Product supposedly shipped but never delivered. Customer service is a joke. Emails are not monitored and are probably dummies. Email was sent requesting delivery receipt, no receipt received. Contact form on website times out, apparently this is dummy too. Tried several times. Tried a chat, obvious auto responses, no humans on other end. Used them several times in the past with no issues but when things go wrong they disappear. Use somebody reliable even if it costs more. Buyer beware.

Ordered Rx from onetapoutlet.com 9/6/22. Did not receive email invoice as stated. Billed for slightly more than approved amount from Fine Shop. No response to emails or phone calls. Turns out they're shipping via order-cs.com, scammers from India. Disputing charges via Citicards.com This is a Ring Around The Rosey. I trust Citicards will catch it before they dip into my till, because I have been on it 09/6/2022, stalled to dispute only until the charge posted.

This company has no customer service whatsoever. No response to emails and phone calls go to nothing. Invalid customer help phone numbers. My order got seized and it’s been 4 months, no refund. Very sad how these people can rip you off and not care

I had ordered a Cialis pills on Nov . 4 2021 and had not arrived jet . Had try to track the package and looks like still in the origin country . I had thought it will be delivered at least in 2 -3 weeks, had try to contact by phone but did not got anyone to talk to at all .I had use the phone number is provided on the order sheet .I really hope its will arrive soon as possible .Thank you

I made an order back to June 2015 but this order never arrived.
Complaining about it didn't help either, they don't care at all.
This is a [censored]ing ripp off.

Researching this company after (unfortunately) placing an order. Immediately after placing the order I received a call from +44 203 608 1340 to verify my information. +44 is the country code for the uk. Then I received an alert from ae that there was a pending charge for 534.63 dollars. Alert did not identify that type of dollars, but come to find out it was yen, not usd. That should have been my 1st clue. Back to my research... Several recent reviews gave me pause so in the process of determining where this company is actually located, it's not the uk or canada or panama. Pending charge on my ae provided this information: www.elvaten.com, 402 w bld swj jiashu bld meixi rd, wolong, nanyang 473000 china. I'm in the process of cancelling my order. If not successful, once the charge has posted to my ae account, ae can decline and remove from my account.

I ordered medicine but the shipping took months so when it finally arrived to my country I got a letter in the mail alerting me I had to pay more customs to receive it... by a date that had already passed. I can't access my package and the company is not responding to my emails (Carrie Walker from customer service told me to wait when I first inquired since I was concerned about the long shipping delay) but now I get no response. I've tried calling the +[protected] number but no one picks up.

I spent roughly 180€ on this and it has been three full months since my purchase. I just want a refund now.

Total scam... Never goit my order, was lied to stating they resent it yet it never came either, whan I asked for tracking info they said it would come in a email... Another lie... Cpl days later I was told they could b=not get tracking... Yet they paid to ship it... Another lie... They kept putting me off most likely to get the credit card payment paid... Its a scam people do not buy here, they lie, never answer the listed number... Total bs

after 4 months, many excuses and dozens of hours frustrated trying to get customer service i still have no order. Zlatan Kovacic told me once again they would reship my order. it will arrive in 14 days. i asked to have Carrie Walker (supervisor) call me back, i believe this company is a SCAM but i will let you know in 14 days. this business has been selling products for at least 5 months that are not even getting shipped. the business needs shut down until they correct the matter.

I Ordered $150 worth of antibiotic plus the delivery cost and it's been over 3 weeks it hasn't arrived yet.
I recieved an order confirmation via email, asking me to contact them via email if my order doesn't arrive within 14 days plus 3 days after shipping. So i did, and they responded by sending me two links to track my order but these links don't work. One link only works with numbers (my order number is with letters too), the other link keep telling me "sorry, try again later".
I called the two contact numbers they provided me but no response.

This whole thing is very suspicious so i googled those numbers and I realized that I've been scammed!

Please, check the phone number first before you order something by online. They always changes the website address. However, they are using the same number, 1-800-868-1453, 1-877-888-9761 and 44-203-608-1340. Please, stop the ordering when you find these numbers. Their service is no good and not reliable.

I bought online 4 Bayer Levitra 4 tablets at a higher price than the generic Levitra after upon inquiring they confirm it will be the genuine Bayer Product. But after receiving the product I found they are not genuine by comparing the batch numbers and the colour and packaging which are different to the originals. I sent two emails to them and complaining but yet they have not responded. This company should not be allowed to continue. Please beware of this company, even the other products they sell could be not genuine.

Olga Miller refused to help me on chat and just told me to place the order again with another credit card. I've already done that 4 times. The following is what I asked. I got no help at all ! I think that I've been scammed. Never have I had problems like this with an online pharmacy!
This is the 4th time that I've placed this order. Yesterday I was told on the phone that my previous order was verified. This morning another email saying that it was cancelled due to a problem with my payment. My card hasn't even had a charge attempted to be declined Please tell me how to get this order to actually be shipped. I made a credit card purchase in June 2019. Opted for international delivery tracking at an added cost. When I informed the company via customer support email that I have not received a notification from my local post office I was requested to go to my local post office with my tracking number and inquire.

I have been to my post office more than once but on the 3rd visit, front desk contacted my Postal Customer Services and was informed that the package was returned to sender.

I immediately contacted this company with this updated information but that was the end of further responses to many emails thereafter. My last email requested the company to refund my money and informed same that I will find every possible avenue to complain.

It's been 2 months since my purchase and 5 weeks now without a response.

These guys appear to be smooth operators and clearly well trained scammers. My advice to unsuspecting potential buyers: Do not deal with this company. Personnal are unscrupulous - absolutely no regard for fair business practices. Buy local and get a return for your purchase instead of being scammed.
