This mail is just to highlight the fact that I, an existing client am very dissapointed with the service provided by the advisor associated with me.

At the time when I contacted Orient financial brokers for opportunity in investment i was shown all the positives of the world of cfds.

I was contacted almost each and every day in order to open an account. I had multiple meetings with the advisory assigned to me Manoharan. I was assured that i will get daily tips and was promised that i could easily make approximately 100$ a week. Being hestitant i started off with a small amount of 1000$ hoping to make half i.e 50$ a week.

Once the account had opened, the advisor had almost dissapeared. After contacting him daily on messages i got one trading tip a week which were 80% wrong. I lost my complete account balance in 3 months which was astonishing. The advisor Mr. Manohar noticing this tried to lie his way out and told me that the tips were less frequent and not accurate enough as the amount invested was less and told that with amount of 4000$ i will get daily tips which will be more accurate. What really amazes me is that the advisor had the audacity to tell such a statement.

I had hoped for better professionalism from a company reputed and being in the business for more than 20 years would hire employees who are not dedicated and sincere. It is sad to know that they so not care about their clients and would allocate such poor and untrained advisors. I am pretty sure Orient has other better advisors maybe for the investors who are putting in more money as i dont beleive they would be making moeny with employees like Mr Manoharan.

I would like to conclude by saying that even though i have lost my investment, i will not give up on cfds as it is a market to make money and i will be shifting to century who charge a bit more on the commission but are more focused on client requirements and have the time to focus on their needs. I would be highlightinh this on social media and other feedback websites to warn others from falling into such a trap.

At the time of opening CFD account they clearly told me that there is no interest on margin trading as their product is Sharia compliant, but later on they kept charging me the interest, clearly written as interest charges on the statements. When I asked, the broker first tried to deceive me by insisting that it's not interest but maintenance charges, although when failed to fool me, he accepted and apologized that it was his mistake and that it's interest from the platform provider.
My advice for all those interested in CFD trading, there are so much cheaters in UAE market, never accept any statement verbally, take a written evidence of it. Also carefully read the terms and conditions before signing the form. Always fill the form yourself, do not let them fill and never sign an unfilled form.
