I saw Dr. Daniel Thompson last summer. I had pain in my neck, shoulders, back and arm. I was given medication and told to return if the pain persisted. I later met with Dr. Elliott Kim and had an MRI. Dr. Kim referred me to a pain specialist. I was told by Elena Wornom and Hannah Segal that I’d need MRI images for the pain specialist, but I wasn’t given...

I saw Dr. Maruscuto at the Johnston Willis OrthoVirginia location, who ordered an MRI to identify the source of my shoulder pain. I made my followup appointment for the results and was told I had some "inflammation" but "definitely not an injury". I then consented to an injection. Orthovirginia No billing statement provided

In November of 2016 I received a bill from othovirginia for services not covered by my ins, so I agreed to set up a payment plan and after a couple months I called and asked why I didn't get a bill and was told I only get a balance due because I set up a payment plan and when I asked if I would receive a statement after it was paid in full I was told I would have to request it so I asked since I was no longer living in Virginia if she could send me a copy of a zero balance she flat out said NO.I think that since I paid and undisputed payment of 133$ they would send it as a courtesy but again very unprofessionally she said NO and hung up
