Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced.
Onlydomains went ahead and reset everyone's account password Then would not allow me access to my own website domain and account I have had with them for 10 years!
They reset my password on my account and then when wouldn't let me to sign into my account with domains i paid for!
My website was down for an entire week! I lost a weeks worth of sales and my pay, my staff have no bookings and I have lost customers who thought i was closed down.
Most incompetent customer service people, they rather play games than help their paying customers and i will be taking them to court for loss and damages

upgrade that didnt happen
I paid to this clowns for an upgrade to make sure that the upgrade was done, but instead they charged my credit card and have not upgraded, in fact, they knew the urgency, but decided to act against it and kept sending me emails that they were processing it and I am yet to see the processing, it has currently stopped my emails and I am unable to access it. They are the most unethical, unprofessional and money grabbing organisation, that stands for everything but integrity and ethics. They have practically held me hostage to their [censored], even after knowing the urgency or the emails. BASTA**DS!

Hosting
OnlyDomains.com sold me domain and they are hosting it for me but for some reason I wasn’t able to access it my website. i have tried to call their number and make some tickets but no one is replying even i asked to refund but there is no answer i have not seen such a worse customer service in my whole life.
Worst service in history
OnlyDomains.com sold me domain but for some reason I wasn’t able to access it. It keeps saying that domain is registered properly but I just can’t get control over it. I emailed customer support explaining my problem but they were not able to help me… I wasn’t satisfied with such outcome so I asked for immediate refund but they refused saying that their part of the job is done and everything else is my problem.
