Hi,
Orbit online training, which is a sister firm of Skylark IT solutions in chennai have cheated me. They charged me $700 for the online taring course and placements after the training. But they didn't give me the training nor they gave me the placement.
I have all the receipts and confirmation emails of the payments I have done from them as a proof.
Is there any way I can legally sue them?
Please help me.
