if you want to return the stuff due to their false advertising, you have to pay return shipping and they deduct their original (free) shipping cost from your refund! So you get screwed no matter what with this company. Worst online shopping experience ever! And i've gotten really nice stuff from online shopping that came from china. But not this company. Total scam!

Absolutely worse shopping experience ever! It took three months to receive my entire order and nothing is what was advertised. Clothes are two sizes too small, don't look anything like the product advertised or is poorly constructed. Total waste of money!

first of all i received my order very late after so many mails. product quality is not at all worthy even to $1. I paid around $107. when i tried to start process of refund they answered that shipping cost will be bear by me which would be very expensive as they located to china. and they will refund me $ 25 and keep dress with me. when i denied they not tell me the address where to return the product. what i will do with dress if it does not fits to me and its look is like cheap local market night gown

This company is a scam and incredibly poor service and product. Do not buy from them! They are a china-based company that promises rush delivery and then takes over 2 weeks to even ship out the items. I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded and my requests were denied. They still shipped out the poorly made clothes that did not look anything like the photographs on the website. The package took almost 3 weeks to get to me and even though I was told I could just decline receipt of the package, the postman left it in my mailbox. Now the company is refusing to provide me a shipping label for the return. I am still fighting with them to take back the atrocious clothing and am attempting to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

This company is a scam. I will be reporting the transaction on my account as fraudulent. I never received the clothes I ordered but my account was debited straight away once I made the order. I got an automated response to my email queries when I asked where my order was.

I got an email notification after the order was placed informing me that I would receive the clothes within 2 to 7 days. This time has now elapsed and I still have not received my order.

When I got suspicious a bout the company having not received my order, it is quite clear that a lot have people have had very similar experiences and whoever is behind this company is committing theft and it needs to be investigated.

Do not buy anything from this company

‪my experience with oshoplive has been a horrible one. I bought a pair of sandals from them. I couldn't believe how horrible they were when I received them. Stitching falling apart, materials are so cheap I can't imagine that they'd stay together if I walked across my living room. Not only that but the soles of the sandals literally have lumps in them. It would feel like walking on rocks. I contacted the company and they refuse to take a return or give my my money back. They are crooks. Buyer beware! ‬
