O'Reilly Auto Parts manager name bharat

I came in your store 8529 hwy 85 to purchase some jb welding product. I was unaware of the location so I stopped at the front counter. I politely asked the gentleman who was at the computer where can I find JB welding product? He points down the aisle and ask me do I see the red at this point I was a little puzzle. I looked down the aisle and said sir I see a lot of red. This man literally points his finger and yells at me as if I am a child and continue to ask me about something red. He was very rude and very disrespectful another young lady one of you guys employees stopped and told him to stop yelling he then responded oh well that's the way it is. This is very unacceptable. If I didn't need this product I would have took my business elsewhere. I waited until the other young lady came from the back to be checked out. As I was checking out a Caucasian male stopped at the counter and ask do you carry a certain product he politely came from behind the counter and helped him with no problems. Now this is not the first time I have been in this store and encounter such disrespect. I really don't appreciate this. November 4th 2017 will be my last time shopping at O'Reilly I see discrimination and that is totally unacceptable

O'Reilly Auto Parts employee

I worked 5 years for a small body shop in Grandview, Missouri. We've been doing business with the Belton, Missouri O'Reilly's and this employee "Randy" keeps messing orders up or not even filling them. I would call an order in for paint and he would write it down and would either not mix the paint or get the paint code wrong. As a result of this happening three or four times I was fired from my job at the Auto body shop.

O'Reilly Auto Parts horribly unprofessional asst. manager kevin arrevalo.

About a week ago I made my first and last trip to O'REILLY Auto Parts. I am a Customer Service Manager for a large company here in Portland and I wouldn't hire Mr. Kevin Arrevalo to sweep the floor at my office. Never have I experienced such a complete lack of professionalism and outright rude treatment. I walked into the store and proceeded to wait while one employee was helping a customer on the phone and another was on a personal call and couldn't be bothered by a measly customer. As I waited I saw a young man was out onto the floor. I approached him even though he saw me standing there obviously needing help. When I told him I needs help finding the correct light for my dome light inside my car he looked at me like I asked him for 50 bucks. I told him I had been sold the wrong lights twice and would really appreciate his taking a look inside my car he replied and I quote "I am not sure what good that would do?" I said"What?" He then said "I don't know about every car, where the dome light is supposed to be?" I was so blown away I thought I was hearing things. After I drug him out to look he begrudgingly popped out the light in 20 seconds. We went inside and in the middle of looking up my light he walked off the floor and was gone for 10 min with no explanation! I am not sure why I waited but I did. Another employee came out and took my money, after finding my light. As I was exiting the store I saw Kevin come out of the back. When I turned to look, I saw him and his employees all laughing and pointing like children. Unbelievable experience. Where do they find these people? He should have been fired on the spot if it was my business.

O'Reilly Auto Parts unfair treatment/ wrongful termination

I began working at oreillys in March 2017 I was hired by one of the corporate managers whom seam to always has a great attitude when you see him.Well I applied for a counter person but the only thing that was available at the time was to be a driver. Well I accepted the driver position because they informed me that I will move up when a position would become available. Well another person was hired as a driver and started 2 or 3 weeks later well the employee was removed as a driver and put on merchandise. Every morning I would come in and say "Goodmorning" everybody would respond except for the store manager at first I thought it was just me so the next morning I came in and I said "good morning" but this time the store manager was walking right past me she never replied her assistant manager asked her "Did you speak?" She acted as if she didn't hear his question because he was already aware of her disrespect towards me she then replied oh yeah I heard her and I did speak with such a snappy tone I then replied it's ok she doesn't have to speak. When I was hired I was told that the number one goal is to have a great attitude and she clearly is working for the wrong company with her attitude. Anyway as the days went by I had been noticing how the manager and this employee would get off in corners and whisper now remember this is the manager that I'm discussing this manager and the employee would always go in the office close the door or you would catch them in corners til one day I came around the corner and heard them talking about her assistant manager. So a few weeks go by and now she has taken the employee from driving to merchandiser to counter remind you I been there longer. So this employee runs and tell 2 other employees one is myself how she didn't wanna do that and how the manager liked her as like her like her she stated that the manager was gay and how the manager was getting on her nerves and how she told her that she didn't like me and how she talks about the assistant manager badly. So I figured a dog that bring a bone carry a bone as well so I decide to stay my distance from the employee but I stayed proffessional and cordial. I had a incident to where I was sitting in the back and I asked the manager a question while 2 other employees were around and she looked at me rolled her eyes and didn't respond I turned and asked the other employee did you see that he replied yes. We both laughed and turned away this was becoming an ongoing thing daily and everybody noticed it even the employee she would think she was confiding in said she show dislike towards me and for no reason at all. On a Monday I think I wrote a letter stating that the 14 would be my last day due to her attitude towards me but then I decided to ask for part time well it was granted she decided to keep me and put me on the schedule from 7:30 to 2. On Thursday well me and the assistant manager was joking and the employee who I decided to stray away from and the manager goes in the back whisper and soon as she come from the back she immediately goes in her office and call me into the office and tells me u was terminated and didn't tell me why just said to call corporate so when I called corporate this is what they said ma'am you was not terminated u put in a 2 week notice but you decided to stay part time but we have no clue about you being terminated. The manager there is very unprofessional and everybody who comes in that store talks about her attitude it was a customer who came to the store to address the manager for her snooty attitude customers rather deal with her assistant manager and the person who is over the drivers there have been many customers complaining about her. She lets the employee she close to be on their personal phone she leaves the merchandise on the floor and doesn't put them up all or most of the plannograms does not be attended to. You have customers and phones ringing off the hook and instead of the person who supposedly be on the counter they in the back on cell phones and whispering but it becomes a issue because I would help out the manager made sure everyday that I was aware that I'm only a driver customers would say I want her to help me the manager would say she can't help you cause she ain't nothing but a driver and they would leave because of the way she say it or as if she was putting me down, Anyway I am gonna get to the bottom of it cause I'll be talking to a lawyer.

O'Reilly Auto Parts locking/venting fuel cap

Saturday, April 8, 2017. I went online to O'Reilly's Auto Parts.com I were searching for a locking/venting fuel cap for my suv. I did a general search, I found the fuel cap and I began to check out. During the check out process I did not have the option to pick up at the store. The cap was $20.99 with shipping and handling plus tax it came to $36+. I tried everything to figure out why I did not have the option to "pickup at the store. I called the store that was closet to me. That store did not have the fuel cap online or at the store. This store is located on 3050 Martin Luther King Jr Dr Atlanta, 30311. I called the store to tell the employee that I was having a problem with the online order and that I was not given the option to pickup the fuel cap at their store.
I started of by telling her I was having a problem online with checkout, she begin explaining something else, she never heard me. I tried to explain again, this time she was screaming, I asked to speak to the manager, she said, I am the manager, she put me on hold, I hung up. She was very upset.

I went back online and found another store, this one is located on 1175 Ralph David Abernathy SW Atlanta, GA. I found the fuel cap again. I called to confirm that the store had the fuel cap. He said they did, gave me a price and everything. I asked his name, he told me, Sam. I told him my name and we hung up. When I got there, someone else began to help me. I told him I had called and I spoke to Sam, I gave him the information I gave Sam over the phone. He also asked for I.e. year, make and model of my vehicle. I told him. After that I gave him a full description of the particular fuel cap I saw online. He tried to talk me out of it. I told him I want they one I asked for. He said they did not have it. I told him Sam said they had it. The store phone rang, I walked away and waited in line to speak to Sam. I Spoke to Sam, refreshed his memory and told him what we spoke about on the phone, he said they didn't have the part and would have to order it, I asked him how long would that take? He said Sunday, and that I should call before I come to the store. I paid for the part, it cost me $22.80. He should call me when the part gets there. I've had enough aggravation with O'Reilly Auto Parts employees for one day. I will only be visiting when its absolutely necessary. Their attitudes I can do without, I mean at both stores.

O'Reilly Auto Parts david hindman harassment

ON 09/02/2016,

Around 8:10 am. While walking the carton flow area in the warehouse. David Hindman was walking through the warehouse towards carton flow and he approached . I greeted David by saying good morning, and David Hindman greeted me back and said, " Kevin before anyone approaches you I have to tell you first." As I stood in front of David Hindman and continue listen to him. David Hindman said while I was in the Inbound meeting that is from 7:30 am. til 8:00 am. with Edna Flores, Kip Sleeth, Gloria Rodriguez, Sonya Thomas, Joyce Thompson, Betty Pratt, and Raquel Ochoa. Since the changes with the supervisor Inbound batches has gotten a lot better with Betty Pratt moving over to non con bulk area that Kevin Gordon use to work. David said to all supervisors that attend that meeting in his words! " I should have fired Kevin Gordon a long time ago!" This was a very uncomfortable feeling that made me embarrassed. I had to pray about what he just said and I walked away praying before I attend the next meeting that is held by David Hindman at 8:30 am. This time at 8:30 am. in the conference room at the end of the meeting David repeated what he said to me that morning ion front of all supervisor and our Region manager Marcus Boyer with the supervisor of Human resources Elizabeth Mendez as well. after David Hindman said again " I should have fired Kevin Gordon a long time ago." O'Reilly Auto Parts nasty employee

Recently visited one of O'Reilly Auto Parts stores. I wasn't planning to buy something that day just wanted to check some parts and prices. So I was standing there and suddenly one employee came to me and asked will I buy something. I replied that I was only checking what they had in stock and he said that if I wasn't planning to buy I should leave because I was disturbing other customers. What? That was very rude!
I told him that I wanted to buy something in the future and was planning to come back. He said nothing, just stood there and looked at me. I felt terrible!
I don't understand what I did! Is it illegal to enter the stores just to check something or what? Very poor service and that employee sure was a nasty guy.

O'Reilly Auto Parts new manager : carlton cox

New manager Carlton Cox came to store 4806 after many months of not having a manager . The previous manager quit after a bank deposit was missing and she had a newer car in replace of the one that was repossessed at O'Reilly's during working hours. During the no-manager reign inventory and monies were disappearing and although LP came in to do investigations no one was held accountable for the missing inventory or monies.

I am the only African American female that works at 4806. I was hired as a driver/counter person. I have the top sales numbers in all categories and deliver.

Since Carlton Cox has been manager my hours have been more than cut in half and he has asked most of the employees that work there about me...
What I am doing, Do I have another job, should he watch me ( which he does). I have not taken anything from O'Reilly Auto Parts! This has become a very uncomfortable environment to work in. I have been working here for over 6 months and have only missed one day of work due to the flu. When coworkers call out or just stop coming to work I was the one that was called in to work the hours.

Carlton Cox is very derogatory, belittling and racial. He has even sent derogatory text messages to another African American coworker.
The incident that took place in Orlando, Florida recently (Night Club 49 Dead/50 injured) was horrific, Carlton Cox said " that is the first time a terrorist MF'er did something right for the United States of America, all fa**t (gay slur) need to die a horrible death.

I was appalled by his statement, as a gay women and as a citizen of the USA.

THIS HAS BECOME A VERY HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT!

O'Reilly Auto Parts refused to take back new starter purchased the same day due to bad solenoid

I tried dealing with the local manager after they refused to take back starter/solenoid (paid approx $110.00 for starter with full lifetime warrantee) which I think broke plastic solenoid part likely cracked due to poor workmanship and the solenoid was bad. I bought a new solenoid at Autozone, put it with the starter and it worked great - Store 1561 continued to refused to return any portion of my solenoid purchase again maintaining that I turned it to hard. the person who was putting it on the car has put in between 40-50 starters and never overtightened. I think it was a defective part and was willing to have them just give me $20 back as that is what they said a solenoid cost them they just didn't have any in stock - they refused. iI will not go to O'Reily's as long as Brian is the manager

Which did you buy, the starter or the solenoid. These are two completely separate parts. The warranty period is also not a full lifetime warranty. It is a limited lifetime warranty, which really doesn't cover much. You figured your solenoid was bad so you replaced it with a competitor's part, then returned to the first store to defect return your parts which they refused...
Best bet next time is to have a certified mechanic install the part for you, as this is an easier way to return defective parts if needed

O'Reilly Auto Parts harassment

I am an employee at the #1808 store in Monroe, NC. The manager has hired two people who smoke and use profanity on more than a regular basis. It was made known that the language bothered me, but it continued. I began having unmanageable anxiety and depression. I had been under a doctor's care and was told I needed a note to return to work. I left his "return to work" note in the folded up envelope on my boss's desk, on a Sunday afternoon. I deliver parts and Sunday's aren't work days for drivers. My boss wouldn't put me on the schedule. Finally, I called corporate and talked to Sherri Jones about the run around I was receiving. I told her about the situation and I was offered full time employment by management in August of this year. August 31, 2015, I became a full time employee of O'Reilly Auto Parts along with another driver. Sherri Jones told me I was allegable for "leave of absence" or "medical leave" pay. She also told me, to go to my doctor and have them fax her a copy of the return note, that Nelson, claimed he didn't have it. David Hardin had left a message on my home phone wanting to talk to me. He also left a message on my cell phone. When I finally went back to work, I found out Nelson nor David change my employment status to full time. NO "LEAVE OF ABSENCE" PAY! I called Serri Jones and asked about this, she informed me that David had left a message telling me my schedule. I have a government cell phone that gives me minutes each month to use, but I ran out and didn't have the money to put minutes on the phone. I didn't get David's message until November 02, 2015. Timothy Shaw is, I was told, investigating matters of harassment and my employment status, but he has yet to talk to me. Fowl language is against policy at O'Reilly's, but not at this store.

Still having to tolerate BRANDI JORDAN at store #1808 on Morgan Mill Road in Monroe, North Carolina. Tim Shaw, the investigator of complaint statements, pretty much told me I have to put up with her, but she is not to talk to me or inter act with me. Now, she has started standing in the small work area, in the back of the store. This area is where us parts drivers get our delivery information and communications. She's standing, blocking, the small path to the receipts board. Three times I had to say, "excuse me", to her and she barely moved. While Hector is telling me his directions, BRANDI JORDAN has started yelling or talking extremely loud and talking over us. She makes it difficult to hear what Hector is saying!

Since she has been instructed not to inter act nor talk to me, ya think things would be better, but no. SHE IS INTERFERING WITH MY JOB! She has started putting food in front the printer in the office, thus making the tiny office more cluttered with non work items.

According to O'Reilly's policy on harassment in the training, I am not suppose to be still putting up with this!

Update by Whyknotnow
Jan 28, 2016 8:22 pm EST

Brandi Jordan is the person who is bullying and harassing me. She makes my job difficult, when before it was enjoyable. O'Reilly auto parts doesn't support my mental illness recovery, only Brandi Jordan. I think she has worked at other auto parts stores, but I don't know why she is at #1808. Her treatment of me when the bosses are away are very different than when they are there.
It's a shame I believed their training videos on their policy's, because nothing much is true, at least in the harassment and support area.

These posts are from Mary Rodgers and she's mentally ill. Brandi Jordan is my best friend and very good at her job. Mary refuses to take deliveries that are processed by Brandi. Mary doesn't like Brandi but Brandi has always been respectful to her elders. Personally I would have already spider moneyed Mary. Brandi has never blocked Mary's way, Brandi has never had food in the office, she eats in her truck or at my house on her break. Mary has caused her own issues but yet blames everyone else. She's a narcissist liar and not a friendly person. Mary needs to stop her lies!

O'Reilly Auto Parts they didn't update information on the website

I bought side window replacement from www.oreillyauto.com. The seller wrote on the website that the delivery could take from 10-30 days. I waited 2 months already, because the seller didn’t update the info about the availability of the products. I still haven’t idea if they have received my window or not. I’m sick of waiting and really hope that the whole deal with finish soon. I don’t advise other people to buy from them.

O'Reilly Auto Parts unprofessional

I was hired and fired in the same month.I was bullied by the manager there on the way I walk and I was told I was to slow and he fired me because I could not work Sundays. It is my religion and in our beliefs we believe it is wrong to work on the Sabbath day.The Lords day is sacred and we believe in giving Sunday to our Lord.I was also told I was to slow and could not ask the same question twice and I was not given a chance really didn't receive the proper treatment and training.I also had enemies of my past call the store and harass me into ordering products and then they would cancel and I would be yelled at.These people from my pasts would come behind the counter and the manager would allow it because they were his friends.I was also told I did a horriable job and the manager would take me outside and yell at me accuse me of misplacing parts when I did my abolsute best and never did that.I was also terimanated because I could not work on Sundays, the manager did not even let me finish the month or the day of work.I am upset I also did not receive my incentive check I also had one week until I would have finished the month of work.I am very upset about all of this and believe the manager should be fired and I should receive my job back.

Not sure what your post has to do with O'Reilly Auto Parts? Because your husband who worked for O'Reilly's ran off with another woman, empowers you to slam to company he worked for? Sounds like to need to have one of those code readers perform a reality check on yourself.

O'Reilly Auto Parts rude managers and employees

A recent visit to the Oriellys in Jasper, Ga., where I've been a frequent customer for years left me dumb founded. I've seen the changes in the store, the turn over of employees and management, I have to say the store, it's environment and some of the employees left me very disappointed . While trying to purchase my parts, the phones ringing continuously, store wasn't that busy, yet I waited for 10mins. to get checked out . A couple employees and management talking, cutting up, teasing each other, having a party of their own it seemed, while customers are waiting, phones ringing, stores chaotic, making me feel as if I had walked into a kindergarten class . The customer service here in the last couple of months has took a turn for the worst, each visit has been longer waiting, almost no attention to others, myself as a paying customer for many years, ones that were once attentive, courteous, helpful, employees seemed to be lost, confused, short, and rude . Once a nice store with good employees, now has become the talk of the town for its lack of customer service, fraternizing of male / female employees who all seem to be distracted, unsure who's in charge . This store needs a make over and "Fast" ! A little patience, a smile, acknowledgement goes along way ! After all without the customers, You wouldn't be getting paid !

O'Reilly Auto Parts retaliation

As a member of this team for over 8 years, 6 years as a District Manager and 2 as a store manager I was treated unfairly, by my VP Chad Keel and my RM Ernie Whitmore. I relocated my family 3 times for this company and was a DM of the year award winner for region 20 in 2009. After relocating to Tucson AZ in 2011 my usual performance/drive was derailed by my new RM as his style of leadership is sarcasm and negativity totally took me off of my game. Never having a bad review and being an award winner, I never expected to become so disconnected by 1 person. It is no wonder Tucson has never performed under his leadership, we are the red headed step child of the Phoenix market. After sending a response to a e-mail in Sept 2013 I have endured being put on probation for my performance ( which was never an issue before) and I stepped down to store manager to avoid directly having to deal with this RM and still my review was terrible for the 1st time in my life (surprise, surprise) and he even went so far as to adjust my pay by $5500 a year with notifying me. After I got that reinstated, he has started to show up on my days off to get dirt on me from my team members even after I filed a complaint to the company HR dept about retaliation. So I gave them a months notice and resigned yesterday and they accepted my resignation but didn't need my services anymore. What a great company, not! I cannot believe that HR and upper management are so ignorant not to see this guys true colors. What a shame! David O'reilly should be really proud!

This is the absolute Worst company in the world to work for. Ernie Whitmore is a puppet to the Oreilly’s who in themselves are known traitors to not only their people but their Country. Stay very very far away from this company. They are evil to their core and smile as they hold hands with the Devil himself.

I personally think store managers in this company are treated as puppets by district managers and regional managers which they tend to do a lot micromanagement.
